Firstly. Professional attitude and presentation. A really good attitude. All about attitude. They obviously know their job and the different market segments and don't waste time. Our two apartments each had two viewings (before they were on public display) then a holding deposit and contract arranged very quickly. Good prices. Follow up (after sales) service good and great relationship with our legal representative, who actually recommended them. What also impressed is their obvious desire for constant improvement. I like their control and feedback loops. Professionalism is an attitudinal matter. They have it. They also have interested buyers waiting.

Recently I purchased an apartment in Tenerife and luckily, the seller’s agent was Adam Keddy from Island Prime Property.
