Fantastic family trip. My wife, baby and I absolutely loved staying in Casa Rosa in El Médano. What a beautiful area. Also what a beautiful villa, pool and views. The villa was very clean, modern and well equipped. Just perfect! Our host from Medano4you was so response to our needs, even installing a baby gate for us and they kept in touch with us relating to how things were going and if there was anything else we needed but also was very respectful of our privacy. If you are planning on staying at Casa Rosa I would definitely recommend considering a hire car for that little extra bit of independence with getting around El Medano and beyond although it’s not totally necessary as taxis can be gotten inexpensively and shopping can be delivered via Glovo App. It is also perfectly walkable to the town just hot during the day to do so especially with children. We will definitely be returning for another stay soon! Amazing, relaxing family holiday experience!

Great stay for a week in October 25. Hosts were really friendly and helpful. Apartment is huge, immaculately clean, has absolutely everything you could possibly need for a self catering stay. The pool is spotlessly clean, loads of sunbeds. Location is fantastic, 2 mins to the nearest beach and about 10 minutes walk to the main village with loads of restaurants and bars and beach for miles!

We had a great stay in El Medano. Our hosts were very responsive and our stay was relaxing, enjoyable and met our expectations. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

Wir waren im August 2025 für 5 Wochen im ROYAL PLAZA. Die Einrichtung und Sauberkeit waren auf hohem Niveau. Der Balkon ist sehr schön und ein ein echter Mehrwert. Das Schlafzimmer ist im hinteren Teil der Wohnung und in der Regel sehr ruhig. Das Bad ist sauber und zweckmäßig. Es hat auch ein BD. Die Küche ist komplett und modern eingerichtet mir Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einer Kaffeemaschine. Die Übergabe fand freundlicherweise schon um 13 Uhr statt um 15 statt. Ein fehlendes Schneidebrett würde nachgeliefert. Der Service war bemüht uns eine schönen Aufenthalt zu sichern. Die Wohnung liegt recht nahe am zentralen Platz, was Vorteile hat, aber durch offizielle Feste und Musik bis in die Morgenstunden sehr leider herausfordernd sein kann. Wenn man nicht selbst ein großer Partyfan ist, sollte man vor einer Buchung den lokalen Festplan beachten. Durch die integrierte Endreinigung war die Abreise problemlos. Müll raus bringen, Schlüssel abgehen. Fertig. Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort in zentraler Lage.

La casa Ocean family en la zona de la Jaquita, en primera línea de mar, en la planta baja, delante de la piscina que está estupenda. Limpia, super bien equipada. Un poco de calor en la planta baja pero había varios ventiladores. Eche de menos únicamente unas tazas de café. El trato estupendo, como siempre con Médano4you. Además pillamos unos días espectaculares y lompasamos muy bien!!!

Maravilloso como recomendación estaría bien contar con otro juego de sábanas para el sofá si son 4 y no quieren compartir habitacion. Nos encanto que admitan mascota y tenga aire acondicionado fenomenal vistas a montaña Roja . Todo el personal que nos atendió un trato excelente repetiremos seguro

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado. Me sorprendió la calidad de la cama y las almohadas. Se notan los pequeños detalles y la ubicacion es tambien inmejorable. La comunicacion tambien excelente a traves de WhatsApp. Altamente recomendado

Todo magnífico, la atención del personal de Médano4you es inmejorable, la ubicación del apartamento es la mejor posible. La única pena que nos queda es que debido a las obras que se están llevando a cabo en el edificio, no se pudo disfrutar mucho de la magnífica terraza y que había muchísimos mosquitos, aunque nada que no tuviera sokución utilizando un difusor insecticida.

SUPER Lage, großartige Location! Vor allem, wenn man Surfen/Windsurfen möchte! Der Wind stört im Appartment nicht. Autoparkplatz direkt vor der Hintertür. Das Appartment ist großartig ausgestattet, wirklich zum Wohlfühlen. EINZIGES Manko: Es gibt nur 1 Badezimmer, nicht wie auf Booking beschrieben 2 Badezimmer. Allerdings gibt es 2 WCs. Das zweite Zimmer ist sehr klein - neben dem Bett ist kaum Platz und man muss wissen, dass die Zimmer (wie so oft im Süden ortsüblich, für Mitteleuropäer ungewöhnlich) nur wenig Fenster haben (in einem Zimmer oben eine Fensterreihe, im anderen eine Längliches Fenster) Es waren zwei kleine Reparaturen nötig (ein Fenster ging nicht auf), die wurde aber sehr schnell erledigt durch die sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort. Der Wohnraum ist sehr schön und hell, die Terrasse ist spitze. Was noch zu sagen ist: Das Meer ist von der Terrasse aus zu sehen, allerdings nicht, wenn man am Esstisch auf der Terrasse sitzt. Der Jacuzzi ist spitze. In den Zimmern gibt es einen Ventilator, keine Klimaanlage (war uns irgendwie nicht bewusst) Wir emfpehlen das Appartment! Kommen sicher wieder!

Ich weiss garnicht wo ich anfangen soll. Es ist laut da der Flughafen in der nähe ist und genau über der Anlage Flugzeuge starten . Es darf nix auf dem Bodenliegen an Essensresten ansonsten kommen aus allen Ecken die Ameisen zum snäcken im Haus. Viele Sachen sind kaputt oder Abgenutzt. Es gab zu wenig Geschirr für 6 Personen Die Mikrowelle ist sehr mit Vorsicht zu genießen, der Toaster macht komische Geräusche. Es ist sehr windig, aber damit kann man leben. Die Tür zur Terrasse war kaputt und nicht abschliessbar es wurde in 2 Wochen nicht geschafft das zu reparieren echt peinlich. Die Nachbarn waren laut vor allem am abend Es war trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub auf Teneriffa

Nuestra experiencia fue muy satisfactoria, hemos estado súper cómodos, nos permitieron llevar nuestra perrita que para nosotros fue muy importante, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, muy limpio y en muy buen estado. Dormíamos con el sonido de las olas del mar plácidamente, por lo que conseguimos desconectar y relajarnos desde el primer dia. La terraza era ideal para tomar el sol con vistas a la playa del Cabezo. La piscina comunitaria de nuestro apartamento era algo pequeña, pero ideal para quien viaje con niños. Las playas y las zonas de restaurantes y supermercados muy cerca, por lo que caminando tenias todo a la mano Destacar la atención al cliente de la agencia que en todo momento te sientes atendido y fueron muy profesionales Les felicito por vuestra labor y les recomendamos!! Everything was absolutely fine. We stayed in "Michaelas place", which is a beautiful apartment. It has a large terrace, which is accessible directly from the street, which is very convenient. It was hot at night, so they lent us fans for free. We were very satisfied with the whole stay.

Es la segunda ocasión que nos alojamos en apartamentos gestionados por Médano4you. La primera el año pasado en La Tejita y este año en el Médano en Seabreeze Terrace. El apartamento impecable, bonito, nuevo, confortable con una ubicación inmejorable, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados, en una zona tranquila para descansar perfectamente. El personal de la empresa, como siempre, muy amable, tanto Verónica que nos atendió como la chica simpatiquísima a quien devolví las llaves el domingo 24. Además detallazo de bienvenida de botella de vino, cervezas y agua en la nevera. Para repetir sin duda.

Hemos estado instalados durante casi una semana en un apartamento del edificio Magallanes. La ubicación es perfecta y el apartamento esta recientemente reformado. En la nevera había agua y cervezas de cortesía. Sin embargo no nos ha gustado por diferentes motivos. Las cerraduras de las puertas están atascadas y con frecuencia tuvimos problemas para entrar. El portero electrónico no funciona. Lo primero que encontramos al entrar fue un cubo con una fregona sucia a la entrada. En la cocina no hay microondas, el horno no funciona. La cafetera no se podía utilizar porque no es apta para vitroceramicas de inducción , igual que las sartenes . No hay colgadores para las toallas . No hay toldo para tapar el sol en la terraza por lo que no se puede comer allí y el que hay, está roto y hace mucho ruido con el viento. No digamos nada del entorno que está en obras y lleno de materiales de construcción. Piscina en obras. Él Parking no comunica con el apartamento y hay que salir a la calle. No hay ascensor . Hemos pagado demasiado dinero por un sitio con demasiados inconvenientes. Esta vez la empresa no nos ha ofrecido calidad

Nos alojamos en el apartamento Lady Hill y la experiencia fue excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio y contaba con todos los utensilios básicos de cocina. La piscina climatizada fue un gran plus, y la terraza nos dio mucha vida por las tardes. Al llegar, nos sorprendieron con un pack de 6 cervezas y una botella de vino, un detalle muy agradable. Una chica muy amable nos recibió, nos entregó las llaves y nos explicó todo sobre la vivienda. La tostadora estaba rota, pero el mismo día nos trajeron una nueva. También nos proporcionaron cuna y trona de forma gratuita, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Como único punto a mejorar, me hubiera gustado poder dejar las llaves dentro del apartamento o en un buzón, en lugar de tener que llevarlas a la oficina (a 7 minutos en coche). En general, una estancia muy recomendable.

We had an amazing 2 weeks in El Medano. Such a lovely town with a relaxed feel, great watersports, lots of lovely places to eat and very friendly. Medano4you were great hosts and very quick to respond if you needed help with anything. Thank you for a great holiday.

El piso era muy cómodo para 5 personas. Muy limpio y bien equipado. Los niños hicieron buen uso de la piscina comunitaria. El viento del Médano siempre mantuvo el piso fresco. Los contenedores están justo en la misma calle y se recogen 2-3 veces cada noche, lo que es muy ruidoso y a menudo nos despertaba. Medano4you es muy receptivo y fácil de contactar, resolvieron rápida y amablemente los pocos problemas que tuvimos. Yo los recomendaría.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, pulitissimo e molto funzionale per quanto concerne gli elettrodomestici e gli ambienti. Le uniche note dolenti sono, l'ubicazione al secondo piano (senza ascensore) e nel periodo del nostro soggiorno i lavori di ristrutturazione che dalle 8 di mattina non ci hanno dato tregua non consentendoci di riposare adeguatamente.

Rustige locatie, vlotte service van de medewerkers van Medano4You. Wel ontgoocheld over het appartement zelf. Veel donkerder dan op de foto's lijkt. Voelt niet gezellig aan, onder andere door de indeling (zeker in de slaapkamers voel je de muren op je af komen). Wel redelijk goede matrassen. 3 gewone drinkglazen voor een appartement van 4 personen: da's wat minnetjes. Verder wel voldoende servies en co. Keukenmateriaal oké. Zeer warm op de kamers, zeker in de zomer. Je kan ook moeilijk alle deuren en vensters open laten, want dan slaan de deuren dicht. Filtertje in kraan badkamer ontbreekt, wat niet hygiënisch is en ervoor zorgt dat het water alle kanten op spat. Drinkwaterfilter in keuken is dan weer pluspunt. Buitendeuren (voordeur, terrasdeuren) kunnen niet allemaal op slot: sloten kapot. Gelukkig kan je via de rolluiken de boel min of meer "sluiten", maar echt veilig is dat niet (er ontbreken trouwens een pak lamellen uit de rolluiken).

Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern in der Unterkunft THE STRELITZIA TERRACE. Die Unterkunft ist so wie in der Beschreibung auf der Internetseite. Die Bilder haben ebenfalls einen sehr guten Vorgeschmack auf das, was uns vor Ort erwartet hat, gegeben. Wir hatten am dritten Tag einen Defekt an der Toilettenspülung. Dieser wurde jedoch umgehend und in kürzester Zeit behoben. Die Vermietung hat sich sehr darum bemüht, den Defekt schnellstmöglich zu beseitigen. Die Kommunikation findet größtenteils per WhatsApp statt, die Vermietung ist aber auch telefonisch sehr gut erreichbar. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel am Ankunftstag war sehr nett. Es wurde sich Zeit genommen, um uns die Räumlichkeiten zu zeigen. Die Rückgabe der Schlüssel erfolgt im gut zu erreichenden Büro der Vermietung.

Super lokacija, a vse ostalo ne tako zelo super. Sobi tako majhni, da ena ni imela niti omare. Klime v apartmaju ni, tako da se 'penthouse' pri temperaturah nad 30 kar dobro ogreje. Vseskozi je bil z zraku vonj po kanalizaciji. Apartma sicer ima dve kopalnici, a če uporabljate eno, v drugi voda komaj teče.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this apartment. Terrible location, with constant wind on the street and airplanes constantly over the house. And the biggest disadvantage is that at this time there is no wi-fi. And on numerous requests, no one really responds, it's just not there.

Medano office and maintenance team always available to help and solve any problem. We are grateful to Jochen for allowing our dog in rental property. Also thankful for several contacts he provided that proved very helpful. 100% recommend Medano4you to anyone planning their stay in Medano.

Great clean location! It is within walking distance to many delicious restaurants. Even though it is on a busy street, the windows are such great quality that we could hear nothing inside the apartment when the windows/doors are closed. Thanks again

Firstly, the communication from Medano4you was excellent. Organised, informative and helpful. Answered what’s app messages promptly . The apartment itself was great ( jacks cosy penthouse ) fully equipped kitchen, great AC in lounge and bedrooms. Good WiFi . Lovely balcony with large dining table . Beautiful sun terrace on the roof with lovely seating, beds and garden plants . Noise wise fairly quiet apart from a neighbours dog that barked a lot . Complex has a lovely swimming pool . Location good for the bus , taxi rank over the road and supermarket . A few little cafes and a couple of restaurants. A beach bar 10 mins walk away called Pirates. Easy walk to the beach . We did walk into El Medano a couple of times . We would stay again and will definitely use Medano4you .

The location is excactly as you will see on the pictures and even better. The service of Medano4you is quick, friendly and good. We stayed in Casa de Playa and it was wonderful. Space outside is big and you can rest in a chair watching the sea, stay on the big corner couch, swim in the pool or have a drink in the hot tub. We were with seven people but everybody could take his rest when he wanted it. Inside the kitchen is well equiped. You can sit with everybody at the dining table or on the couch. The rooms are nice, with good matrasses. Three very nice and clean bathrooms and enough towels for our stay. Be aware that is is a surfers paradise, so the wind can be strong. With that it blows sand on the terrace, but no problem as you live outside. When you walk out of the house, the sandy and quiet beach is just a very short walk away. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful house at a perfect location. If we come back to Tenerife, we will certainly book this again!

We had an excellent experience with this company. The apartment we rented was excellent quality throughout with fabulous sea views. The fixtures and furniture were of good quality. The service from all the Medano4you staff was also very good. They will arrange taxis from and too the airport if required. They also kindly let us have a late check out as there was no one following on and we had a late flight.

Verblijf in "THE PENTHOUSE LA JAQUITA" was top. Het balkon met geweldig uitzicht incl. loungeset, eettafel en stoeltjes én hangmat waren het toppunt! De communicatie met de organisatie was tevens geweldig! Conclusie, een topvakantie mede dankzij jullie!

If you love El Medano, then this is fabulous. This is our fourth time of renting from Medano4you & we are never disappointed. Modern , super clean & safe. Convenient central location, quite private . All on one level making life easy. Superb terrace, great in the prevailing wind direction. Looking forward to renting again.

We stayed in El Médano at Easter time and we cannot fault this company. We found them very interactive from the start, keeping us informed about our booking, allowing us to check in early, easy check out, and check in by text to make sure everything was OK. The check in was quick and efficient and the staff very helpful. The apartment was lovely & exactly as described.

We arrived early and were taken to the offices of Medano4you by taxi where we left our luggage until the apartment was ready. We went for lunch and as promised they rang when it was ready and still 3 hours before the allocated time. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped, centrally located and as described. We enjoyed it so much we've booked again for next year

The worst experience ever !! Highly NOT recommended ! We rented an apartment with this company that absolutely did not meet any reality from the pictures !!! Right after check in we contacted them ,still within their office hours but they never picked up the phone or reacted on our messages . We wanted to check out from the apartment and leave / or change accomodation immediately but we finally had to stay over night and come to the office in person next morning because there was no one to help us . Unbelievable . In the morning the guy working in the office offered us that he will contact the manager of the Medano4you company in order to consult refund and also he showed me other available possibilities and alternatives of much nicer accomodadion for the same price in the nearby modern complex and he said he will contact me in a while to let me know about or refund or changing of the accomodation . After 2 hours of waiting for the response he just texted us that refund or any change is not possible and that the owner of the property would probably not accept personal unsatisfaction as a reason to cancel and refund money . ( they even never contacted the owner to double check this possibility with him) . When I called the guy he was rude and he just repeated what I just wrote . I ve never experienced behaviour and attitude like this before and I ve been renting villas and apartments in Canarias since 15 years . Be careful with this company for your bookings .

We had a great stay with some provisos in Beach Loft Natalia. The location in El Medano is great and the views lovely. There was plenty of space and I would describe the furnishings as happily lived in which for us is perfect. We would stay again however there has been work getting done at the apartment complex for a long time now which meant that during our stay the scaffolding surrounding the apartment had to come down which was a bit of a disturbance and the pool in the centre of the complex still looks like a building site. I suspect will lead to noise of the next few months at least. We were out for a fair part of the day and work stops about 4 ish but you would need to be sure that you would be happy before staying. There were also some issues with the electrics but I cannot fault Medano4you as they got this sorted out as quickly as possible. In short its a lovely flat and we would stay again but you need to be aware that the view from one aspect of the flat is a bit of a building site currently (it is at the side of the flat least used during your stay)and that there is noise 8-4. Medano4you offer a 20% reduction per day that there is noise. If you are pretty relaxed you'll be fine if you are highly strung/need perfection you will struggle.

Nos requieren 50 euros por daños de una silla. Al salir nos indican que el personal de limpieza reporta que falta una silla que estaba cuando limpiaron de los anteriores huéspedes. Nada podemos hacer, les dijimos que no estaba desde que llegamos y es una palabra u otra. No sabemos qué pudo pasar o desde cuándo no estaba. Por este motivo es importante, para evitar estas situaciones, que entreguen junto a las llaves un inventario fotográfico donde pueda verse el mobiliario con el cuenta el apartamento en el momento de entrega, a firmar por ambos. En caso contrario, siempre es una indefensión para el cliente.

Kleine aber schöne, gut ausgestattete, helle Wohnung in Strandnähe. Für 4 Personen dürfte es eher etwas knapp sein, da man sich auf dem Balkon wegen des Windes und des etwas dürftigen Sonnenschutzes nicht immer aufhalten kann. Die Parkplatzsituation in El Medano ist wirklich schlimm. Ohne einen garantierten Parkplatz würde ich das Objekt nicht mehr buchen.

Hemos estado una semana en uno de los apartamentos de Medano4you, específicamente en Michaelas Place. El apartamento es perfecto. La llegada fue muy bien, muy buena comunicación, el apartamento perfectamente limpio y no le faltaba de nada... toallas (playa y ducha), sábanas, cocina equipadisima... Nos dejaron agua, cervezas y una botella de vino como bienvenida, lo cual es de agradecer muchisimo. La situación es perfecta si te gusta el mar, la playa y cualquier deporte acuático. Repetiremos sin duda alguna. Muchas gracias!!!

Das Apartment Besos del Mar ist ganz neu möbliert und gemütlich. Im Zentrum gegenüber der Bushaltestelle, kleiner Balkon. Leider wurde ich vor der Kanalbaustelle direkt unter meinem Balkon nicht gewarnt, unerträgliche Presslufthämmer am Vormittag. Auch das TV-Programm funktionierte großteils nicht. Die geforderte Entschädigung landete aber prompt auf meinem Konto. Supermarkt und Hauptplatz mit Lokalen jeweils fünf Minuten zufuß, sehr gemütliche und unspektakuläre Kleinstadt. Für meine Bedürfnisse wunderbar. Ich komme nächstes Jahr wieder . Danke Jochen , denn ich war in den Jahren zuvor immer vollauf zufrieden !

Avoid this company. It is an Airbnb wannabe that cannot assure the comfort of its clients. We rented Casa do Fardo which in itself is a nice apartment in a nice residence. Nice pool. Close to the beach. That's why I gave this a two star. Our listing warned us about possible noise due to a building being constructed in front of us. As the workers worked during the day and we did daily activities. We did not foresee this to be an issue. And It wasn’t. The construction work wasn’t actually that loud. However, El Medano4You conveniently left out that there was renovation work being done within the building, that the garbage is picked up in the middle of the night by a very loud diesel truck (the bins are right in front of this apartment unit), the planes are right over head even though the apartment is at a good distance from the airport (and I say this living to even 2 km away from the airport in Montreal), the walls are paper-thin so if the neighbours are loud you will hear them, very loud road traffic, and that’s not all. This apartment, seems to be at a distance from the city core of El Médano. Do not let this fool you. All these new apartments are build along a newly build main road on which major bus routes have been established. The road right in front, Calle Mencey de Abona, is a main road for buses and they turn left onto Avenida Juan Carlos I. These buses are conveniently hybrid, which in general is a great thing, but turning left onto the avenida is uphill meaning that every single bus that passes goes from electric to its diesel engine which roars past the apartment both day and night. If I were a young guy seeking to surf and enjoy my evenings out, I would say it’s a great location. But if you want to relax or if you are traveling with a young family, I choose my words carefully when saying it was absolutely horrible. Your children will be unable to nap unless they are already accustomed to very loud metropolitan sounds. We were there for a full month, and these issues were persistent and will certainly not go away once the construction is done in front of the building. Unfortunately, I really cannot recommend this apartment or this company. Our family profile was absolutely unfitting for its surroundings even though it was advertised and family friendly. El Médano4You did offer us a 10% discount on our current rental if we wanted to rent another apartment with an extra 20% discount on the new rental. Even though that seems like a nice gesture, it essentially meant that is was costing us more than 2000 euros for the remaining 3 weeks to escape the noise for the benefit our our baby and toddler. El Médano4you could have discussed the issue with the apartment owner but it does not seem to be their priority. They value their clients profits more than the comfort of their renting clientele. If you’re young and want to have fun, go ahead and rent. If you want peace, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The apartment was very well equipped, extremely clean. The interior was comfortable, WIFI worked well as did the rest of the equipment, TV etc. The roof terrace was our favourite spot to sit quietly, read and soak up the sun. A comfortable interior, great location, easy walk to the supermarket, beach and restaurants. The staff in the Medano4you office were welcoming and efficient. Thank you Else. We highly recommend it! Absolutely amazing stat at this apartment overlooking the beach. It was clean, well equipped, spacious, wonderfully quiet and private. We had a small issue and Medano4youoffice was texted and sorted immediately. Simply perfect.

We hadden een appartement op de begane grond met fijn eigen terras. Het appartement is compleet uitgerust, comfortabel. Via Medano4you, een prima organisatie die goed bereikbaar is tijdens kantooruren. Mooi zwembad bij het complex en prachtige cactustuin. Medano is een plaats met een relaxte sfeer, veel sportieve mensen. Wij vonden het leuk om surfers te kijken. We hebben fijne wandelingen gemaakt. Naar Montana Rojo (top) en ietsje doorgewandeld naar strandbar La Pirata. Naar Montaña Pelada, een wonderschoon natuurgebied. Met de bus naar Los Abrigos (10 minuten) en dan wandelend naar Costa Silencio, ca. 5 km over de Boulevard en dan nog ca. 5 km over natuurpaden (zand, grind, rots) en geluncht in Costa Silencio. Er zijn veel restaurants en bars. Voldoende keus en kwaliteit. Ook goed uitgeruste grote supermarkt en meerdere kleine supermarkten.

Unser gebuchtes Appartment mit großer Terrasse ist in einem Wohnblock mit Tiefgaragenplatz in La Tejita unweit der Strände gelegen. Auch ein kleines Einkaufszentrum ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gepflegt. Nahezu alles war vorhanden, Küche mit großem Kühlschrank plus Eisfach, Herd mit Backofen, Microwelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Küchenutensilien. Gemütliche Couch mit großem Fernseher. Um deutsche TV-Programme schauen zu können empfiehlt sich allerdings ein Chromecast o.ä., der über das vorhandene WLAN betrieben werden kann. Das mittig gelegene Bad mit Dusche, WC und Bidet ist ausreichend groß. Es gibt ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und ein größeres Schlafzimmer mit einem sehr bequemen Boxspring-Doppelbett. Die Betreuung per Mail bzw. WhatsApp war sehr gut. Es wurde alles getan, damit es uns gutgeht. Begrüßungswein bzw. Getränke im Kühlschrank, Handwerkerservice z.B. bei einer defekten Glühbirne oder Taxi-Buchung, alles hat prima geklappt, selbst wenn man kein Spanisch spricht. Gut, etwas Englisch sollte man schon bringen. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine sehr schöne große, helle Ferienwohnung mit Balkon ganz nah am Meer mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Meerblick aus jedem Fenster. Die Betten sind bequem, alles war sauber. Es gab einen Fahrstuhl und eine Tiefgarage im Haus. Fußläufig sind viele gute Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe, ein wunderschöner langer Sandstrand - auch gut für Kinder geeignet. Der Ort liegt nah am Flughafen, trotzdem ist kein störender Fluglärm dort zu hören. Man kommt mit dem Mietwagen überall schnell hin, um sich z.B. denTeide anzusehen.

I would not recommend booking with this company. While the listing mentioned reconstruction at the very bottom of the description, it was not easy to notice on Booking.com. The company assured us that the noise would be minimal and limited to facade works on the other side of the building. However, the reality was completely different—heavy construction was taking place right below our apartment, with workers loudly removing all tiles from the swimming pool area. The noise pollution was unbearable, making it impossible for our child to have a siesta. When we asked for another apartment, the company made no real effort to resolve the issue. Their communication was slow and unhelpful, with delayed responses to our messages. Overall, the experience was very disappointing, and I would not trust this company again.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung mit Balkon sowie sehr grosser Dachterrasse. Modern und gut eingerichtet mit sehr guter Küchenausstattung und ausgesprochen viel Schrankplatz + zusätzl. Haushaltsraum. Sehr gute Lage zum Meer, zur Autobahn (für Exkursionen) und Flughafen (den man kaum hört) sowie zwei Golfplätzen. Ein grosses Plus ist auch das ca. 200m entfernte kleine Einkaufszentrum mit diversen z.T. sehr guten ( Alta Marea , Samelo Veg ) Restaurants Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch das stets sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Team von medano4you ( da der Pool in diesem Februar w/Renovierungsarbeiten kurzfristig nicht zu nutzen war, erhielten wir eine faire Erstattung) Wir werden wiederkommen!

Tejita Unterkunft: Service und Kontakt waren sehr gut. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit der Unterkunft, da der Pool repariert wurde. Man will uns aber dafür entschädigen, was auch in Ordnung ist. Andere kleinere Mängel an der Unterkunft war man bemüht diese abzustellen. An der Baustelle des Robinson Club in der Nachbarschaft kann man leider auch nichts machen. Ein TG Stellplatz ist aber Top da die Verkehrs- und Parklage immer schwieriger wird. Ausstattung des Appartment mit Dachterasse ist sehr gut. Nachtrag: Entschädigung kam kurzfristig und problemlos

Apartment was clean and very spacious. Everything what you need for a vacation was there. Location is good, though some noise from the aircrafts can be heard between 6 am to 10 pm. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. Own personal garage with direct access to the apartment was perfect!

Wie von Medano4you gewohnt, ein schönes, sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Apartment in einem gepflegten Apartmenthaus. Besonders hervorzuheben die Dachterasse mit Panoramarundblick, Liegestühlen und auch Grill. Ausserdem noch ein Balkon.Zwei Schlafräume mit unterschiedlich großen Betten. Leider hat el Medano die Nähe zum Airport, sodass der doch permanente Flugverkehr, direkt über das Haus gehend, für eine unangenehme Geräuschkulisse sorgt. Hervorragender Service der Agentur, vor - aber auch während des Aufenthaltes. Wir sind langjährige, sehr zufriedene Kunden bei Medano4you.

Wir hatten für 10 Tage eine Ferienwohnung über booking bei Medano4you S.L. in El Medano gebucht. Die Kommunikation war easy, schnell und direkt. Die Wohnung hielt genau das, was versprochen war. Besonders hervorheben muss man die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Nett waren auch "Willkommensgetränke" im Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft vorzufinden. Ein defekter Wasserkocher wurde unverzüglich getauscht. Wir können das Unternehmen uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and well presented with plenty of space and everything you need for a great stay. Check in was easy and personal with a very helpful agent. The location was perfect, in a quiet area next to the islands best natural beach but with a shop and restaurants very close by. A private parking space was also very helpful. We had a lovely stay and can't wait to return.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt zentral. Einziges Manko ist die Parkplatzsuche. Aber dieses Problem gibt es in jeder Appartmentanlage in El Medano, die nicht über einen eigenen Parkbereich verfügt, genauso. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We hadden via Airbnb het 'Surfers Paradise Plaza Penthouse' gehuurd. We zaten op de 4e etage en hadden vanaf een riant terras uitzicht op het levendige Plaza El Medano en strand. Het appartement had twee slaapkamers en een ruimte met prima uitgeruste keuken. Het eettafeltje met stoeltjes zag er leuk uit maar zat niet echt heel comfortabel. Een compliment voor het aanwezige waterfilter waardoor je lekker drinkbaar water uit de kraan kon drinken. Meerdere supermarkten vlakbij. Medano is een levendig en gezellig plaatsje. Ik kan het aanbevelen.

Apartment gut ausgestattet. Gute Kommunikation. Gerne wieder.

We had a little bit strange welcome due to being given only a google map link and no one detailed “how to get in garage”, but anyway it was good and warm enough. Also, we were grunted by a bottle of local wine and a few small bottles of beer, but… in the whole house we had no success finding an opener for a bottle. Medano4you's answer was “Our apologies, but Medano4you is responsible for check-in and welcoming guests, not for the equipment like this in the flats...” We must buy it only because stuff promised to bring it in a morning, but we had another plan for the first evening 😉 Next, we realized that one of the TVs had no YouTube and asked to fix it, but the answer was between the lines – do it yourself (“Ok the technician told me there was a similar issue in the other apartemnt. And asked to please disconnect the TV cable and router cable for 5 minutes and then to connect it back again and check after more or less 10 minutes”) FYI – they couldn’t fix it even when they came… In our basement we had a Ping-Pong table with a broken ball, and you know what? We bought a ball and left it in the house – I hope it will help the next guests. Besides, Sur Reina Sofia airport was a 10 minutes’ drive from our location and the loud sound from planes arriving and departing was terrible and starts at 5 till 23 every day. Next challenge was… strong wind! I know why Medano is a mecca for windsurfers 😊 But all the rest was fine, except overprice 2500€/week…

Gut organisierte Agentur bei Wohnungs- oder Hausübergabe - nervig ist allerdings, das man bei Abreise die Schlüssel zum Büro in Medano zurückbringen muss.

Strelitzia Terrace: a beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and equipment and a dishwasher and washing machine. We had an issue with the TV and the agent responded quickly to restore the service. The pool is lovely (not heated) and cleaned daily. Parking on the road outside was never a problem. Some noise from aircraft…… but we expected that and it wasn’t a problem for us.

Very accommodative staff especially Ana who is always smiling and ready to answer all questions being asked. The apartment is clean and well equiped with kitchen utensils. The only problem encountered was the jalousy on both windows was malfunctioning and when the workers came, they said that it has to be replaced - when? I don't know because we check out, it was not repaired or replaced yet. Also, it bothers both me and my partner about the lots of small ants crawling around the kitchen as well as the sink in the shower. I hope that the problems abovementioned be given prompt attention. Abbiamo passato il Natale e capodanno 2025 in questa struttura, l'appartamento è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi i supermercati e il centro del Medano....in più col parcheggio interno comodissimo in quanto al Medano nn si trovano parcheggi esterni. Balcone che affaccia sul mare... però di giorno è impossibile mangiare fuori troppo sole e caldo....una tenda sarebbe necessaria. Per il resto pulito,con cucina attrezzata di tutto. Grazie e nel complesso bella esperienza.

Apartamento muy bonito y nuevo frente al mar. Es un apartamento grande, tranquilo, con una habitación pero con sofá cama, para quizá acomodar a la familia. El balcón está muy bien y tiene una segunda planta con una terraza y unas vistas impresionantes. Muy buena experiencia, las camas súper cómodas, todo nuevo, el apartamento super bien equipado, 2 teles, escritorio por si tienes que trabajar desde casa, lavavajillas, lavadora, frigorífico, cubiertos, ollas, sartenes, vasos, cafetera, tostadora, etc. Tenía de todo. Los vecinos muy tranquilos, no los ví ni los escuché. La piscina muy bonita y bien cuidada, se nota que está la zona y el apartamento bastante bien cuidado. Se ve que es una zona muy tranquila en sí y hay poquitos turistas aunque hay un centro comercia con bares, supermercado, y alguna tiendita y servicios. El sitio está muy bien, sobre todo porque puedes caminar a la playa y esta es de arena. El personal estuvo muy atento, de hecho pedí una almohada por problemas de cuello, y Anna vino a traerme la almohada ese mismo día al terminar su jornada de trabajo, muy atenta la chica la verdad, se lo agradezco! Por lo general me gustó mucho la estancia y repetiría de volver a Tenerife :D

We stayed at a very nice appartment and pre-booking service, payment, check-in, additional guest handling, minor issues during stay and check-out were handled very quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner. Fully recommendable business and service.

The apartment at The First Line Sea View Penthouse looks great in the pictures BUT it is very outdated and small/cramped. It doesn’t have private parking and be aware that el Médano is a very busy area and parking is scarce, we had a hard time finding parking most of the time. The second bedroom is on the street side and is very noisy. Even in October is hot in Tenerife and not even the fans were enough to cool off. There are no basic necessities like shampoo, conditioner, salt and pepper in the kitchen. The only good thing about this apartment is the view of the beach, which you could find anywhere else on the island! During our stay, the water service was interrupted for a full day and the company, Medano4you, didn’t handle the problem properly. They never called the community to find out when the water would be restored, and kept telling us that they didn’t receive any interruption notice, so it was probably a temporary matter. After many requests for compensation, they only credited us $23, or 10% of one day rent fee. Since they transferred to our foreign bank account, they were charged $15 transfer fee that they took out of the $23, at the end we only received $8 for a full day with no water. We left very disappointed, and would definitely not stay in this apartment again.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and the charming town center, where we found great restaurants, shops, and a lively yet laid-back atmosphere.

We returned to Tenerife after a 20 year break. We chose El Medano for easy access to beaches, the airport, shops and Mount Teide. Medano4you had a good selection of accommodation for our party as we needed 3 bedrooms. We chose centrally located properties Playa Chica Loft & Maritimo Holiday Home. Perfect! We were not disappointed. Booking was easy & all ongoing queries were answered quickly. The personal check in was much appreciated as we got lost & roadworks in the town hampered our route. The Apartments were very comfortable, well equipped, clean, light and airy with a welcome bottle of wine & beers in the fridge. We will return.. Thank you Medano4you crew

This is our 5th (at least) time using Medano for you. The apartments they rent out have all been of exceptional quality as has the service and communication. I was a little disappointed that on this occasion, instead of a welcoming gift of wine and beer, this time there was no wine, and 3 small bottles of beer. Presumably for myself, my wife and our 4 year old? All the apartments we have stayed in have been immaculately clean and all provide TVs with access to all UK channels, which is very convenient (with a 4 year old)! Overall a great stay!

Wohnung Top Zustand Alles bestens,Unprofessionalität stört mich und arrogante Mitarbeiter nehme ich keine Rücksicht auf die Situation weil mir würde gesagt wenn mir nicht gefällt Check um 15uhr obwohl war 20 min später rede von Calle Pizarro 2,soll ich mir was bessere Aufenthalt suchen ( zwei Monate ins voraus bezahlt 🙈).Praktisch Mann kann bisschen flexibler sein die ganzen Umgebung bitten Unterkunfte ein und sind verdamt flexibel rede von meinem Erfahrungen ich war oft in der Ecke!

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus Eternal Spring gemietet für 10 Tage ( 2240€) etwas teuer aber sehr schön und sauber... auch die Kommunikation über WhatsApp lief reibungslos und unkompliziert... sehr netter und schneller Kontakt... auch super Pluspunkt Tiefgarage mit direkten Zugang ins Haus.... gerne wieder über medano4you

Ero già stato 2 anni fa nello stesso residence in un appartamento simile con tre stanze (questo è da due) fronte mare. Esperienza molto positiva confermata. Puntuale e gentile l’accoglienza ed il check-in (trovare 4 birre in fresco è piacevole!). Posizione fantastica: in zona tranquilla a 3 km da Los Abrigos e 3 km da El Médano, con bella spiaggia a 50/100 mt, centro commerciale completo di bar e ristoranti appena al di là della strada. Piscina pulita e ben servita. L’appartamento è bello. Pulizia accurata. Nella camera anche un cuscino speciale per chi soffre di cervicale. Super accessoriato: Wi-Fi, televisore grande, frigorifero e freezer capienti, lavastoviglie, fuochi ad induzione, microonde, macchina caffè nespresso, caffettiera x caffè americano e moka, spremiagrumi, tostapane, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, stendino, aspirapolvere, ecc. (tutto nuovo o comunque in ottimo stato). Buona la dotazione di piatti, pentole, posate, coltelleria e bicchieri (ho apprezzato i calici da vino rosso). Bagno perfetto: pulito, doccia calda e perfettamente funzionante, scarichi ben funzionanti, asciugamani pulitissimi ed in quantità, asciugacapelli potente, armadietto e scaffali. Terrazza superiore bella ed attrezzata con tenda elettrica, tavolo per 6/8 persone, sedie, divani e 2 sdrai. Parcheggio riservato nel garage raggiungibile dalla scala interna. Anche l’assistenza pronta e puntuale: per un piccolo problema all’ombrellone (che comunque è un plus) siamo stati immediatamente contattati per la sostituzione. Ovviamente tutto è migliorabile e qui di seguito qualche appunto del tutto personale e giusto per trovare il ‘pelo nell’uovo’: manca l’aria condizionata (nelle stanze ci sono ora dei buoni ventilatori), la vista mare non è ‘front’ ma è laterale, una Pergola bioclimatica a struttura fissa sarebbe preferibile alla tenda elettrica che risulta poco fruibile per il costante e forte vento. Con poca spesa: un copri divano su misura sarebbe più adatto ad un appartamento di ottimo livello come questo ed infine qualche quadro al posto dei posters delle camere. Da ritornarci.

Il posto è molto tranquillo, quindi se volete fare una vacanza per rilassarvi e godervi il mare el Médano è perfetto, della casa c’è poco da dire, è favolosa e dotata di tutti i comfort che puoi richiedere.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und standen bereits vor Anreise über WhatsApp in Kontakt mit Medano4youoffice. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Unterkunft befinden sich Supermärkte, direkt unterhalb des Appartments kleine Cafés. Unser Auto konnten wir kostenlos auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abstellen, gerade mal 300 Meter entfernt. Die Zufahrt zum Appartement ist zum Ausladen der Koffer möglich. Da das Appartment sehr zentral liegt, muss man bis Mitternacht mit dem üblichen smalltalk der Gäste der Cafés und Kneipen rechnen, aber das ist in Anbetracht der tollen Lage zu vernachlässigen. Wir empfehlen das Appartment sehr gerne weiter.

Apartamento cómodo y perfectamente equipado, ubicado en una zona tranquila de la también tranquila población de El Médano. Perfecto para unos días de descanso. Los interlocutores de la empresa Medano4You son muy amables, a tu llegada te esperan en edificio para acompañarte al apartamento y explicarte cómo está todo. Así mismo, en caso de duda/incidencia responden a la misma y te la solucionan muy rápidamente incluso en fines de semana.

L’ appartamento è bellissimo e confortevole, situato in una posizione comoda, vicino a spiagge e a tutti i servizi. Un grazie particolare alla ragazza della reception che mi ha aiutato con la lingua, con i transfer e la carta d imbarco, pronta a qualsiasi esigenza. A somewhat chaotic arrival check in as contact number given not answered, eventually made contact with main office and given duff information, called back some 5 minutes later and got answer machine saying office now closed ! Frustrating and resulting in a 15 minute wait outside the accommodation before someone eventually arrived with the apartment keys. However, the apartment is well located giving excellent views. Reasonably well equipped, clean and tidy. Always something to see from the excellent balcony. Unfortunately on our last night there was a big band playing in the square with a cacophony of thumping noise until 04:30 which didn’t go well with having to get up at 07:00 for our outbound flight!

Posizione dell’appartamento favolosa con quel balconcino affacciato sull’oceano. La spiaggia è praticamente attaccata alla struttura, è libera ma c’è anche la possibilità del lettino. La cucina ha tutti i comfort, lavatrice, forno, microonde, bollitore, tante pentole anche i tupper Ware… il bagno è cieco ma ha una doccia spaziale, grandissima. C’è il Wi-Fi, un divano comodissimo. El Médano è un luogo molto tranquillo, però non manca di locali carini, tanti supermercati e take away vicinissimi all’alloggio. Staff molto cordiale. Se mai tornerò a El Médano li ricontatterò sicuramente

We stayed at Jack’s family apartment. It is described as accommodating 4 adults with two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other a Sofa bed. The Sofa bed is not suitable as a bed for an adult. It is a small corner sofa with an infill section that splits from the sofa when in use. It is not usable for a single adult let alone two. We had to use the main sofa as another bed and that is narrow and not suitable for sleeping. We complained but Medano4you are just agents for the owner. They offered additional accommodation at a discount of 10% but no refund on the booked accommodation. We decline because it would mean splitting the family in separate accommodation. It was high season with limited availability. The swimming pool was being maintained for 5 out of the 7 days that we stay and was not in use during that period. The apartment has dated and what looks like old second hand furniture in the bedrooms. It was average but the outside space is okay. The location is a fair way outside El Medano and is a 40min walk or €10 taxi ride. We stay in El Medano regularly and have used Medano4you twice before without any issues. They are attentive and easy to communicate with via whatsapp. On this occasion we think the apartment was mis-sold and poor quality. Some apartments are better than others. Quality and description is not consistent. We are now wary of using them again because poor sleeping accommodation ruins a holiday.

Alquilamos un apartamento en el Edificio Estrella de Mar situado enfrente de el muelle de El Médano. Estuvimos 3 personas, durante 6 día en el mes de agosto del 2024 y hemos estado muy cómodos. Sara, la persona que nos hizo en check-in, ha sido muy profesional y ha respondido rápidamente a todas mis preguntas por Whatsapp . La cocina estaba muy bien equipada; estropajos nuevos, jabón, paños, varios tipos de cafeteras, copas, sartenes de diferentes tamaños, etc... de lo que no dispone es de microonda, pero no lo echamos en falta al haber horno. Dispone de un grifo de agua filtrada para el consumo, todo un acierto para generar menos plástico. El salón es amplio y luminoso, el mobiliario es bonito y está en buen estado, está tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. La situación del mismo y la terraza hicieron que nos decantáramos por esta elección y finalmente ha sido todo un éxito.

Pasamos unos días fantásticos en el departamento "La Terraza Los Martines". Muy cómodo, tuvimos todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. La descripción se corresponde al 100% con lo anunciado. Es una zona ideal para quienes deseen estar alejados del turismo masivo. Se puede aparcar facilmente en el parking público exterior. El Médano está a 10 minutos andando. Es una zona conocida por su clima ventoso, ideal para los amantes de deportes acuáticos. Cuando estuvimos allí se realizó el campeonato mundial de Windsurf. Estoy muy satisfecha de haber contratado el departamento a través de Medano4you. La chica que nos recibió fue muy atenta, también la comunicación con el equipo administrativo fue eficiente y amable. Estuvieron muy antentos a todo. Muchas gracias!

Apartament La Tejita wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach biura. Na terenie osiedla 2 przystępne baseny z leżakami. Okolica jest na uboczu większych miejscowości takich jak El Medano czy Los Abrigos- dla niektórych ten spokój i brak nocnego życia może być zaletą, dla innych wadą. Wokół są apartamentowce, w pobliżu jeden mały supermarket i kilka restauracji oraz plac budowy nowych apartamentowców. Najbliższa plaża Playa de Granadilla jest malutka i kamienista, piasek czarny, kawałek dalej, bliżej Montaña Roja znajduje się plaża piaszczysta, w której można już bezpieczniej się kąpać, o ile trafi się na bezwietrzny dzień. A wiatru jest tu bardzo dużo! Plaże są strzeżone przez ratowników, którzy prawdziwie interesowali się wodnymi wojażami jednego z członków rodziny. Kontakt z biurem bez zarzutu, bardzo szybko i sprawnie zareagowali, kiedy poskarżyliśmy się na obecność karaluchów, są one powszechne na wyspie. Tę część wyspy polecamy miłośnikom wodnych sportów!

"El Medano is a windy area, has been and will always be” Copio ed incollo la vostra risposta alla mia recensione presso “MEDANO4YOU Casa Girasol” di Booking, anche se a Booking avete negato questo, dichiarando che la mia villa non aveva nessun problema di vento, però nel manuale della casa era indicato di mettere 4 mega sassi da 10 kg cadauno sulla copertura della jacuzzi altrimenti sarebbe volata via come un foglio di carta al vento. Secondo me la zona di El Medano va bene come zona per affittare degli appartamenti senza spazi esterni, ma non per affittare ville con spazi esterni. Inoltre El Medano è vicinissimo all’aeroporto internazionale e dalla mattina presto a notte tarda partono aerei di continuo così vicino alle case che si riesce a riconoscere la compagnia aerea e ogni aereo sembra un tuono che dura 20/25 secondi ogni volta. Sono stato presso una loro villa 21 giorni e per 19 giorni ho avuto vento talmente forte(che tirava sabbia) da non poter utilizzare la piscina, la jacuzzi, il giardino, il solarium ed il barbecue.  E’ normale dare un giudizio negativo alla villa perché non è stato fatto nessun tentativo per bloccare il vento, per esempio i vicini di casa della mia villa hanno installato delle vetrate alzando il muro esterno per bloccare il vento, mentre nella mia villa hanno lasciato una misera ringhiera a colonne che ovviamente non ferma il vento, ma se date un giudizio negativo, loro si arrabbiano e ti prendono in giro dicendo che non sono stato a Tenerife ma al polo Nord. Mhaaa!! Rispondo anche alle vostre bugie: 1) considerando che stavo 21 giorni, alla consegna delle chiavi ho chiesto info riguardo pulizie e cambio lenzuola/asciugamani(in altre ville alle Canarie ogni 7 o 10 giorni pulivano, cambiavano le lenzuona e gli asciugamani), mi è stato risposto che le pulizie della casa e il cambio lenzuola/asciugamani era a pagamento e oltretutto non sapeva neanche indicarmi il costo perché non si sapeva quante persone sarebbero venute ed il tempo che avrebbero impiegato, per questo motivo mi veniva consigliato di utilizzare la lavatrice e pulire la casa da solo. 2) Jacuzzi: forse non avete letto che io non l’avevo ancora utilizzata ed era già sporca come da video che vi ho mandato dove evidenziavo una riga gialla di sporco(probabilmente un accumulo di pelli morte secce sul bordo dell’acqua) su un lato della Jacuzzi, subito mi avete mandato 2 foto(inoltrate dai vostri collaboratori) della jacuzzi con solo mezza copertura aperta, mentre lo sporco era nell’altra metà coperta, dicendomi che i vostri collaboratori sono impeccabili e redarguendo me che non dovevo utilizzarla con le creme solari. Complimenti! 3) avete scritto che tutte le recensioni della villa hanno voto 9 e 10, invece attualmente quasi la metà delle recensioni sono meno di 9 e 10. Consiglio di affittare ville e appartamenti con spazi esterni dal lato di Los Cristianos a salire sulla stessa costa che è riparato dal vento, e di lasciar perdere la costa di El Medano dove hanno istallato tante pale eoliche per quanto vento tira.  Valutate voi

Alquilamos el apartamento Vistamarina Terrace Sunshine por una semana, se encuentra cerca de la Playa de la Jaquita y cerquísima del centro de El Médano. Limpio, cómodo y puedes llevar a tu mascota por 30 euros de suplemento. Tiene aparcamiento privado muy cómodo.

Hemos estado 6 días en las 3 fridas , y quedamos muy contentos de la atención recibida y las comodidades de la casa , súper equipada y espaciosa , la zona de la piscina estaba genial, si tuviera que poner un pero sería el cobro del suplemento por perro que me parece un tanto alto , de resto todo muy bien.

Things were falling apart during our stay... the laundry came out of the machine with rust stains and black streaks that would never go out again, there was no covers for the blankets, the terrace hat no shading and so could not be used during the day. I did expect more for that price point...

Wil je rust , gezelligheid en toch die actieve vakantie dan is El Medano de perfecte locatie voor je vakantie. wandelen, surfen, kiten , maar evenveel genieten. Het appartement is steeds in perfecte conditie. alles is op wandelafstanden, dichtbij een winkel, dichtbij strand.

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno splendido appartamento, curato e ben accessoriato. Vista sul mare da sogno. L’agenzia ci ha assistito in modo eccellente mostrando molta disponibilità ad ogni richiesta. Ricontatterò sicuramente loro nella prossima occasione.

Great apartment to stay in while in El Médano. Plenty of space for 6 people and the apartment was well equipped with all kitchen, bathroom and laundry items. We appreciated being able to cook our own meals, clean up with the dishwasher and use the laundry machine. The outdoor eating area and lounge space were ideal for our group as we had lots of windsurfing gear to store and clean. The apartment and complex were clean and secure. Only improvement might be to add an ac unit as we found it hot when sleeping and the fans provided in each bedroom were extremely loud. The bedroom windows did not open (and with the strong wind, not sure you'd want to hear the wind all night anyhow). Communication with Médano4You was easy via WhatsApp although they did send us the wrong location for the apartment when checking in. I would book again using their website rather than Airbnb as we had some issues with the Airbnb platform and the price of the accommodation (we paid upfront through Airbnb but was then told by Médano4You that there was an additional cost not reflected on Airbnb due to a system error.) As a customer, Airbnb and Médano4You could have handled this better rather than putting that back on us for an additional payment after the fact. Overall, a really wonderful accommodation to stay in with all your needs covered for a 5 star stay in an apartment complex.

Reservamos Lady's Hill en la playa de la Tejita, no hemos podido disfrutar de la playa tanto como queríamos ya que es una zona con muchísimo viento así que estar en la arena era casi imposible y al ir con niños el mar estaba bastante peligroso para bañarse... El apartamento es grande y con todas las comodidades. La zona del patio totalmente amueblada, hasta con juegos para los niños. Eso sí, al ser un bajo alguna cucaracha se colaba dentro. El contacto y la atención de Medano4you ha sido fenomenal, siempre pendientes de todo, si volvemos por la zona repetiremos con ellos seguro.

Muy buena atención desde el comienzo . Apartamento bien equipado y limpio . Están a tu disposición respondiendo dudas y consultas durante la estancia. Recomendable su gestión 100%

Acabamos de regresar del apartamento que gestiona Medano4you, The Triskel Holiday Home!! Hemos pasado unos días buenísimos, el apartamento está muy bien situado, con hermosas vistas del pueblo y la playa, y está equipado con todo lo necesario, hasta el mínimo detalle. El Wifi era muy rápido, y pude trabajar online. Y la atención de Medano4you fue muy buena, tanto a nuestra llegada, como durante la estancia y la salida. Repetiremos!!!!

Hemos alquilado un apartamento en La Tejera 6 personas, durante 4 día en el mes de Junio del 2024 y la verdad, hemos salido encantados. Superprofesionales, contestando todas las dudas por wasapat o teléfono. La cocina superbién equipada, estropajos nuevos, jabón, tres tipos de cafeteras, electrodomésticos nuevos. te dejan montón de toallas para la playa, piscina, ducha..., sabanas muy nuevas y limpias El apartamento muy limpio y encima te regalan una botella de vino. Repetiremos sin dudarlo. La situación es muy buena y la piscina también está muy bien.

Amazing apartment and experience, would definetly go back

We had a lovely week at the beautiful apartment CASA LA BARCA SUR. Really great location and the apartment was very well equipped with everything you could need. The staff at the office were very helpful and met us on arrival to show us around the accommodation and answer any questions. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The apartment is in a really good location and only a 5 minute walk to the centre of El Medano, which is a charming little town with so many fabulous restaurants. The only thing that would have made the week perfect, was if the apartment had air conditioning. We found it very hot, especially in the evenings. Even a plug in fan would have been welcome. Will definitely visit again.

Wir waren mit Familie knapp eine Woche in dem Appartement. Das Appartement ist hell und freundlich und hat ein schöne, wenngleich sehr windige Terrasse. Die Einrichtung ist wie ein kompletter IKEA Ausstellungsraum. Das wäre alle i.O. gewesen, hätten wir nicht während der gesamten Zeit ohne Vorwarnung kein Wasser gehabt. Von 8/9 Uhr morgens bis 17 Uhr abends. Es gab Wartungsarbeiten. Das kann vorkommen. Allerdings waren überall im Haus Hinweise auf den Zeitraum des Ausfalls und dass die (Ver-)Mieter darauf hingewiesen werden, wann genau die Abschaltungen sind. Medano4You hat darüber aber nichts kommuniziert und wir standen eingeseift ohne Wasser in der Dusche, hatten während der gesamten Zeit keine Toilette, etc.. Als ich mich dann höflich beschwert habe, dass das so nicht geht, und die Wohnung ohne Wasser nicht vermietbar ist, bekam ich eine seitenlange Email, dass der deutsche Vermieter alles richtig gemacht hat und es einfach so ist. Das ist eine Frechheit. Vor diesem Hintergrund kann ich das Apt. empfehlen - allerdings medano4you in keinster Weise. Davon rate ich ab. PS: Auf meine Beschwerde hin habe ich 61€ Nachlass bekommen - auf insgesamt über 700€ Gesamtkosten - ohne Wasser ?! (sic!)

We stayed at The Atalaya Garden. We're seasoned apartment renters during our travels, so we've got a good basis for comparison. I was genuinely impressed by the sheer amount of amenities provided in the apartment, there was even a roller for workouts, not to mention ample dishware and essentials. The team at MEDANO4YOU was top-notch: they were quick to respond and always friendly. It's clear they genuinely care about ensuring guests feel like they're in a five-star hotel. Plus, the location was superb, with everything conveniently nearby. The only downside was that we couldn't fully enjoy the terrace due to the wind, but overall, it was a really great experience. P.S. One note about the location, especially if you're visiting Tenerife for the first time: El Medano is great, very clean and a small town with all you might need. However, it's not exactly a beach relaxation spot. It's more geared towards water activities like windsurfing and the like, given that the area tends to be quite windy by nature.

Excellent location close to beach and center. Appt was clean with a very well equipped kitchen, towels for pool/beach included, nice swimming pool, and private parking. Professional rental agency is very approachable and responds quickly. We were nicely welcomed when we arrived, everything in the apartment was explained, and some initial necessities and a nice welcome package were provided so we didn't have to go to the supermarket immediately. I would definitely recommend the agency and the apartment.

Świetny apartament, czysto, blisko do miasteczka (10 minut pieszo), najlepsza plaża dla wind-kite-wing surfingu.

Arrived late but met outside the apt to be guided into the garage and then up to apt. Everything was explained on how to use the WiFi to the outside awning. Found a lovely welcome pack beer and wine lovely at 11pm. Everything you would need was there and so clean -the beds were to die for. In fact the whole complex was clean and tidy and the pool was great. Only one thing was a pain taking keys into El Medina before taking car back to the airport. Would have been great to have a lock box to leave them in. All in all 10 put of 10 and will recommend to friends.

Tolle Wohnung, ca 55 qm, siehe Bilder. Kontakt zur Verwaltung verlief problemlos über Mail. WLAN in der Wohnung. Sehr zentrale Lage. Direkt vor der Tür sind mehrere Lokale um gut und günstig zu essen. Frühstück ab 8 Uhr und abends bis 21 Uhr. Ansonsten ist in der Küche der Wohnung alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für die zur Zeit stattfindenden Renovierungsarbeiten an der Fassade und am Pool was wir vorher aber mitgeteilt bekommen hatten und auch Rabatt bekommen habe. Hausmeister ist vor Ort und macht immer alles sauber. Danke für die Flasche Wein und die zwei Flaschen Bier die es zur Begrüßung gab!

Great apartment !! Don’t think using QR codes for WiFi and map for finding bins a great idea at all especially for people who are not QR savvy or even know how to do it- very impersonal idea!! Although Medano4U had ordered us a taxi on departure they had given the wrong address to the taxi firm !!

Apartment in a great location. Beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace. Well-equipped, spacious and clean. The office staff were very helpful. Definitely the best one I have ever had the pleasure of renting. 11/10! I recommend it to everyone!

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, es gibt zwei Küchen - eine große Außenküche in einer Art Wintergarten. Der Innenhof ist ein guter Platz, um Privatsphäre zu haben. Die Zimmer sind bestens ausgestattet und es gibt einen Blick zum Meer.. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Auto konnte in einer privaten Tiefgarage geparkt werden. Dort gab es auch Tischtennis, Billard, Dart und Kicker- für die private Nutzung. Der Service vor Ort war hervorragend. Einziger Wunsch wären Sonnenliegen für den Innenhof, sonst war alles perfekt.

Accommodation was in a really great location and when we arrived the premise was very clean and neat. However, the windows and doors were very substandard meaning there was zero sound proofing and we could hear everything outside which made sleep difficult.

We stayed at THE MEDANO SMILE HOLIDAY HOME. Perfect place for 4 people with private parking which is very usefull during renting car. Apartment clean, with 2 bedrooms, 3 floor. Big good supermarket is very close, to the beach max 7-10 min by walk. Thanks MEDANO4YOU for fantactic place.

We loved this villa. It was stunning looking out to sea, in beautiful surroundings. The villa was clean and very modern and unique. We had lovely BBQ s at night while listening to the sea. A walk away from the town which is beautiful. The hosts were amazing, helpful and kind from letting us check in early to booking taxis for us from their office. An amazing holiday!

A fabulous little apartment in a really central location, everything within quick walking distance. Really well equipped for 2 people, if you are looking to spend a lot of time in the apartment it might be quite snug for 4 people. But there is so much to do right on your doorstep it wouldn't matter! Taxi from airport $15

Mar Menor. The town house is modern, spacious, clean and stylish and the beds are comfortable. In the living area we felt it was style over comfort. The sofa was uncomfortable and other seats hard based, so nowhere to really relax. The outside terrace is a sea of grey painted concrete, as is the unheated pool. Neither has views beyond concrete. There is a lovely local beach 10 minutes walk, with an excellent pizzeria and bistro across the road and a small convenience store under the one hotel. The walk to edge of town is 20 minutes, so to get into town 25 minutes. We found it just too far away to be convenient. Merano4you are excellent- friendly, efficient and helpful.

Il complesso Arecas è pressoché nuovo. Le case sono ampie, luminose, arredate in maniera essenziale, ma allo stesso tempo complete di tutte le forniture necessarie. Ci sono 3 camere da letto, due al piano superiore e una nel seminterrato, due smart tv e una playstation che però non abbiamo mai acceso. La lavatrice è nuova e gli elettrodomestici in cucina permettono di fare colazioni e pasti completi. Posizione strategica, l'auto diventa quasi superflua se si vuole fare una vacanza stanziale a El Medano. Piscina comunitaria essenziale, ma il bel tempo ci ha fatto propendere per la spiaggia. Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans l'appartement de la résidence Strelitzia. Magnifique terrasse très ensoleillée et l'endroit est relativement calme. C'était notre quatrième réservation via Medano4you. L'équipe de Jochen est toujours au top, très à l'écoute et fait tout pour satisfaire les occupants très rapidement. Et toujours souriants et très sympathiques.😉 Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Super appartement avec piscine.. mais pas de climatisation.... grande terrasse ..

Letztlich klappte alles sehr gut, wir freuen uns, dass eine Lösung für unsere Anzahlung herbeigeführt werden konnte. Gute Kommunikation, tolles Angebot, schöne Unterkünfte im Angebot, sauber. Standort war bei uns leider nicht unbedingt perfekt, in Bezug auf die Baustelle gegenüber. War uns jedoch vorab bekannt.

Kontakt und Empfang sehr gut und unkompliziert, Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und tolle Lage. nur wenige Meter zum Meer, sowie zum kleinen Einkaufszentrum-inklusive netter Restaurant. Kleiner Minuspunkt waren die Betten bzw Matratzen, ist aber Ansichtssache. Für uns waren sie zu weich. Objektiv ein Minuspunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung. Eine Nachbarwohnung ist bis spät in die Nacht für einen gewissen Lärmpegel verantwortlich. Einmal bis 7 Uhr früh mit Musik und Gesang. Insgesamt die volle Punkteanzahl, da wie gesagt die Betten Ansichtssache sind und für die Nachbarn nur bedingt bis keine Schuld bei Medano4you liegt.

At the Pearl Flavour Holiday Home was like staying at our house, we felt comfortable and Medano4You is always a perfect host. If needed they give you assistance, and also luggage deposit was provided. Everything was perfect to enjoy our holiday!

great overall, but for longer stay (as it was the case with me), waaay over-prices - especially for the size and the quality of the place (furniture etc). they did offer some extra long-term discount, but still. I decided for it because I didn't want the hassle of moving several times during my longer stay. what is great is the service of the agency and the location. guys and girls working at the agency were awesome. truly. but I have never anywhere paid such a high rate for 2 months. and I travel A LOT. I get it, they are focused on short stays. but still.... also, when I asked for the flexibility of one night (to shorten my stay as my flight has changed), and asked for the reimbursement of 1 night, they straight forward said NO. which to me when someone pays such high rate, is hard to grasp. I get it, they run a business, but still. maybe they haven't heard yet that getting a new client is 7 x more pricy as keeping one happy (and potentially loosing one over a 50 EUR reimbursement request).

We stayed at Beach Loft Nathalia in El Medano. The position of the apartment for views was great, the balcony is amazing and wraps round three sides of the building and there is a lovely area for sundowners. However the building on the outside suffers from major issues of plaster falling off (not in a small way) and this is clearly being addressed as part of the building was covered in netting (which there was no mention of). We were also woken up at 8.30 in the morning with a jack hammer removing existing concete on the stairwell - something we were also not warned about when booking and became quite intrusive with the ensuing dust which made it very unpleasant when trying to sit on any part of the balcony because of the dust. It is also worth noting that the apartment is situated above a busy bar that plays loud music until at least 2am. It does however have a lovely vibe and serves very good food so would recommend it for that. In summary, for the money asked we do not feel it is worth it, the fittings throughout are shoddily put together, nothing is straight and kitchen cupboards don't close properly. In the ensuite there is a boiler situated at a point above the loo that you hit your head on when closing the loo seat (my husband is tall) but on the other side (I am medium height) there is a shelf situated that i banged my head on when bending down. we would not of booked the apartment as it isn't cheap if we had know about the works and bar so glad we only went for 5 nights. It would be great if you are only going for watersports or nightlife and really weren't bothered by the apartment needing a spruce and tidy up. I have read reviews on this apartment that only give mediocre marks for cleanliness but i have to say this has been sorted as it was very clean.

This is our 5th year in El Medano, but our first time in an apartment. We chose Vitamin Sea, which was an excellent modern holiday apartment, with a fantastic roof terrace. The company Medano4You were first class in their communication all done through whatsapp. There was a minor glitch towards the end of our 15 night stay regarding the booking of a Taxi to return us to the Airport, however, I always rate a company on their ability not when things runs smoothly, but how they deal with slight bumps in the road when one arises, and their handling of the situation was first class. I have no hesitation in highly recommending both the apartment and the booking agency, in fact we’re already booked again through them for 2025!

A very nice property within a small complex with a large unheated pool. We stayed for 6.5 weeks January / February 2024. At this time of year, the patio overlooking the pool has full sun until about 16.30 / 17.00. It has a huge awning that was very welcome during the very hot afternoons. The service from Medano4you was exceptional. We had a couple of minor issues that were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The only downside for us was that the house is directly under the flight path from the Airport South. On busy days there would be planes overhead every 2/4 minutes. Also note that El Medano is very windy, which is why it is so popular with surfers etc, however, it is a lovely place with a certain "vibe", lots of bars and restaurants and the polar opposite of resorts such as Las Americas and Los Christianos. A car is useful, but is you don't want to drive there is a very good bus service.

We absolutely loved our stay in El Medano. The condo that we stayed in was very walkable to grocery, restaurants, bars, beach, etc.. Also it was spacious, clean, had a great view, it was quiet and had air-conditioning. Emre was AWESOME!, he checked us in and also showed us some other properties in the area that we could rent when we want to return next year. He also assisted me with printing boarding passes, confirming flight details etc. Customer service in the El Medano office was excellent!!! They called a taxi for our very early flight. We stayed here for a month. 5 star rating for sure. We hope to return next winter.🤩

The house is situated in a very good location with beautiful sea views. The warm pool and hot tub were great. There were good facilities inside the house. The only negative, we would say, is that there was a very strong sewage smell in the annexe which, fortunately, we didn't use, as two of our guests, due to circumstances beyond their control, were unable to come. This was a shame because it was a big room but the use of diffusers in an attempt to counteract the smell was unsuccessful. Great service from the Medano4u team who were always available and pleased to help. We had an enjoyable holiday, thank you. James (and the rest of the family).

Great location, service of the facility at a very high level. From the flat it is close to everywhere. The only downside is the location next to a square where local youths gather at night, which can be noisy.

The staff at the agency are very helpful and friendly. Leaving our bags at the office before we could check in was very helpful indeed. The accommodation itself was lovely, clean and well equipped. The view over the beach and sea will not be forgotten. The town is just a 10 minute walk away. Maybe go to the Lidl on your way from the airport.

Great apartment, nice terrace and balcony with ocean views, the upper one with sun until approximately 15h00 in start February (time varies throughout the year). Private parking. Super service and communication with Medano4You. A bit of noise from the air traffic which is to be expected due to the proximity of the TFS airport. Walking distance to the town and nearby restaurants. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend the apartment and Medano4You in general.

Na enige telefonische verwarring in de communicatie, bij aankomst aan het appartement, kwam een erg dienstbare medewerker ons het appartement aanbieding. Door de vriendelijke presentatie en service was het aanvankelijke ongemak snel verdwenen.

We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful holiday home. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped and ideally located with just a 1km walk into town. There is a lovely little beach opposite the house and 2 lovely restaurants right beside the complex if you don't want to go into town. The communication regarding check in etc was fantastic and we had no problems during our stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Ixchel Beach house in El Médano. The hole family had a wonderful time at the villa. During our stay. Everything was as exspected. We went all over the place, enjoed wonderful food and the swimingpool was a blast 🤌🏼

we stayed in this apartment LUCIAS ROOFTOP HOLIDAY HOME. I really liked the quiet place, the terrace. The kitchen lacks tools for cooking. I also cook a lot at home, so the choice of dishes was very poor, I had to buy some myself. A sun umbrella would be useful on the terrace. it is also very strange that you have to take the keys to the office yourself. why can't there be a box near the apartment? as a mailbox, or the keys can even be left on a table in the yard. all communication was prompt. in order for the rating to be 5, there is a lack of private parking, a larger selection of kitchen tools. anyway, everything fit and I liked it

We stayed in the house for 8 people. We had only 6 and it was great. Comfortable clean and well equipped. The location was nice as well. Great for beach vacation but also small hikes

Apartment was well equipped, modern and nicely decorated. Underground parking was very good as parking can be a problem in El Médano. Office staff were very friendly and helpful. Views were good, balcony did not get sun but that suited us. Location is excellent being close to amenities. Sorry to leave it!

This is our second visit to a Medano4you apartment. We love the apartment, right on the sea front, and the Medano4you staff are very helpful and friendly and easy to get hold of by phone, WhatsApp and at their office in the centre of El Médano.

From day 1 of booking our holiday, our experience with Medano4you has been second to none! Communication is excellent and everyone we had interaction with made us feel we were on our holidays and went out of their way to help us. 100% recommended.

This apartment is in a great location with fabulous terrace. Sadly there were a number of issues which took some time to resolve. The kitchen is poorly equipped and lacked some basic essentials - scissors, oven gloves, baking trays and oven proof dishes. The sofa has probably seen better days. However, the beds were new and comfortable.

Ein sehr schönes, sonnendurchflutetes Haus mit perfekter Einrichtung und gutem Pflegezustand. Ein Eigentümer der ständig investiert um das Haus weiter zu entwickeln. Ein Serviceteam das immer erreichbar und sofort da ist wenn man es braucht und sofort Lösungen bringt. Die beste Kombi Haus/Serviceteam die ich bisher auf Teneriffa erlebt habe.

Um es kurz zu machen: Besser geht nicht. Team/Betreuung professionell, bei Wünschen oder Nachfragen sofortige Reaktion und Erledigung. Wir sind schon langjährige Wiederholungstäter bei M4U, der Service und das Angebot haben sich stetig verbessert. Kein Schummeln bei der Angebotspräsentation. Wir buchen wieder, sobald die entsprechenden Flüge verfügbar sind.

Die Vorab Infos bis zur Wohnungsübergabe und Abreise sind super organisiert und informativ, so daß der gesamte Aufenthalt von An- bis Arbeise komplett stressfrei abläuft Hatte in den letzten Jahren mehrfach über medano4you gebucht. Mit Corey‘s Beach House hatten wir eine Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Familie braucht. Die Lage ist optimal, dicht genug am Zentrum und Strand, aber nicht so dicht, dass man den Trubel mitbekommt. Die Unterstützung vom medano4you Team war vorbildlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hat alles gut funktioniert, Wohnung sehr schön mit toller Aussicht, was das Erscheinungsbild der Wohnanlage von außen zunächst nicht vermuten lässt. Leider unangenehme Nachbarn, aber das hat Medano4you nicht zu verantworten.

Alles hat bestens und unkompliziert funktioniert. Vom online-check in, bis zur Kontaktaufnahme bei Fragen per WhatsApp, als auch beim aus checken. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe fand direkt am Haus statt. Was wir echt schön fanden, dass es Getränke als Willkommensgruß gab. Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank und eine Flasche Rotwein. Die Ausstattung vom Haus ist sehr gut, alles was benötigt wird war vorhanden. Handtücher, Geschirrspüler, ein paar Tabs dafür, Waschmaschine, vollumfängliche Küchenausstattung etc. Einzige Anmerkung bei den Duschen, hier wäre eine kleine Ablage für Shampoo und Duschlotion schön. Und bzgl. dem Internet wäre ein Repeater im Erdgeschoß vorteilhaft. Im 1. Stock perfekter Empfang, im Erdgeschoß nicht ganz so gut, auf der Terrasse leider gar nicht.

Es war ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus auf unserer Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert und diese umgesetzt ich kann es sehr empfehlen

I had a 9-day vacation here in October 2023 and it was wonderful. This 2-bed, 1-bath property was more than enough for a single person holidaying alone. For a couple it would be great too. I would imagine 2 adults and up to 2 small kids could manage well, and there are playthings in the garden and Lego in the flat. But it would not work for 2 adult couples, in my opinion, as the second bedroom is very small and guests do not have access to the wardrobes in there. In spite of a local heatwave the apartment was cool enough not to need to use the aircon, as there are plentiful ceiling and stand-alone fans, plus a full-garden awning. Despite being able to see the runway at Tenerife South the flat was very quiet 24 hours long. The complex is new and very well-kept and the underground parking perfect in a hot climate. The pool is great and in full sun almost all day long. The proximity to the beach is perfect and there are some restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance. Renting from Medano4You is excellent, their customer service is second to none. Overall a great holiday, thank you.

Wij zijn al -tig maal in El Medano op vakantie geweest, maar dit appartement was top. Vlakbij strand en terrassen. Mooi appartement, modern 'Ikea'-achtig ingericht, keuken met alle apparatuur, luxe badkamer met regendouche en met uitzicht op zee ..... Goede bedden. Kleine balkonnetje, waarbij wij nog een luxe zitstoel gewenst hadden (er is nu maar 1). Schuifdeur van badkamer sluit moeilijk en is dan weer moeilijk open te krijgen. Zijn dus twee aandachtspuntjes. Heb je last van het geluid van de branding 's nachts of van de terrassen beneden dan kun je de schuifpuien dicht doen en is geluid weg. Er is een kleine ventilator aanwezig. Wij hebben gezegd: hasta luego!

Chill by the sea was een prachtig appartement! Alles wat je wensen kan... Klein minpuntje: geen vriesvak in de frigo, dus géén ijsblokjes! Toch wel een must in het warme, mooie El Medano. Ook het feit dat we maar recht hadden op 1 set lakens alhoewel we er een maand logeerden, maakt dat we geen vijf sterren kunnen geven....

Bereits 3 Wochen vor Ankunft wurden wir per whatsapp kontaktiert. Auf unsere Wünsche und Fragen wurde sofort eingegangen, alles klappte perfekt inkl. check-in und check-out. Auch die Betreuung während des Urlaubs war absolut professionell, schnell und lösungsorientiert. Wir empfehlen die Medano4you zu 100% weiter und haben bereits wieder gebucht für nächstes Jahr.

Een top vakantie! Het was een mooi, groot, proper en geweldig huisje. We zijn met vijf 20-ers een week in 'Casa Girasol' verbleven Het huisje had een zwembad, jacuzzi, grote living, groot genoege kamers, veel badkamers. We hadden heel veel plaats. Op 2 minuten wandelen waren we op het strand. De wandeling om 's avonds in El médano te gaan eten was ook zeker te doen. Als je een vraag had, kreeg je bijna direct antwoord van de organisatie, de communicatie verliep heel vlot. Wij zijn hier heel tevreden over!!

Bonjour , Suite à un petit soucis de frigo dès notre arrivée l’agence est immédiatement intervenue ( rapide ) par contre notre villa GIRASOL pas mal de soucis le studio du bas énormément de petite bête genre petit coléoptère invasion !!! La villa pas de climatisation pourtant elle se trouve dans le couloir dès départ avion toutes les 5 mn décollage le soir bruit assourdissant impossible de dormir avec la chaleur donc fenêtre ouverte ( bruits avion jusque 1h du matin et départ des 5 h ) avec les fenêtres ouverte pour avoir de l’air car pas de Clim… nous dormions 5 h max !!! 4 SDB si une personnes prenait sa douche les autres avait un filet d’eau pour se laver !! Il fallait donc attendre que la personne finisse pour pouvoir avoir de l’eau en pression . Cette villa ne vaut pas le montant pour 10 jours 🙁🙁🙁 devrait installer une climatisation indispensable . Die Unterkunft bzw Ferienhaus war soweit gut, es gab ein paar Mängel (wie eigentlich bei den meisten Ferienunterkünften, in diesem Fall ein kaputter Stuhl + Türklinke), aber diese wurden professionell und zügig behoben. Generell war die Kommunikation per WhatsApp sehr angenehm, unkompliziert und vor allem sehr schnell! Kann deshalb dieses Unternehmen guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Tejita in un appartamento che ci ha locato Medano 4 you. Top! È completo di tutto: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina per il caffè, microonde, smart tv, wi-fi, terrazza con lettini. La location è nuova, ben arredata, pulita, ben organizzata e confortevole. Lo consiglio.

Wir waren über die Weihnachts- und Neujahrszeit im Ixchel Beach House und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus. Jochen und sein nettes Team bieten einen super Service, sind zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und geben wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants oder sonstige Aktivitäten. Alles läuft so ab, wie man es sich wünscht. 100%ige Weiterempfehlung!

We stayed at La Terraza Los Martines, and had a wonderful stay. The apartment was brilliant with everything you would need, and medano4you made the process very easy and they were very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

The communications were all professional and timely. The staff were all very pleasant and friendly. We had a problem with a key, they were on site within ten minutes. Felt we could rely on them. Property was very clean, and smelt lovely on arrival, so we knew they had good standards.

Medano4you vermarktet mehrere Apartments in El Médano, die m.W. alle einen sehr guten Standard haben. Wir waren in Kevin's Apartment und waren super zufrieden, mit Dachterrasse, Pool, 2 Schlafzimmern und moderner Ausstattung fühlt man sich dort auch als kleine Familie super wohl. Der Service von Jochen und seinem Team ist großartig, sie waren sehr gut erreichbar, immer hilfsbereit und da am Folgetag nicht direkt die nächste Buchung vorlag, war auch ein Late Check-Out kostenfrei und unkompliziert möglich. Beim nächsten El Médano Urlaub werden wir wieder ein Apartment von Medano4you buchen! =) Außerdem haben wir uns bzgl. Immobilien- / Property management beraten lassen - was es grundsätzlich bedeuten würde, sich in El Médano ein Apartment zu kaufen und dieses auch touristisch zu vermieten. Jochen kennt den Markt wie seine Westentasche, ist absoluter Profi und weiß ganz genau, wovon er spricht. Gäbe es 6 oder 10 Sterne bei Google, auch diese würde ich bedenkenlos vergeben =)

Amazing to deal with. From day one there was lots of communications and easy to follow instructions. Staff and lady who greeted us were lovely and went out of their way to help. Apartment we rented was phenomenal, right by the sea, decorated beautifully and perfect for a couple. If you are looking to rent somewhere for a holiday in El medano then medano4you is where you need to go!! Will definitely be back!

Onze week Tenerife is fantastisch verlopen dankzij Medano4You. Alle afspraken werden correct nageleefd, het appartement was erg proper en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Badhanddoeken waren voorzien. Verse lakens en haddoeken. De aanwezige wasmachine en vaatwas was erg handig. We hadden 2 ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een ruim zonneterras zoals de beschrijving aangaf. Het uitzicht van op het zonneterras was een grote plus. Prachtig zicht! Wij huren zeker terug bij Medano4You!

Top LOCATION in El Medano. Very well equiped, clean and tranquil. The view is spectacular and the garage door on the same level. Reccomend for wind/surfers and kiters since the spot is 2 minutes walking. Great for families as well, eveything approachable by walking.

We had a super nice long term stay in one of the houses of Medano4You. After the long time it almost felt like our new home which was a result of the beautiful furniture, super well equipped kitchen and lovely decoration of the house. Also the communication with the Team of Medano4You was always fast, super friendly and direct - we could not ask for more!

We have booked with Madeno4You and we will book again with them if we ever come back to El Medano. The whole experience, from booking to check out was flawless. Medano4You Team and Jochen was going above and beyond in order to make our stay in El Medano memorable one. We found very nice welcome gift at the arrival to our villa. He was also correct and informed us in advance that the chosen apartment was close to a construction site so we managed to chose to go another one he owned. What a great Company to rent a property from in El Medano. We had 2 weeks at Miranda’s Choice Penthouse and everything in the property was perfect, there was even a welcome pack of wine, beer and water.

Outstanding service is becoming a lost value in most quarters. Not so with Medano4You. Jochen and every one of his team members conduct themselves with perfect honesty, decency, good cheer, and genuine care. I booked a month in one of their La Tejita units and I can say that in every imaginable way, Medano4You performed at the top of their game. They are polite, reasonable, highly responsive, clear communicators that made me feel like I was their most important guest. The unit was spotless, with virtually every detail considered. Start to finish, it has been an absolute pleasure working with this company. Highly recommended.

I've rented a place from Jochen for a whole month and he was nothing but professional. Helped us with everything we needed, including extra bed, extra tables for work and he was always available on the phone. Also he was quite understanding regarding covid and the fact that there was a chance we might have not come if someone would fail the covid test. A welcome wine gift was a nice touch, too. Much appreciated, small thing but makes the difference somehow. Can totally recommend the place at Calle Mar Cantábrico street. Spacious, the kitchen has everything you need (and more) for a longer stay, very good Internet access with double routers since the apartment has multiple floors, close to the city center and a few beaches. 10 minute walk to Dino supermarket. Underground private parking place was very useful, obviously. Thank you very much for all the help and hospitality. Good luck in those tough times we live in currently.

Maravilloso desayuno/brunch donde tienes una gran variedad en la carta. Desayuno inglés, yogur o bocadillos son algunos de los platos de su carta. El personal es muy atento. Y las vistas desde la terraza son geniales. Su playa y plaza lo convierten en un lugar perfecto para tomar algo en uno de los pueblos más bonitos de Tenerife.

Jochen war super freundlich und sehr schnell erreichbar. Er hat viele schöne Appartements mit deutschem Standard. Wir waren im los Martines. Die Anlage ist vor allem für Familien super geeignet (Spielplatz, Tennisplatz, Pool, Sonnenterrasse und andere Kinder zum Spielen). Immer wieder gern.

We stayed on the main square in El Medano for 3 weeks Our initial booking was 2 weeks but Medano4you were flexible and allowed us to stay an extra week. The apartment was in a great location and the few small things we noticed that were in need of attention were passed on to the owner for resolution before the next guests arrived. Medano4you is een uitstekende organisatie om prachtige locaties te boeken in El Medano. Sowieso raad ik El Medano aan als je verblijft op Tenerife. Niet je 100 in een dozijn kustplaats, maar gezellig authentiek fijn publiek en heel veel surf mogelijkheden. Medano4you heeft de mooiste appartementen voor een fijne prijs. Wij verbleven in Appartementen Martinez. 2 badkamers, 2 slaapkamers, privé terras op loopafstand van (coronaproof) zwembad en strand en op loopafstand van El Medano centrum. Daarnaast ook goede hardloop locatie en heel kindvriendelijk. Zowel het zwembad en strand als de stad zelf. Jochen, de eigenaar van Medano4you, is ontzettend goed bereikbaar. Helpt met alles a la minute zoals het eerder/later inchecken of langer/korter verblijven, maar ook als er iets mist/niet klopt meteen hulp. Kortom: Boeken doe je hier voor El Medano!
