It was an all around perfect vacation at Hacienda Miranda. The villa is located above the small village of Charco del Pino without any direct neighbours and a with a very nice view to the sea. The house is very big and offers definitely enough space for 8-10 people. Furthermore, it is very well furnished with love to detail. The pool is heated and was pleasantly warm even in January. With sauna, whirlpool, poker table and table tennis there was a lot of variety and you really didn't miss anything. In addition, the KARAT team was very attentive and has already answered all our questions in advance and took care of us perfectly during our stay.
The villa was stunning, and massively exceeded our expectations. the sunsets were incredible over La Gomera and lots of places to sit and relax. the location was close enough to everything whilst feeling exclusive / private. Beds and bathrooms were all very comfortable and spa pool and sauna were good on the cooler days. the host was first class in terms of service - we’d definitely use KARAT again.

WOW...what an amazing place. Can't recommend this villa enough its really one of kind and we loved every minute here. Had a private chef one night which was delicious and the KARAT team was always very helpful whenever we needed anything. Can't wait to be back...
Lovely quiet area but so close to excellent restaurants in Caleta. The villa was beautiful with a heated pool which reached 28 degrees. Great upstairs patio with views out to sea and Caleta.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument magique dans une villa Karat à Tenerife (la villa Kai)! 😍 Tout était parfait : la maison est splendide, la vue à couper le souffle, les lits d’un confort exceptionnel, et le panier d’accueil nous a vraiment touchés. L’équipe sur place a été toujours très réactive, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. On garde de merveilleux souvenirs de cette expérience et on recommande Karat les yeux fermés !

Just arrived back in the uk after a wonderful 10 day stay at one of the karat luxury villas in Tenerife. Everything was smooth sailing from check in to check out and any enquiries that we had during our stay were answered promptly. The villa was beautiful and the view of Tenerife from the balcony was absolutely amazing! We will definitely book again.

We reserved Villa Amatista in Tenerife via Airbnb for a week in December, with a confirmed total price of €4,720. Once Airbnb confirmed the booking, we immediately purchased flights for €2,126, trusting that everything was secure. Only afterwards did the host reach out, explaining that due to a supposed “synchronization issue” the real price of the villa was over €10,000. He asked us to cover the difference and mentioned the reservation would otherwise be canceled before our stay. Airbnb support assured us that the price of a confirmed booking cannot be altered by a host, yet the host still went ahead and canceled. This not only disrupted our plans but also caused us financial loss from the already booked flights. For us, this situation was very frustrating. We entered into the booking in good faith, but the agreed terms were not honored. Travelers considering this property should be cautious, as there is a clear risk of cancellations even after confirmation.

For this reason, and being fully aware of the impact this may cause, we informed you of the error nearly four months in advance. This allowed Airbnb to fully refund the amount paid so that you could find another property that fit your budget. Furthermore, since the reservation was made through Airbnb and not directly with us, as a company, we are not in a position to cover financial costs related to your travel arrangements. These are typically matters to be handled with your travel insurance provider. We truly regret the disruption caused and completely understand your frustration. However, we want to clarify that there was no bad faith involved , only a technical error beyond our control, which we tried to address as early as possible. Wishing you the very best of luck. He asked us to pay the difference and warned that if we refused, the system would “automatically cancel” the reservation one month before arrival. We contacted Airbnb support, who confirmed that a host cannot change the price after a booking has been confirmed. Despite this, our reservation was ultimately canceled by the host. This left us with significant inconvenience and financial damage, particularly due to the already purchased flights. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Stayed at Villa Neveda despite seeing some questionable reviews beforehand. I can say with absolute certainty that we experienced none of the issues mentioned by others. The company was excellent, and Denis was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The villa itself was fantastic, my family and I absolutely loved it!

We stayed at their Villa in Los Christianos, the property was very clean, very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was great and the outdoor space was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Extremely happy with the property. 😃

Absolutely fantastic! That is the only way I can describe the stay we had with Karat at the villa we stayed at in Tenerife. We arrived late and someone came and met us at the villa well after 10pm without any issue at all. They explained everything very well and the Villa itself was wonderful, spotlessly clean and tidy. We used their private dining service where two chefs came and prepared a meal for us at the villa, the experience and food were wonderful, and was all organised with no hassle at all. We only had one small issue where the dishwasher stopped working, we sent one message, and it was fixed that day. We were always messaged to let us know when the pool maintenance Man, cleaning staff or gardening staff were coming. All were very quick, polite and almost unnoticeable that they were even there. Just a great company to deal with and I will definitely be using them again. The Villa was excellent, the customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend using Karat to anyone.

Villa was every bit as beautiful in reality as it seemed in the photos! We had a fabulous family holiday and the service from Karat was brilliant! We even tried to extend but could not get the flights home we needed! Would also highly recommend the private chef service they offer, this was incredible and an amazing experience! We have booked with Karat twice now and have been consistently blown away not just by the quality of the properties, but the level of care and attentiveness shown by all the staff. Often there are tiny snagging issues / confusion around how something works which can lead to me being a little annoying / high maintenance but Karat field all my questions with compassion and professionalism, even going as far to deliver a clothes dryer only 40 minutes after I requested one! 100% recommend, they are best in class 👏🏼🩷

We had an excellent experience at Villa Serena in Palm Mar. The property itself was beautiful, perfect for families and groups, and in a very good location with wonderful views. A special mention must go to Abraham who was very responsive, kind enough to recommend some suitable locations on the island, and facilitated a late check-out in advance of our evening flight home. We will definitely use Karat again next time we are in Tenerife.

Ongelooflijke vakantie gehad in Villa Macaronesia van KARAT. Prachtig huis, heel proper, en heel behulpzaam personeel om mee in contact te zijn gedurende het verblijf. Super Location mit schöner, moderner Einrichtung und tollem Meerblick. Allerdings war der Service nicht so toll / luxuriös: Pool war abgestanden und erst nach 2 Tagen geheizt, Garagentor defekt und am Folgetag repariert, keine Reinigung inklusive, obwohl wir eine Woche dort waren (gehört in diesem Segment 1-2mal pro Woche einfach dazu) und auf die Rückzahlung der Kaution warte ich trotz (unbeantworteter) Rückfrage seit über 2 Wochen. Gegen die (wenigen) Kakerlaken in den Bädern kann man wohl wenig machen, aber evtl. hängt das ja auch mit der Reinigung zusammen. Sehr flexibel allerdings beim Late-Check-Out, top. Insgesamt somit leider durchzogen und nicht auf dem Niveau, wie der Name verspricht, schade. Nachtrag zum Feedback: Danke für die rasche, konstruktive Rückmeldung zu meiner Rezension. Gerne dazu kein kurzes Feedback: Zu 1: Wir hatten ja 2 Monate vorher gebucht und da wäre es einfach toll gewesen, wenn wir den Pool schon am ersten Ferientag hätten wie beschrieben nutzen können und nicht erst nach Rückmeldung / am 2. Tag. Zu 2: Formal ist das korrekt - wir machen allerdings seit Jahren Ferien in vergleichbaren Villen rund um die Welt und in dieser Preiskategorie gehören 1-2 Reinigung pro Woche einfach dazu, v.a. wenn 4-6 Personen die Villa buchen. Vielleicht lieber eine Reinigung inkludieren und den Preis entsprechend anheben Zu 3: Es war der nächste Tag am Nachmittag, aber das ist keine grosse Sache, da man das Tor ja auch von Hand öffnen kann. Allerdings war die Villa dadurch unverschlossen, da der Schlüssel zur Türe Garage-Haus nicht funktioniert (auch nach Schlüsseltausch) und somit hätte jederzeit jemand über das manuell geöffnete Garagentor in die Villa gelangen können. Zu 4: Das ist nachvollziehbar, wir haben die Viecher auch rasch "rausbefördert" ;-). Hoffentlich wird die Baustelle bald fertig, dann dürfte das kein Problem für künftige Mieter sein. Zu 5: Wir haben am 8.10. ausgecheckt, heute ist der 22.10. und die Kaution noch nicht gutgeschrieben - eine Woche tönt somit gut, es sind aber bereits 2... Zu 6: Reaktionen waren immer sehr schnell, das ist top - es wäre einfach toll, wenn es von Anfang an keine solche Probleme gäbe und nach den Ferien auch keine (Gutschrift Kaution innert selbst genannter Frist von einer Woche). Buenas tardes Ingo, gracias por tomarse la molestia de evaluar nuestra empresa, y sentimos que la experiencia no fuera de su agrado. De cara a otros futuros clientes que pudieran leer su reseña, aclaro los diferentes puntos que menciona. 1. La piscina estaba en los niveles adecuados de calidad del agua, y tan pronto notificó la pérdida de calor de la piscina fue un técnico a revisarla y ponerla en marcha nuevamente. Desafortunadamente todo el volumen del agua debe pasar por las instalaciones, y una recuperación de temperatura puede tomar hasta 48 horas. Igualmente, como indica, quedó resuelto. 2. En todas las estancias superiores a una semana de incluye gratuitamente una limpieza cada 7 días. Igualmente, todos los clientes pueden optar por limpiezas adicionales si las agendan con nuestro equipo de atención a reservas, pagando por el servicio preciso que desean. 3. La puerta del garaje no se había roto. Ustedes habían tirado de la cuerda que pasa a manual, y tan pronto fue posible, fue un compañero a volver a pasarla a automático (el mismo día por la tarde). En ningún momento esto supuso que la vivienda no estuviera cerrada. 4. Todas las viviendas que gestionamos tienen fumigaciones de insectos periódicas, pero Igualmente, los movimientos de tierra próximos a la Villa Ibardin, donde usted se alojaba, causan más problemas. 5. Incluso antes de llegar a la vivienda se comparte un formulario que deben de rellenar los huéspedes para recibir su fianza de vuelta. Dichas fianzas se devuelven siempre en el plazo de una semana después del check-out, o después de que el cliente haya rellenado el formulario de la devolución de fianzas. 6. Como indica, somos flexibles en el late checkout y resolución de problemas cuanto ocurren. Siempre pueden ocurrir averías, pero nos comprometemos a resolverlos con la mayor brevedad posible. Esperamos igualmente volver a recibirlo en el futuro en alguna de las villas que gestionamos. Recibe un cordial saludo del equipo de KARAT

This Villa looked to good to be true but I can confirm that the villa not only exists but exceeded all of our already high expectations. The location is ideal, easy to get cabs or take a stroll down to the beach front. The sheer size of the villa is unlike anything I have ever seen and the pictures do not do it justice. I still don’t think I manage to see everyone’s rooms or the additional living spaces as the Villa was like a small hotel/resort. The service from Karat was also excellent and the WhatsApp communications were swift and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend staying here should you have a large group that’s looking to stay somewhere special 🙌🏼
