I placed my Apartment in Sunset View Gol Del Sur with Aurora at JDH Properties, she marketed the property and found a buyer within a couple of weeks and took care of all the behind the scenes work for me liaseing with my Lawyer and contacting the utility companies to transfer to the new owners I would thoroughly recommend using them to anyone looking to sell thier property.

Nous avons eu recourt à l'agence JDH pour la vente de notre appartement situé à Golf Del Sur . Aurora a pris en charge notre dossier , elle s'est parfaitement investie dans son travail et a été de bons conseils , notre appartement s'est vendu extrêmement rapidement. Aurora a su nous accompagner tout au long de notre parcourt , tant pour les démarches administratives qu'elle maitrise bien que pour les déplacements , elle n'a pas ménagé son temps . De plus , c'est une personne honnête , sur laquelle on peut compter . Pour conclure , je recommande cette agence pour son sérieux , son efficacité et sa gentillesse .

As got contacted to JDH Properties with my intention to buy an appartment from the first moment the communication, the flow of information, the approach to me was direct, on time, with no delays and supportive. Mikor legközelebb ingatlan vásárolási szándékkal készülök szintén ugyanezt az utat követem majd.

We booked a weeks stay at Sunset view via JDH properties, a management company for some of the privately owned apartments at the complex. Firstly, the complex, it was great exactly what we were expecting. Clean, really well kept, safe and private. Its a quiet complex, but that was just what we wanted. The pool is perfect and just what you need, it isn't that busy there so plenty of space for the kids to play in the pool. The town had plenty of little shops and restaurants to eat and visit for a mooch. JDH property services were really easy to deal with, responded quickly to my emails and comms and gave us all the info we needed as and when we needed it. We would absolutely stay there again and book through JDH again.

We had a fabulous stay at sunset view! Apartment was really lovely, very clean and beautifully furnished with everything you need to make it feel like home. Enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony. Swimming pool great. Enjoyed either a meal at a variety of restaurants across the road at The Square or enjoyed a short walk to Los Abrigos. Just a short journey from the airport (south) and local supermarket (bigger) is a 5 minute drive, however there is also shop that sells most things just across the road. Aurora is just a fantastic host and very quick to answer any questions. Couldn’t fault her for anything and will definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in various apartments at sunset view and have had no issues with any to speak of. The contact with Aurora who makes things run smoothly is great she is a asset and is on hand with any questions you may have . I would recommend the area if you want a holiday with out the crowds and plenty of places to eat with in a short stroll.

Actual holiday was very good as usual only bad thing was shabbiness of the apartment we stayed in cleanliness was an issue in the kitchen area .Pans needed to be washed before we could use them as did mini oven,cupboard door ground instains .In the garden furniture cushions ripped. When complaining to Arura was told the owner would not invest in property and that he was in debt,but it is still being let out in this condition and that is the worst apartment on their books.Had this been the 1st time we had stayed at sunset view we would never return but we have booked and stayed in at least 6 apts and have given 5 stars as my review from last year proves .This is not sour grapes l just hope next to book wil not have same problems .Nice apt been badly neglected. I have photos to back up my review

Lovely place. Various apartments, individually owned so vary in standard and facilities. Great position with numerous shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Good value and peaceful. Would not recommend for young children. Although there is a childrens pool there are no other facilities for children. Stayed in 109 which going to be upgraded next year. Access to the pool and own sunbeds a bonus.
