Sono venuto in contatto con l'agenzia Lupain Properties grazie ad una copia di amici i quali si sono trovati molto bene nell'acquisto di ben due proprietà con questa agenzia. Fissai un appuntamento con l'agente immobiliare Marco Righi che fin dal primo momento si rese totalmente disponibile nel cercare la soluzione adatta alle mie esigenze. Quello che ho trovato sorprendente è la sua determinazione e la disponibilità totale, che ha sicuramente influito, nel ottenere in poco tempo il risultato e compiere il mio sogno. Un accompagnement exemplaire, Milena une conseillère en or. Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de notre expérience avec cette agence immobilière, et tout particulièrement avec Milena, qui a été remarquable du début à la fin. Dès notre premier échange, elle a su parfaitement analyser notre demande et cerner nos attentes. Elle nous a proposé un grand nombre d'appartements, tous pertinents, et nous a accompagnés avec professionnalisme à chaque visite. Milena a toujours pris soin de vérifier les critères de qualité essentiels, notamment ceux nécessaires à l’obtention d’une licence de location VV, ce qui nous a vraiment rassurés. Elle nous a également conseillé avec beaucoup de justesse pour éviter les nombreuses arnaques que l'on peut trouver sur internet, ce qui est précieux quand on ne connaît pas bien le marché. Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié, c’est son engagement à défendre notre intérêt avant tout : elle a même organisé des visites d’appartements proposés par d'autres agences, chose rare et révélatrice de son professionnalisme. Grâce à elle, nous avons trouvé l’appartement de nos rêves, qui correspond quasiment à tous les critères que nous avions définis. Elle nous a même recommandé des adresses fiables pour l’aménagement après l’achat. Un immense merci à Milena ! Si c’était à refaire, nous n’hésiterions pas une seconde : ce serait à nouveau avec elle.

Tienen desactualizada la oferta de propiedades para la compra y parecen que no quieren actualizarlo. En fin una perdida de tiempo, mejor contactar a otras de las tantas agencias inmobiliarias

Parece que eres un competidor que está intentando desacreditar a nuestra empresa sin ningún motivo real. El mercado inmobiliario en Tenerife está en constante evolución. Nuestra base de datos se actualiza diariamente, pero a veces los propietarios que han vendido sus propiedades no nos informan que vendieron su propiedad. Este es el único momento en que no podemos actualizar nuestra base de datos, ya que no tenemos constancia de que se haya vendido una propiedad. En cualquier caso, si está buscando una propiedad para alquilar o comprar, envíenos un correo electrónico o llame a nuestras oficinas y háganos saber lo que está buscando y haremos todo lo posible para ayudarlo, ya que solo ganamos comisiones si obtenemos resultados.

I rented apartment no. 85 in Costa Adeje (C. Diario de Avisos) for 7 nights (February 22 - March 1), paying £703 (€841), plus a €132 deposit, which was returned to me after a week, but with a small fee. What seemed suspicious to me was the agents insistence on sending passport photos by email, something I have never encountered in other accommodations. Our experience – VERY BAD 1. Uncomfortable conditions and lack of rest • The bed was extremely uncomfortable, smelly, dirty linen, making sleep impossible. • Constant noise from the area. • Bright light from the street lighting that hit directly on the window, without proper curtains (just a piece of red, transparent cloth). 2. Superficial cleanliness and unpleasant odors • The bathroom had a bad sewage smell and the shower had problems with the drain. • Only one half-used toilet roll and no other essential products (not even hand soap). • The kitchen was sticky, with grease marks everywhere, a sign that it had been cleaned in a hurry. • The sofa in the kitchen was old, dirty, greasy and smelled like urine, we didn't dare sit on it. • Dust and dirt were everywhere, including on the furniture. 3. Insufficient amenities and old furniture • Only one glass of wine and a few glasses of water, which shows a lack of interest in the comfort of the guests. • The balcony was large, with a decent view, but furnished with old and dirty chairs and table. 4. Disadvantageous location • The area is full of old people and quite far from the beach. • Without a car, you lose a lot of time to get to the beach or the main attractions. • I was lucky to have a rental car for the entire stay. Conclusion: I do not recommend! It was a very unpleasant experience, I regret not choosing a hotel closer to the beach. If you go to Costa Adeje, El Duque beach is the most beautiful in the area, but be careful of rented apartments and tourist-trap restaurants, just like this apartment. From the reviews below I notice that they come with an explanation and promises for everything, I can't understand good reviews anyway.

Dear Andrew, We haven't rented to anyone by your name, but judging by the review I can see this is Claudia's booking as the review is the same here and on booking.com, I've also read many other reviews you've left others discrediting companies and their services. Booking.com has already agreed with us and we will send you the same reply here on google as well. Our previous reviews will also serve as proof that our service is in fact not worth this very poor review from you. I cannot see how these points are possible and you chose not to mention anything to me during your stay with us of 7 nights. My first message to you after you checked in was: ‘’Have a lovely holiday and please let me know if you need anything’’. I have whatsapp messages from you checking-in and checking-out where you thanked me for my service, everything seemed fine and well, and nothing was reported during your 7 nights to us. We've had now over 10 other bookings check-in and check-out since you've left our apartment over a month ago, without any complaints... You've chosen to post two reviews, on booking and another one here on our business profile on google (which has nothing to do with booking.com or short term rentals) which feels like an unwarranted personal attack on us. However, reading the rest of the reviews you post they all sound very similar discrediting anothers and using the same words. We are a family run business, and we strive to keep our clients happy. The pictures you've added online reflect the apartment after you've used it, it was not presented to you that way, as it was checked before your arrival. There’s always 4 small glasses, 4 large glasses, 4 wine glasses, knives forks spoons enough for 4 people even though we only sleep 2 in that apartment, small medium and large cutting knives, chopping board, peeler, bottle opener, toaster, kettle, microwave, colander, cooking utensils such as large spatulas spoons and such, small and large pots as well as small and large frying pans, etc. and etc. You've chosen to mention that the area is ''full of old people'', I believe this will reflect back on you Andrew as to the type of holiday you were looking for, and the location of our property is clearly advertised, but you chose to book anyways! We love the area and it's residents actually as it's nice, quiet and safe. You also found in the apartment when you arrived small amenities like a kitchen tea towel, a kitchen cloth, sponge, bin liners, kitchen roll, 1.5L water bottle, toilet rolls, sheets, two large towels per person, hand towel, bathmat and ofcourse the rest of our apartments amenities which was recently renovated, such as fast fiber optic Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, a new washing machine, terrace with sea views, complex with pool, plenty of parking, and much more! All of these were delivered to you upon arrival and nothing was reported missing, which leaves us questioning why you would choose to post this review? If you miss anything inside as mentioned please let us know, we try to comply with our guests wishes always, and we will replace anything that breaks or you find missing. We have been renting with booking.com for 10+ years now, we welcomed over 450 bookings last year and we can confidently say 90% our guests come and leave happy. But this is not always possible. I purchased my Tenerife apartment in 2010 from Lupain Properties, Victor guided me seamlessly through the purchase. So when I decided in January to sell up, I had no hesitation in going back to them. Victor, Bernado and the rest of the staff were more than helpful. When I was was back in the UK they kept me up to date on the sale. If I decide to purchase another apartment in Tenerife I’ll be heading straight to Lupain properties.

Lovely company to deal with, always available. Property is comfortable and has everything you need. Onsite water machine is a bonus saves lugging it from the supermarket. loads of sunbeds around the pool but there is a 2 euro charge for them.

A lovely spacious and airy one bedroom apartment on a very well kept complex in a central position in Los Cristianos. All equipment for long or short stay, includiing WiFi, and 6 English TV channels. Complex has 4 pools, (1 heated) with sunbeds. Minor drawbacks: No sun on the the balcony at any time, and some late night noise from the adjacent restaurant during peak holiday weekends.

Appartamento in ottima posizione strategica, in 10 minuti si arriva in spiaggia con una bella passeggiata, tutti i servizi sia di trasporto che commerciali veramente comodi, appartamento veramente accogliente con tutte le comodità a disposizione, forno lavatrice microonde frigo, se ci sarebbe stata la possibilità di avere direttamente la connessione Wii fi in appartamento sarebbe stato perfetto, non è strettamente necessario averla, ma sarebbe un valore aggiunto per un soggiorno anche lavorativo perfetto! Siamo stati veramente molto bene, ringrazio lupian, Jhosh e Ann per l'opportunità. Torneremo sicuramente.

We stayed at a holiday let apartment managed by Ann and her team. The apartment was in Victoria Court 1, it was nicely fitted out with all the essentials needed for a good holiday as a couple. We booked this trip prior to covid but unfortunately were unable to travel on two prior occasions. Ann was outstanding in honouring the booking. A couple of our friends had booked privately with owners in Cristian Sur who failed to honour their reservations, the moral of the story is book direct through Lupain property. This is the second time that we've used Lupain and we couldn't recommend their professionalism and going that extra mile enough. We will certainly be using them in the near future and just would like to say thank you to Ann and the team. Colin and Linda

Had a one bedroom apartment in Los Diamantes sold by Victor and his team professional from start to finish, as my wife was unable to travel to Tenerife he had power of attorney the sale was completed within a month, I would like to express my gratitude to everyone at Lupain Properties, also Victors help I had closing my wife’s bank account which would have been impossible for me thanks once again, first class really appreciated 👍👍

I'm afraid I never did a viewing with Lupain as I agreed to buy an apartment in Tenerife via other means. However I was in contact them in the months prior to my visit and found them amenable and helpful. They understood my requirements and, until I pulled the plug, gave good recommendations. Five stars for the preparatory work and I am only withholding one because we never reached a conclusion. That, however, was no fault of theirs.

The offer on the Booking portal includes apartments that are not suitable for living at all. Through Booking I booked their apartment on the beach in Los Christianos Tenerife which was dirty and smelly in short unfit to live in it and paid for 4 nights 392 euros. Now both, Booking and Lupain properties do not want to return my paid reservations even though I did not stay in the apartment at all. They do not respond on my emails at all,be careful if you hire from them.

Hello Sandi, These points you mentioned were checked by me personally with you upon checking in, and everything was fine, you and your friends were happy, your claims and this review came only a few days later when you demanded a refund for the full stay. The apartment was given to you clean and checked by both me and the cleaners, and yourselves. As this property has been renovated and is no longer on the market this review is no longer up to date. We rented the apartment to you clearly stating it was not renovated at the time, at a highly discounted rated, located right at the beachfront of los cristianso with unbeatable seaviews to the harbour and beach promenade. Your complaints were denied by booking for a refund therefore from us as well, as you had already stayed several nights with no complaints. Kind regards, Joshua

We have had absolutely first class service from Lupain Properties. Imagine our predicament - Victor had sold our Apartment in Fanabethe the week before the Corona lockdown. My wife and I were stranded in the Uk. Without the hard work and support of Victor we could ,very easily, have lost the sale - he certainly "walked" more than the extra mile. Anche con il sig. Bernie abbiamo avuto un rapporto di collaborazione e di aiuto nello svolgimento di alcune incombenze di tipo amministrativo. Assolutamente da consigliare.

I purchased a property for holiday rentals through Lupain Estate Agents, the whole process went smothly, even though the property appeared to have several issues, these were all overcomed and corrected by Lupain´s team by the time we went to sign at the notary. I was provided with the correct information, choices and oportunities that made my experience of choosing the right property for my needs and within my budget, better than expected. Perfect outcome. Without any hesitation I recomend them to anyone.

We was in tenerife recently, and have been looking for a place to purchase.. Victor from lupain found a number of properties for us to view, unfortunately we didn't find what we was looking for.. He certainly helped us narrow down the location and more importantly what we was looking for.. Hopefully next time we are over there we will continue our search for our holiday home.. Recently moved to Tenerife for work and was having a very hard time finding an Apartment, especially because the season is starting and I had to find somewhere fast. I spoke to a few agencies who were very unfriendly, very unhelpful and very slow. I made contact with Josh who from the beginning was very friendly, very helpful and immediately was sending me photos of apartment options. I explained my situation and they arranged for me to view an apartment on the same day and have everything ready for me to move in the next day! (I’d been in contact with another company who offered to show me the same apartment, however they were unable to show me the apartment for a couple of days). I met with Alessio who doesn’t normally work with rentals, but they knew how desperate I was and did as much as they could to help me. He was incredibly friendly and very helpful. I’m very impressed with the company and incredibly grateful! Would high recommend!

Really good experience with Lupain Properties , Victor and his Team were professional, attentive and very approachable , well they found us our " little dream home ". We are regular visitors to the Island and decided with kids grown up it was "our time", to invest in ourselves as we wanted to be able to spend a lot more time there, eventually hoping to retire at least 6 months of the year in the sun. I have to say that the guys listened to our wish list with genuine interest, they were amazing from first contact through to handing all the legal stuff , and even helped us with sorting out things like internet , buying furnishings etc... Do not hesitate if your looking for your wee bit of paradise these are the guys to make it happen. :-))

Lupain Properties helped me get my apartment in Tenerife in 2013. They were really helpful and they listened to my list of requirements and showed me apartments matching that list. I would like to give very special thanks to the Estate Agency, Lupain Properties, led by Victor Sujanani, for their kind, prompt and serious attitude. They received my requests and found exactly what I was searching for, the beautiful apartment in Palm Mar, moreover at an acceptable price !! According to the agreed total price, they provided the sale of the property, with no added „unexpected“ costs, as many other agencies do, especially when knowing you are a foreigner. I would like to recommend the Estate Agency, Lupain Properties, and I will surely use their services again in September, as my familie friend wants an apartment in Teneriffe. It was at times a rather drawn out process with the parties, solicitors, the property owner and the managing agents spread throughout the country. You provided an invaluable service in bringing the various components of the sale together and I do not believe that, without your expertise on board, the sale would have reached a successful conclusion. I will of course recommend both Lupain Properties and you personally to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area, and you will be my first port of call if/when I return to Tenerife. While buying a property in a non-English speaking country would normally be a daunting prospect, Lupain estate agents make the whole process very easy and stress free. A combination of professionalism and individual attention from the Lupain staff make me feel like I was a valued customer and that they were a company I could trust. Victor was especially helpful when I created a problem by agreeing to purchase a property and then changing my mind and deciding to buy another property instead. I would also single out Joyce for her invaluable advice on what and what not to look for in a property, her knowledge of Tenerife and of the whole process of purchasing a property. Not to mention all the driving she did for me and the many cappuccino's she bought me. To summarise, I would not hesitate to deal with Lupain again and I would recommend them to anybody wishing to invest in property in Tenerife.

We have just purchased a property in Los Cristianos using the services of Lupain Properties. We originally contacted Alexander Gil at Lupain who was very helpful, he guided us through the buying process and assisted us with gaining a mortgage through a local bank. On our visit to Los Cristianos to look at property Alexander had lined up a number of properties for us to view, they were all in line with our original requirements including price range. We ended up getting more for our money than we had expected. Alex and Peter Thompson at Lupain assisted us with the negotiation on the price which we agreed. They also took us to the bank and introduced us to the Bank Official looking after our mortgage where we opened an account. We were not able to remain in Tenerife for the duration of the sale, therefore it was necessary to arrange a power of attorney to complete the sale. This was also provided by Eirlys Lloyd of Lupain Properties. Our sale went through very efficiently thanks to the hard work of the team at Lupain Properties. We would recommend Lupain Properties to anybody wishing to purchase property in Tenerife especially if it is your first time.
