Tenerife Properties

If you’re looking to buy OR sell, this is your management company. Naturally we were excited to be buying a property abroad, however we were also a little nervous as this was a first for us. Honestly, we have had the best experience with the ladies here. From the first visit to completion we were guided every step of the way. Every query answered quickly and never an issue to get information for us while we were in the UK. We initially booked some viewings from back home and Rachel took us round some apartments within our budget, she was very informative and even drove us up to some places further up the hill. When we settled on “the one” the transaction was smooth and within 3 months we had our very own holiday home. Thanks ladies. If we could give you 10 stars we would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having Tenerife Properties (TP) represent and look after us was like having family living nearby. We followed recommendations for TP and are so happy that we did. Rachel listened to our wish list and worked tirelessly to short list properties to view that met our needs. We live in Ireland and wanted a winter vacation home in southern Tenerife. We gave her the dates that we could travel from Ireland and she had all the viewings set up. Steve brought us to each viewing. He has such great knowledge of the areas, housing market and if, like us, you are thinking of renovations, he has a fantastic knowledge of the local construction industry. When we asked for some second viewings, they were arranged fast and Steve brought us back again. Once we chose our home we decided to give TP power of attorney to complete the buying process on our behalf, so as we could return home. Sandra looked after this for us. As all the transactions are in Spanish, she explained the process and legal documentation to us. We would highly recommend doing this. Lynn attended the “closing” representing us. Everything went smoothly on the date set for completion. We were able to get on with our life at home while the professionals looked after all our needs. Can’t thank Rachel, Steve, Sandra and Lynn enough and have to say, don’t waste time looking for agents, go straight to the team in Tenerife Properties.

Excelente atención y profesionales

Tenerife Properties came highly recommended to us when we decided to sell our property and they did not disappoint. From walking in to their office until approximately a month later when the property was sold, they delivered on every aspect. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable , They made the whole experience stress free, smooth and painless. The communication with us was first class so we were kept informed every step of the way and handled everything ( dealing with the banks, clients Notaries and the all legal aspects etc) from start to finish. Cannot thank or praise them enough. Highly recommend to anyone to use their services 5 stars all round. Many Thanks to the team

Profesional real estate company

Tenerife Properties is the only estate agent you need.. We had never dealt with such a friendly, professional, kind and caring estate agent! The whole process was very smooth, Rachel, Lynn and Sandra were absolutely brilliant in navigating us through the purchase of our first property. We just couldn't have completed this without Rachel's guidance and support, nothing was too much trouble and she always answered all my questions with a great patience. We would whole heartedly like to thank and recommend Tenerife Properties to anyone looking for an estate agent!

What can I say? These people are amazing! Within 2 weeks of putting my property on the market, they had sold it! Every step of the way they were helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. Even after the sale they carried on helping me, arranging an accountant so I could pay the correct taxes, putting me in touch with a money exchange company which save me at least 2,000€ in possible bank charges and making sure all my outstanding bills were paid. They are brilliant!

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Rachel, Lynn and the whole team at Tenerife Properties. I couldn’t believe how seamless the whole process was! The thing that I really appreciated the most was when Lynn said ‘don’t worry we will hold your hand every step of the way’. This was music to my ears as I’ve never bought a property abroad before so it was a little daunting! I would urge anybody looking for a property in Tenerife to look no further than Tenerife Properties, you can’t go wrong with this team of professionals guiding you along. Some day I will hopefully buy another property and I look forward to dealing with Tenerife Properties again!

We informed by Tenerife properties for an appartment in the region of Puerto Colon/San Eugenio. Rachel of Tenerife Properties gave us all the information we needed of several properties and did find for us the right complex. At the end we bought an appartment in Club Atlantis and are very satisfied with it. Thanks to Rachel, she did a good job as agent and was very helpfull in al the things we needed.
