Tenerife Luxury Property Management

The villa is spacious, clean and well equipped. Maria sent detailed instructions both in text and video which made checking in and finding everything really easy. The villa was clean, spacious and well appointed, with plenty of kitchen utensils, glasses and plates etc. The bedrooms were also well appointed, with those on the top and ground floor having air-conditioning. The lower floor contains a double bedroom and a further room with a double bed and small living room area. Both of these rooms have fans and we didn't find it too warm. The outside areas are large, with plenty of loungers around the pool and a covered dining area which provided shade during the afternoons. The pool itself was amazing - I had requested it be heated and Maria sent me a picture the day before we arrived to show how warm it was! We enjoyed the cafes in the local area and found everything we needed close by. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

VILLA RICO DEL SOL: Cosa è piaciuto · ottima posizione, in zona tranquilla, senz a rumore e musica di notte. Molto comoda per spostarsi con l’auto, posizione strategica. La casa è molto grande e ha gli spazi giusti per viverla in 9 persone con comodità. Alcune lenzuola presentavano delle macchie.. consiglierei di sostituirle. Per il resto era tutto molto pulito e ordinato. È dotata di tutta l’attrezzatura per cucinare, stoviglie, pentole. Ha lavastoviglie e lavatrice che sono risultate molto comode. Maria la proprietaria è molto attenta a tutti i dettagli, prima dell’arrivo ci ha comunicato tutto ció che ci sarebbe servito per il soggiorno. Ci ha dato tante indicazioni e ottimi consigli. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Cosa non è piaciuto · Non era previsto un servizio di pulizia. In 9 persone sarebbe stato molto utile un cambio asciugamani e lenzuola durante il nostro soggiorno.

We were very satisfied with the house. It was clean, had all the comforts, and a beautiful terrace with a view. The beds were very good. The location was good, and there was always parking available. Close to the supermarket. Our friendly host Maria was very helpful, and communication was excellent. Thank you Maria !

We had a really great time on the villa! The vie from the terrace and balcony is marvellous especially in the evening! The outside are with the swimming pool is huge. Mieliśmy okazję spędzić prawie dwa tygodnie w wiejskim domu w Charco del Pino. Dom świetnie wyposażony i urządzony w hiszpańskim stylu. Bardzo dobrze wysprzątany przed naszym przyjazdem. Znajdują się w nim wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty w tym pralka i suszarka, które zdecydowanie przydają się przy długim pobycie. Na miejscu są bardzo dobrej jakości ręczniki kąpielowe i plażowe oraz parasole, których można skorzystać wybierając się na plażę. Jeden z pokoi wychodzi na zabudowania gospodarcze sąsiadów i codziennie budził nas kogut. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, ale dla wrażliwych obowiązkowe zatyczki. Obiekt posiada własne miejsca postojowe. Jest ciasno, ale spokojnie zmieściły się dwa duże auta. Po całym dniu zwiedzania można się było zrelaksować w podgrzewanym basenie. Kontakt z obsługą obiektu rewelacyjny! Maria była cały czas do naszej dyspozycji w przypadku pytań czy wątpliwości. Cudowna kobieta! Przydałoby się kilka drobnych napraw np. wiszące lampki w ogrodzie lub uzupełnienie kafelków w łazience ogrodowej (tak! Obiekt ma dodatkową łazienkę zewnętrzną co jest idealnym rozwiązaniem dla osób korzystających z basenu), ale to absolutnie nie wpływa na jakość pobytu! Jeśli kiedyś jeszcze wrócimy na Teneryfę, to zdecydowanie do tego miejsca!

W apartamencie w Costa Adeje znaleźliśmy przytulne wnętrze, przyjemny ogród oraz basen, który dzieciaki uwielbiały. Położony jest w cichej, spokojnej okolicy, w pobliżu Playa del duque. To dobra baza wypadowa, miejsce parkingowe jest zawsze dostępne. To były kolejne udane wakacje. Dziękujemy :)

Stayed here with my family for my mother in laws 70th Birthday. A lovely villa with everything you could possibly need. Close to local bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Would 100% recommend. Lovely touches such as pool towels left out and many adaptors in the property.

Lovely accomodation in Costa Adeje, very comfortable beds. All amenities required and near enough to the beach and local restaurants to walk. The beach was around 25 mins away on foot. George's restaurant nearby was very good value and great food. The communal pool is extremely clean, good amount of sunbeds and facilities. A number of grocery shops nearby all with a good selection. Overall, excellent stay.

We had a great time for a friends birthday. The property was clean and spacious, great views. Host communication was great throughout and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Es war ein großartiger Aufenthalt in Marias Haus. Hübsches Haus mit einer großen traumhaftenTerrasse. Genug Platz für 4 Personen. We had a very pleasant stay in a house rented by Maria in Costa Adeje Miraverde, calle El Cedro. We particularly appreciated the peace and quiet, the proximity of the pool, the large terrace and its view of the ocean. We were a 15' drive from the ocean. We had very good weather during our stay in January. From the Miraverde district, it's very easy to visit the island to the west, east or north, and the island is perfect for a long stay as there's a lot to see, especially if you love nature. Communication with Maria was very pleasant and we are thinking of coming back next year. Dominique & Michel

Mari made our stay so comfortable!!! The house is not big but it has enough space for 4 adults. Our dogs were welcomed and our baby got the cot and a high chair. The pool is 30 seconds walking from home, 20 minutes by feet (or 5 by car) - and you are in the centre of costa adeje) car is a necessity on the island , the parking slots are always available around the property. The area is quiet and has everything - a market, boulangeries, vet clinic, wine shop, sushi restaurant, park, pharmacy etc. Mari is a great host, lovely and friendly lady, always helpful and giving good tips around the island. We loved our 43 days spent in Tenerife at Mari’s house and would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a quite place to stay with your family.

We are incredibly pleased with “Tenerife Luxury Property Management”. We have a Villa at Avenida de Macaronesia and thought we can manage all on our own, saving the expenses for a Property Manager. After a year, we just gave it up. Complicated administrative work, paying taxes, the pool got some damage, the cleaning lady got in a fight with the gardener as he was making dirty the spots she cleaned. I had no more nerves to deal with all this. Mrs. Reichardt is our Property Manager, and she takes care of all the details, so our villa is clean and functional all the time. As we are not very fluent in Spanish, she is taking care of all the administrative paperwork, taxes and running costs. I love organizing events at our home -she does great event management- my guests are always thrilled with everything she accomplished.
