I bought an apartment through Premier Properties and I'm very satisfied with their service. Karen handled the entire transaction and I have to say that even though the agency represented the seller and I was the buyer, I felt well-informed throughout the whole process. Karen explained all aspects of the purchase to me, answered my questions, and I never had the impression that she was trying to hide anything or present things in a better light than they actually were. This was very important to me - to have the full picture of the situation. The entire process went smoothly, without any surprises or problems. Professional approach from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them. It's quite hard to find such a positive experience among real estate agencies in Tenerife.

We have bought a beautiful apartment with the help of Judith and Paul, the owners of Premier Properies. The support we got from them and also their team was just amazing. I bought & sold my flat through Premier Properties, so whatever I say about Paul & Judith is not enough, the moment I met them it felt like I was in good hands. I needed NIE Certificate, so they could've directed me where to go but Judith specially got up early and drove me to the police station waited in the que, filled the required forms in Spanish and making sure I got the NIE form, she drove us back to our residence. We were able to buy and sell our flat without a hitch. I will recommend them as the best estate agents in Canarie Islands.

I purchased a apartment with  premier properties tenerif  from day one  they was very friendly and  helpful excellent  in fact.  I would  highly recommend  them. As i have  had a few unrelated problems.  They where genuinely  interested and  very  helpful in  helping  me  with  them . About  6 months  after I  bought my  apartment. I received a email from  premier properties  saying that they  had some  money  for me and  wanted  my  bank details.  Like  most people I thought  it was a scam.  as i was  in  tenerife at the time  l called in premier properties .  and  was told  it was  true.  It was  over  5 hundred  euros  of unused legal fees.  That's  how honest and very  helpful and  friendly they are.  Thanks again  Paul and  judith.  Karen. Ik kan Premier Properties Tenerife iedereen aanraden! 2 jaar geleden een appartement in Los Cristianos gekocht via dit vastgoedkantoor. En ik kijk daar alleen maar met een positief gevoel op terug. Niet alleen met de hulp van de aankoop maar ook met de begeleiding naar notaris. Ook zaken als water, gas, elektriciteit,brandverzekering en grondlasten werden allemaal netjes geregeld. Je kan er terecht in een 5tal landstalen waaronder het nederlands. En als ik iemand ten zeerste kan aanraden is het wel Karen, niets is haar te veel !
