Smilo Properties

I warn everyone who is looking for accommodation in Tenerife to stay away from this agency and especially Miss Jessica because she is not correcr the accommodation we booked was very dirty, unhygienic, the bed linen was yellow and smelled very bad, the pillows were yellow and smelled of sweat, and the toilet was not cleaned at all for new guests, it was peeing and yellow with a lot of pubes. in the kitchen they gave us sweets and tea in which worms and insects were walking, the whole apartment was very dirty, we could not stay with the children. the lady did a lot of damage and does not want to return the money, and if the booking is decided to make a full refund, the lady lies and invents that she did not receive any messages. I don't understand how you can do something like that to a family with children when you don't know that in life if only worse happens to you, how do you do it to others, it comes back double.

Smilo is a very service minded and trustful agency. Especially Jessica is outstanding, from the first moment on, she helped us and guided us through the renting- and later on the buying process. Big compliment for Jessica and the Smilo agency.

Giudizio ottimo.

Super Service, sehr hilfsbereit und kompetent, Jessica mach weiter so

Estamos encantados.

Everything is arranged by professional and very friendly staff, I would especially like to point out Jessica who arranged everything as it should be. Alex

Not responsive at all, what’s the point of advertising if you are not going to answer nor reply?! Clearly a sign of bad management and unreliability

Équipe très dynamique et réactive. Merci

Hiru hilabetez alokatu nuen apartamentu bat. Dena ondo arazorik gabe. Gainera agentziako langilea euskalduna da.... Oso gomendagarria irlako etxebizitzaren bat alokatzeko.

Smilo has given me valuable advice to find a suitable home in Tenerife. They have taken my requirements into account, have provided inside advice, were flexible, creative and positive. I am sure that I would not have found or bought the house without their continued assistance. Recommended!

Buen equipo y buen servicio
