I loved this flat so mush)) Everything is in this apartment for comfortable stay. The location is perfect - it is so close to los gigantes and very close to the bus station from where you can get to any place of the south. I fell in love with the balcony with ocean view. Such a pleasant housekeeper) thank you for our perfect staying there.

We had a great stay. The apartment was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You got great view on both sides of the apartment which is a nice experience.

I had absolutely wonderful stay at the apartment. The view was amazing and it felt so relaxing to fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. Dream Homes Tenerife were very attentive and detail oriented. The apartment had absolutely everything I needed, from all necessary kitchen things, to things like extension cord and even a little sawing kit in the bathroom. I could tell that the host put a lot of thought into equiping the apartment with everything needed to make it a great stay for guests. All the cute decorations in the apartment made it even more pleasant. Internet speed was very fast, which was important for me as I worked remotely. If I had any questions, I could always get answers right away. I truly felt like home in the apartment and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Dream Homes Tenerife and their property!

Оставили реальный отзыв о проживании на букинге об апартаментах и получили сразу негативный опыт общения с данным агентством. Отличный вид из окна - единственный плюс. В остальном - ужасный запах гари из ресторана, так как апартаменты находятся прямо над ним. При заезде плохо была убрана квартира, в чем еще нас обвинили, что мы не сообщили сразу. В ванной плесень, которая не убирается ни чем. Покупали средства - не помогли. Тряпка для пола в каких-то волосах, мыть пол ей невозможно. Были проблемы с автоматом (счетчиком-предохранителем) - так никто и не среагировал во время нашего пребывания. В шкафу плохо открываются двери - работает только одна сторона.

Had an absloute amazing time, the apartment was in a spectacular location surrounded by some great bars and amazing places to eat with a great beach view, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit tennerife. The apartment was amazing and really easy to access with a stunning view. 10/10 from me.

I spent there 3 weeks, the apartment is well located (shops, restaurants, gym, view, car/bike rentals etc), and a structure is also perfect for longer staying and working too. I felt like I'm home, and thanks to the balcony, it amazed me at first sight. A small renovation should be done, like painting, but it's just a small thing. Overall, I loved it and I would recommend it everyone!

Wir haben im September 2024 für eine Woche eine Unterkunft von Dream Homes Tenerife über AirBnB gebucht. Die Wohnung lag in Los Gigantes mit tollem Blick auf die Klippen. Die Wohnung war so wie beschrieben sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Im größeren Koch- und Wohnbereich sind jedoch 2 große Überwachungskameras angebracht, die nicht nur den Balkoneingang filmen, sondern auch den Innenraum der Wohnung. Dies haben wir auf Nachfrage auch angemerkt und gesagt, dass wir uns beobachtet fühlen und wir deshalb die Kameras abhängen werden. Dies war in Ordnung. Vor der Tür gibt es genügend Parkplätze, die aber tagsüber auch schnell belegt sind. Ab ca. 20 Uhr wird es leerer und man kann problemlos sein Auto parken. In der direkten Umgebung gab es mehrere Lokale, die bis 23 Uhr abends lauter Musik gespielt haben. Hier kann man auch noch gut abends ausgehen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief problemlos und sie waren sehr bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Ich würde Dream Homes Tenerife weiter empfehlen.

Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt. Der Check in war unkompliziert. Das Appartment war super sauber. Wir würden das Appartmemt weiterempfehlen und aufjedenfall wiederkommen.

Apsoliučiai nuvilianti patirtis. Deklaruojama labai malonus ir produktyvus bendradarbiavimas. bet keleta metų iš eilės visiškai jokio produktyvumo. Per idealista į gal kokia 30 užklausų, jokio atsakymo. Mesengeriu susisiekta tai peranksti iki norimos datos tai pervėlai. Gyvai nuvykus susižymėjo visus mūsų pageidavimus ir pažadėjus susisiekti atrinkus tinkamus varijantus, tai tesiasi iki šiol. Jau mėnuo laiko kaip susisiekinėja.

We stayed for 7 days in Puerto de Santiago and everything was great. The flat was new, clean and had everything we needed and more (even an instax camera). Highly recommend

This place is one of our favourite places we’ve stayed. It has an amazing view from the balcony, good and fast communication with the host, one of the best showers we’ve used - and just all round good amenities. There is quick access to a lovely black sand beach, plenty of food options and there is good amount of public transport that can get you anywhere you want.

Sehr gepflegte, komfortable und schöne Wohnung, sehr zu empfehlen! Ruhige Lage, schöne Aussicht auf die Felsklippen Los Gigantes und das Meer.

Были приятные и удобные по расположению апартаменты, очень красивый вид 🙌 и билеты в первый ряд для просмотра восхитительных закатов. Рядом красивый пляж , рестораны и супермаркеты, так же имеется парковка 🅿️ общественная и приватная , лифт и бассейн на территории апартаментов - я бы сказала даже личный бассейн, если хотите так же можете поиграть в теннис! Нам не так сильно понравилась Южная часть острова как Северная ! Но эти апартаменты действительно все исправляли, рекомендую и вернемся с удовольствием еще раз. Спасибо 🙏

Huge thank you for the perfect vacation! We have spent almost 5 weeks in the apartment in Puerto De Santiago and we enjoyed it greatly! The place we rented is very clean, quite (no loud music from restaurants or partying people), very well equipped, bright and cozy. The hosts were super nice - arrival/departures well organized, extra keys provided and overall very positive communication 😊 Very positive experience with Dream Homes Tenerife - would definitely recommend!

Had a lovely long weekend stay in florida apartments in los gigantes Immaculately clean and top class furnishings, very comfortable with everything you need for you stay may it be short or long stay it's all there, And laima the lady who greeted us on arrival was a lovely woman, highly recommended Sue x

L’appartement est très bien situé, juste en face de l’océan, à côté des supermarchés (dont Lidl), à côté des bars et restaurant, et à pieds nous sommes à 10-15min du port en longeant la côte. Il est super bien agencé tant dans la cuisine que la salle de bain et la chambre. Il y a autant de matériel qu’à la maison. Il est situé dans une résidence tranquille, au bord de route mais avec très peu de passage de voiture. La ville est plutôt familiale et tranquille. Enfin, la propriétaire est quelqu’un de très accueillante bienveillante et disponible. Nous pensons revenir l’année prochaine tellement nous avons aimé Tenerife et l’appartement !

Los tres son muy buena gente y buenos profesionales . Algo que no abunda por la zona en el sector . Con bajarte al frente de la playa ahí tienes un ejemplo de inmobiliaria en la que no confiar con José María al frente

Amazing place!!

Avoid them! Never rent their apartments especially they have in Los Gigantes. If you are already in one of those places, record every single item in the place, even those you don't use. Legs of sparebeds, kitchenware, old patio furniture. Be very-very careful and do not clean the place when moving out, as no need they will charge you at least 120 euros for "extra cleaning" anyway.

Our stay was amazing! The Appartment is beyond expectations. Inside you literally have everything you might need for a comfortable vacation or a long stay living on an island. It is fully equipped with a stylish furniture and all necessary home devices from dish washer and other kitchen stuff up to a huge TV and JBL speakers. The view from the terrace is unbelievable. The area is on a hill and very quiet, with a tennis courts aside. It's in a walking distance to Mercadonna. Sure you need a car to feel 100% of the comfort, but you have nothing to do in Tenerife, if you are not renting a car. The owner is very professional and welcoming. Definitely the place to return.

Great apartment to rent with amazing views of both Los Gigantes, La Gomera and the ocean. Only a 5 minute walk to the small local beach. Laima is a great host who provides very flexible times for check in and check out (as well as a nice welcome package). If you want to rent an apartment away from crowded touristic places in Tenerife, then I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay, excellent pool and fabulous views from the terrace, quiet surroundings, very nice hosts Daiva and Laima, we really enjoyed our stay.

If you have come here to roam, then you can take advice from them, it will make a plan for you to travel the whole tennis at low cost. The place is the atmosphere here is very postive webs and if you want to roam in trouble, then their experience can be useful for you, if you want, you can take advice from them and visit the best place here for less money, I believe that they have good experience

Cannot say anything negative. Vince was always available and helpful. Everything was explained step-by-step, never a "bad look", even when I had problems and was "complicated". :D They really do their best for BOTH party (buyer and seller)! And they don't leave you alone after you signed the contract, you still can reach them if you have any doubts or questions. Highly recommended and thanks for the help and patience! :)

Last year I would have rated 3 stars. Average service. Hardly any tourist due to COVID-19 and they were trying to appear ambitious. This year I would have preferred 0 stars. Business back to normal and so it seems is their performance when it comes to customer experience/satisfaction. Less ambitious and not replying to messages. Good that there are other agencies in Puerto de Santiago which are able to take good care in bad and in good times

Had a wonderful stay at one of the apartments! The place was really comfy, in a great location and the host - Daiva - was wonderfully kind. Highly recommend for both short and longer stay on western side of Tenerife!

We had a great moment during 6 nights in the beautiful Daiva’s flat well refurbished with its beach and romantic decoration and its ocean view and the sea sound all nights it’s just wonderful. There are all necessar equipments inside it to had a good holiday. It’s well situated with near restaurants, markets,... the beach below the apartment (around 10min by feet) Lidl supermarket near also around 5 minutes by feet. Daiva is really nice host, flexible, available, reactive and a good advisor. She was prepared to us a welcoming cocktail the first day of our arrival. We really advise to choose this beautiful flat for your holidays.
