Unfortunatly we had a bad experience with RD Properties. After viewing a property with them remotely I though I had reached an agreement with them of paying a deposit to take it off the marked while preparing to view it physically later. The agreement was that if we wanted to back out after the physical vieweing we would be refunded the deposit. Before that viewing, RD told us they had a different understanding of that initial agreement, while also assuring me in a phone call that if we wanted to back out they would refund us upon getting another reservation for it. However, when we tried to do that, they did not honour their own words and refuesed any refunding. They also told us several untruths during the process, leading us to lose trust in them.

This is the best estate agents to use in the south, their service is outstanding, nothing is to much trouble, they cover every aspect. They have now sold two properties for me and I would never go anywhere else. Their whole attitude from start to finish is second to none. I can’t praise them enough, so if you are looking for someone to put your trust into, these are definitely the estate agents to use.

RD Properties sold my apartment for me, Danny the owner was so helpful and made it a pleasant experience as I really didn't need to do anything and felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend RD Properties Tenerife, as estate agents/inmobilaria. Danny and Vienna went above and beyond, more than they had to. I was kept up to date on all aspects of the sale of our property. They were more than happy to help with paperwork. Which can be a nightmare here. On occasions when I was busy, they were able to collect the keys from me to show clients around.. Nothing was too much of a problem.
