Cande and Dani are such a wonderful couple! I can't recommend them enough. When I bought the apartment, the bank took a long time to give us the mortgage, but I never felt pressure or any rush from their agency; quite the opposite: a lot of support during the process and afterwards. They manage the periods we are not in the house, and I genuinely feel in safe hands. Their service is premium.

Troubles at every stage. 1) They don't sell real estate at the original price. After receiving several offers to buy, they raised the price twice, each time by 10%. 2) Several buyers are invited to view at the same time to increase the excitement. 3) During the viewing, the walls were being painted and painters were present, so it was impossible to calmly and carefully inspect the object. 4) As a result, we agreed to purchase the property at a price 5% higher than the original price, although the cost of cosmetic repairs did not exceed 1% of the value of the property. 5) As it turned out, a Spanish representative is needed to sign a contract at a notary for a foreign citizen. It is needed to help with the payment of property transfer tax and registration of documents. Alejandro told the notary that he was ready to become my representative and allowed him to be included in the real estate purchase agreement as my legal representative. He also assured me that he would help me with the payment of the property transfer tax and registration of documents. 6) After signing the contract and paying the money, I received the keys to the object and for the first time carefully examined the object. It turned out that the plumbing in the house was in poor condition, two taps were leaking, and the faucet was completely rusted. Alejandro promised to help me write a complaint to the seller so that the seller would replace the taps and mixer. As a result, I did not receive any help from Alejandro and I had to buy a mixer and taps myself. And the seller only called a plumber to replace the taps. 7) A few days later I noticed that the cupboard under the sink was also rotten. After self-analysis of the cabinets, it turned out that the bottom of all the internal walls of the cabinet were covered with mold! Alejandro again promised to help me write a complaint to the seller, but also did not help in anything. I myself had to explain to the seller and demand the replacement or repair of cabinets. As a result, after two weeks of proceedings, the cabinet was repaired. 8) During the signing of the contract at the notary, I was told that in about a week I should receive the original contract and it would be necessary to pay tax. But I did not receive the contract either in a week, or in two, or in three. During this time, I asked Alejandro several times if he received any calls or messages from the notary. To which Alejandro answered me that no he received no calls or messages from the notary. As it turned out later, the notary tried to call Alejandro 4 times, but to no avail. 9) On the 25th day after signing the contract, Alejandro told me that he received a call from the notary and that I need to pay the notary. Which I did the next day. On the 28th day after signing the contract, Alejandro told me that he had filled out the form for paying the tax and that I urgently needed to transfer the money for the tax to his account! On the 29th day after signing the contract, I transferred the required amount to Alejandro's account. 30 and 31 days after the signing of the contract were days off. 10) As a result, on the 32nd day after the signing of the contract, Alejandro told me that I did not transfer the amount to him in time to pay the tax, that the deadline for paying the tax had already expired and that it would be necessary to pay a fine for the delay. After my indignation that he only told me on the 28th day that the money would first need to be transferred to him, he replied that he was no longer my representative and would not help me in anything else! After that, he formalized on the website of the tax service an official refusal of my representation on the issue of tax payment, thereby simply deceiving and throwing me ...

However, we will cordially proceed to respond to your review as we do not agree with some of your ratings; 1)The only price increase the property experienced was due to the repairs that had to be carried out during your visit due to the poor condition the previous tenants had left it in. However, since you made contact when the property was advertised at the initial price, you were notified in writing that it would be maintained at that value on which you made a series of downward offers to which the previous owner responded with two counter-offers resulting in the sale price. 2)A very common practice in the real estate sector is open days where clients are free to view the property for the duration of the open day. However, in the case of your visit, at no time did you share your visit with another client. On the contrary, in order to avoid such an event, several individual visits were scheduled and carried out throughout the day. 3)You were informed that the property was being painted and despite the owner's advice to wait for the work to be completed, it was at your request that the viewing took place during this time as you wanted to view the property before your return trip. 4)We regret to correct that the original price of the property was €230,000. It was at this time that improvements were made to the property and you bid €215,000. Subsequently, due to the cost of these improvements, the previous owner decided to add these costs to the sale price. However, respecting at all times that you had contacted the advert at a price and notifying them in writing, the sale was finally closed for 220.000€, an amount that in no way exceeded the original value by 5%. 5)With regard to this point, we would like to inform you once again that the procedure you are referring to is not included in the after-sales services we offer. On the contrary, it was the decision of the Real Estate Agent who was handling your case and who decided to volunteer to carry out these procedures. It should be noted that he is an external collaborator and does not currently work with us. 6)In the case of the taps, your complaint was passed on to the owner by us and as a result, the problem was solved by a plumber. 7)As previously mentioned, we would like to remind you again that it was us who brought the problem to the owner and who solved the problem by bringing in a carpenter who restored the damage to the furniture within a week. 8)As we have said before, we cannot interfere in the work nor can we force any employee to carry out the work he or she has undertaken to do correctly. However, aware of the inconvenience this was causing him and despite the fact that it is company policy that we should not interfere with another consultant's client, we were the ones who collected and handed over his original contract and title deed. 9)Legally in Spain it is the buyer who assumes the purchase costs when buying a property, except for the capital gain which is paid by the seller. This is reflected in the contract of sale and is stated at the time of signing at the notary's office. 10)As far as the service provided by Mr. Alejandro is concerned, we deeply regret that it was so poor during the process. We for our part have done our best to solve all the problems and inconveniences that may have arisen in the best possible way.
