We were super lucky to have Dominique with us during our villa search process in Tenerife. First few months, before meeting Dominique, were a nightmare. We were trying to find villas for sale on the main real estate internet web pages. It looked promising as we found a list of villas for sale that met our requirements. The big disappointment came when we phoned the agencies and found out that those villas were already sold months ago! Most agencies kept non updated info on the web intentionally to hook us as potential buyers. Then they loaded us with tens of messages about the properties they had, typically not fitting our needs. Our frustration was released only when we met Dominique. She is an independent agent and a true realtor at her heart. Her main focus is to help you finding the property you would be truly happy with. She carefully listens to your needs on what type of property, for what budget and in which location you are looking for. Dominique quickly understands what you like and what you do not want to have and carefully selects available properties from various sources and directly from developers. I can honestly say I was very impressed by her attention to detail, if you’re new into the buying or selling market, if you’re buying in a foreign country then Dominique really does lead you by the hand, dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s every step of the way. Not only does she guide you, she always makes sure you are comfortable with the knowledge she shares to make sure that you make the right choices (quite often in your mother tongue because she speaks many languages, fluently ) When I decided to sell a larger property in 2024, then, of course, Dominique was the perfect choice. This time I wasn’t on the island, but she quickly and efficiently took over everything, coordinating viewings, obtaining official paperwork and generally doing anything and everything that needed to be done. Purchase of an Apt. in Los Gigantes - June 2022 I highly recommend Dominique as she is a wonderful professional who has everything organized, is ready, prepared and does not lose time. We were purchasing apt. as a family so there were many demands from our side. First Dominique took us to a few locations/areas from which we chose which we liked the most - Los Gigantes- and then she found few apts and one was just exactly what we wanted. After that the process was smooth since we gave her a power of attorney and many things which needed to be settled she managed to do without us. I must say there was no single problem, every detail was taken care of. I cannot imagine how we would do it without Dominique. It was a pleasure to do business with her. 🌟

Dominique is a super professional real estate agent who I hired in the year 2020. She helped me to buy a very nice apartment in Tenerife. The way Dominique works is very human and clever: first, she gets to know her clients very well and then searches and advises them to what to buy.
