Moon Tenerife servicios integrales, s.l.

The villa was absolutely gorgeous and lots of space. We were a family of 4 adults that visited and we were able to check in early as had a really early morning flight. Debora was easy to contact and never felt like anything was too much of a problem - we had used the hot tub a lot and needed it topping up and the pool guys arrived the next day to also check the pH levels too! Definitely would return here again and a really spacious apartment. It’s not too hilly to the closest shop or a few bars if you have any mobility issues.

Second time this year at moon appartments los cristianos tenerife a place you cannot fault spotless quiet near anything you need in cristianos or Américas the hosts Debora and william top people can't wait to go back there best appartments in tenerife. Raymond Bolton UK.

Had a great stay apartment had everything you'd need like a home from home. Close to the beach, resteraunts and large supermarket. Pool and bar area was great. Will definitely try and return when i come back to Tenerife next year couldn't fault the place.

We stayed in moon apartment in june. It is a beautiful apartment with a lovely large balcony. The apartment has everything you could need for a home from home experience. It is immaculately clean. The complex is beautiful and very peaceful. It was a pleasure to have Debora and William as our hosts, they are very welcoming and friendly. Thank you both, we had a beautiful holiday, hassle free and our transport to the airport through booking with William. Kind Regards Betty Murray

Fantastic service from start to finish. We stayed at Casa Azul in El cotillo. What a beautiful wonderful view from our balcony

Amazing apartment !! And location was brilliant in walking distance of everything. Will definitely return again

Great location, with wonderful views.

BEAUTIFUL STAY IN TENENERIFFE EVERYTHING PERFECT WITH MOON TENERIFFE ALWAYS PRESENT FOR OUR REQUESTS GOOD SERVICE THANK YOU VERY MUCH DEBORAH

Accommodation was tired and the area was very noisy, our party of 4 in our 60’s had to buy earplugs as music and noise on till 2am. . The pool atea was nice and the terrace was a good size

Aa always a lovely experience, spotlessly clean apartment and excellent hosts

We were delighted when we arrived at this bright spacious apartment as it was just as described and shown in the photos. William was very informative and welcoming, he showed us around and explained how everything worked. Great communication prior and during our stay. The facilities were modern and of good quality, shower was powerful and beds were comfortable. Balcony had the sun from 9-2, lots of time to sunbathe before going out to explore. Although in a busy area it was very quiet at night so no disturbed sleep. Excellent location close to lots of restaurants and handy for buses to the rest of the island. Unfortunately we left an item when we left for a few days in Santa Cruz but it was returned to us the next day, really appreciated this. We hope to return soon, thanks Debora and William Debbie & Joe

Great experience so helpful when required in a perfect location thanks once again for your help

Great apartment, with separate bedroom and security blinds which help keep the heat out and any noise if any. Perfect location to beach and los christianos old town or Las Americas. Air con in bedroom if you need it too. Recommend to all

Great hosts. Good location near shops bars and beach. The pool area is lovely, quiet and well kept. The apartment itself is very tired and could do with a face lift.

Perfect location with everything you need around you and only 5 minutes walk to beautiful beach. Very safe gated residential apartment with very quiet well maintained pool area. ( not really appropriate for small children) Would be nice if the little bar was open for coffee or beer throughout the day.. but there is a little bar directly under the apartment if you wanted to nip out. Apartment has everything you need..a toaster would be a benefit and maybe a couple of wine glasses but everything else you could need is available. The bedroom is naturally cool due to being shaded by the building which is great for a good night’s sleep. Also good quality bed linen. Also good to know is that the balcony has full sun all day which was brilliant. There is a wind down canopy if you want shade at any time. The host Debora was so helpful and very quick to respond and I was very grateful for the opportunity to have a late check out due to late night flight. I will definitely return to this lovely little apartment.

Ottima organizzazione

Very pleasant and well equipped apartment in a residential complex. Lovely pool and a very friendly place. Thanks for our stay and all your assistance when booking and you warm friendly greeting on our arrival.

Excellent location with very good facilities

Great location and close to all bars shops and restaurants. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. The Patio is a sun trap and gets the sun from 09:00 until around 17:00. Hosts were great and very helpful during the booking process and made us very welcome on our arrival.

Great location and very quiet complex. Would not suit a young group (noise restriction hours) or young family (pool restrictions, no inflatables etc.) but was ideal for us with our young adult children. Very good cooking facilities, all the plates, cups, glasses and pots and pans you could need. Great to have a washing machine and dishwasher plus good cleaning equipment. very handy having the basics on arrival too. Water, washing up liquid, soap and toilet roll in the bathrooms etc. Supermarket on your doorstep, great pool with showers and beach, also with showers and toilets, a couple of minutes walk. Easy to park and lots of local restaurants and shops.

We stayed in an apartment in Parque Santiago 1. Apartment was spacious and clean in a great location. It was idea for our needs. Pool area is lovely and clean. Pool bar is the best.

Just returned from Tenerife. Booked our holiday through Moon Tenerife. Management were very helpful. Our accommodation was very clean. Would book with them again.

Very good accommodation very clean, well equipped, great location . Booked this accommodation 6 times now so very please. the only thing I would add is the meeting to collect the keys was a little irritating this time as communication was not great. I am sure this was a one off so I still gave the 5 stars it deserves

A fantastic apartment in a truly superb location! You are a stones throw away from the ocean in Parque Santiago 1. The owners are incredible and were always available if needed but after a very smooth check-in everything was an absolute breeze. This wonderful 1 bedroom apartment has practically everything one could need to make a perfect home away from home. The 2 single beds were extremely comfortable with a double sofa bed available in the spacious living area which is air conditioned. The apartment is located on ground floor level so apart from just two steps down to the beautiful terrace the apartment has which gets morning to noon sunshine (when we were there in April) everything is so easily accessible. An excellent supermarket is basically at your front entrance which has all your daily needs and then some! There is a brilliant poolside café/bar serving wonderful food & drinks, all reasonably priced. And as for the pool, it is probably one of the nicest I have had the pleasure of using everyday! It is heated daily, and the pool area is very spacious & clean with very pleasant staff. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone looking to holiday in this area. Looking forward to returning!

Perfect apartment for our needs , everything you need included. Had an issue with electrics which was sorted straight away. Will stay here again.

Had a wonderful week at this apartment in Parque Santiago 1. Lovely location but the sun never gets on the terrace, this was not an issue as we could escape the midday sun as the apartment was a few strides away from the poolside. Kitchen was well equipped with a full sized fridge/freezer. Washing machine in the bathroom which was very useful and detergent was supplied too. The beds were very comfy but I always take my own pillow.

Goede service! Vriendelijke hosts! Ideale, centrale ligging vlakbij busstation.

Enjoyed our stay at the apartment very central and and a lovely peaceful complex had everything we needed for our stay would definitely stay here again

A perfect place to stay in Las Américas - a private feeling appartement complex in the very centre - with walking distance to everything. All that is written in the description holds true!

Everything was just perfect !!

Casa grande e confortevole, completa di tutti i servizi e in ottima posizione. Moon tenerife sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The hosts were perfect, sorted any issues straight away. Location was great for everything you need, short stroll to restaurants, shops etc. Nice swimming pool and grounds, all you need for a perfect holiday.

Vielen herzlichen Dank! Wir haben super Ferien gehabt in Benimar. Diese Appartement ist nur zum empfehlen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

A wonderful company to book with. Prompt responses and easy to book, check in and checkout. The apartment was perfect in every way. So spacious inside and with 2 spacious terraces with easy access to the pool. We will definitely book again with moon Tenerife and would also try for the same apartment.

This is a great apartment. Quiet, well equipped, great views and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Hoghly recommend.

Friendly and fast respons, personal greeting at the property with detailed info about the property. Fast an helpful reply trough WhatsApp, text and in-app chat (booked trough booking). Small issue was fast resolved and with a great smile. Thanks Debora and team! Our booked house was very clean and had all the stuff we expected and could think of. (Dishwasher, washmachine, international TV, swimming pool, outdoor areas, clean bathrooms,... )

Very friendly people. They respond very quick on whatsapp, email or by the phone. I have booked several different apartments with them and everything went as planned.
