Z całego serca polecam współpracę z Panią Zachwycona Danuta Łabędź 🙂 Dwa lata później, czyli w październiku 2025, znowu skontaktowałam się z biurem, Tym razem moją sprzedaż nieruchomości poprowadził Pan Kamil Kłosek. Współpraca z nim przerosła moje oczekiwania! Profesjonalny, zaangażowany, pomocny w wielu sytuacjach, reagujący na każdą prośbę i pytanie, Panie Kamilu! Raz jeszcze dziękuję Panu i całemu biuru. Nigdy nie czułam się tak zaopiekowana i bezpieczna w trakcie sprzedaży nieruchomości.

We hebben onlangs een bezichtiging gehad via Agathas Real Estate. De dame die ons rondleidde was vriendelijk, maar sprak vrijwel geen Engels, waardoor het erg lastig was om goed te communiceren over de woning. Ook bleef het allemaal erg vaag, bijvoorbeeld over wie de buren waren en van wie het ruïneachtige gebouwtje ernaast was. Omdat wij de koop wél wilden doorzetten, zijn we verder gegaan met een Nederlandse makelaar op Tenerife. Het kantoor wilde echter absoluut niet samenwerken met onze makelaar en koppelde ons aan een Nederlandse man, Bertie. Dat gesprek verliep erg rommelig: hij belde vanuit zijn camper, stelde ons geen enkele vraag over onze wensen of situatie en leek totaal niet geïnteresseerd. Wij moesten zelf het gesprek gaande houden door veel vragen te stellen, maar de antwoorden waren vaag en gaven absoluut geen vertrouwen. Wij zijn eerlijk gezegd behoorlijk geschrokken van de kwaliteit van dit makelaarskantoor. Ons advies: wees voorzichtig, laat je niet te veel leiden door de positieve reviews en kijk vooral ook verder.

Kamil, de Agatas Real Estate, es un agente inmobiliario muy comprometido y amable. Por desgracia, el precio del piso era demasiado alto y no se llegó a cerrar la venta. Aun así, recomiendo a este agente inmobiliario.

Ein Verkauf bzw. Kauf mit Agatha selbst können wir jederzeit empfehlen. Ihre Angestellten Berti und Jane haben uns dagegen sehr enttäuscht. Schlechte Information und bei der Suche nach einem neuen Haus sind unsere Vorschläge bezüglich Objekte anderer Makler ignoriert worden. Da die Zeit drängte mußten wir selbst tätig werden.

We contacted Agata's office early on during the COVID-19 pandemic as we were interested to buy a property, and were in touch with Robin who answered all our questions. Due to the pandemic, it wasn't until much later in the year (2020) that we were finally able to visit the island and view, and pleased to say we have now completed the transaction. Robin and Agata were extremely helpful throughout the process, and we never felt any pressure. Agata explained the buying process very clearly. Overall a great buying experience, and I would highly recommend Agata's Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

We have just sold a property in Tenerife though Agata's Real Estate. We were unable to travel from the UK, so absolutely everything was left to Jane and Agata to deal with. Throughout the whole process they have been professional, helpful, and very diligent. They made what could have been a very difficult process extremely easy and trouble-free, and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Having recently sold our house in Icod through Agates Real Estate I have no hesitation in recommending them. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough. We were kept fully informed of any enquiries received and given feedback from viewings. The detail, photography and video off our property were excellent and I think these things combined with a fabulous knowledge of the North area of Tenerife from our agents Jane and Bertie really helped in the final sale.

A very good service was offered and all aspects of the promotion, advertising ,viewings and finally the sale, were all handled professionally and successfully. The multi-lingual and very competent sales team, Bertie and Jane were positive and enthusiastic. They were available at all times and were prepared to go that one step further. I have to admit that Agata's service has simply Exceeded my expectations. I witnessed her very professional approach to all matters regarding apartments / properties purchasing, selling or rentals. I made a last minute week long trip to Tenerife house hunting for our retirement. Before the trip, Agata and Robin responded very quickly and accurately to any questions and have been professional to the extreme. Viewings have been well organised and above all, information has been honest. Robin has been exceptional as I could not organise a car during this visit but he has been prepared to accomodate me as much as possible. Extremely helpful and inspires confidence in the service from the agency. I only want to deal with this agency now in hopefully finding our retirement home.

After some bad experience with local agents (who tried to sell me an illegal house and lied that it was registered) it was a relief to work with Agata and her negotiator Susanna. Both were knowledgeable, efficient and listened to our needs. All documentation was presented to us in 2 languages (my Spanish is not great but Agata speaks a few languages) I would recommend Agata to people like myself, who come from a different country and buying a property here in Tenerife seems like a minefield to them. All in all we were guided in this process and it was far less stressful than I expected

Agata, agency owner, was extremely responsive and friendly. Immediately answered all my questions about Real estate in Spain knowledgeably and clearly so I could easily understand. I was calling from U.S. so I was uninformed about their laws She even was available late evenings and Sundays without hesitation, another huge plus. Completely trustworthy- made it possible to send money ,buy a property without even going to Tenerife. Probably best agency I’ve ever dealt with and have dealt with many. Five star operation would recommend to anyone , especially from out of country. Also Agata speaks seven languages, another big plus. While researching Tenerife's Real Estate market for potential investments I had a chance to meet with Agata twice in her office in Puerto de la Cruz. She is very professional agent with very deep knowledge not only about real estate market but also on all kind of local regulations, financial market and Spanish law enforcement. She provided me with comprehensive information on the real estate market and whole investment process with associated costs. Beside being very competent and professional Agata is also very friendly person. I was pleasure to meet her and I am sure I will contact her again when I decide to invest in Tenerife. Very professional! We tried making an offer on a flat. Unfortunately it was not accepted by the owner, but we got back the deposit without any problems. Hope to have better luck to find a bargain next time, but definitively we will deal again with Agata in the future.
