Properties Are Us

Unfortunately my friend paid and English deposit which should not be done to rent a property in Tenerife so that the money could have gone in the bank to pay tax. The property is now unavailable and they offered the group something else which my friend did not want. They said the owner offered them the deposit back if they could bring the original receipt to Tenerife. They gave me it to sort out but he/Stuart Smith just blocked me on WhatsApp and Facebook after each message to make contact. So obviously he does not want to give these good people their deposit and is unwilling to discuss anything. Please never pay a deposit in cash to anyone.

We have bought our studio with Stuart. He is a very good advice, and he finds the right people to finalize the acquisition.

Recently had the occasion to deal with Properties Are Us to sell an appartment . Both Michele and Stuart were incredibly professional and hand held me throughout the process. It was my first sale so I was rather nervous . They were also able to find me a buyer literally a couple of weeks after it went on the market at only a little bit less of the asking price . Apprently unheard of on the islands, so my friends have told me! I can't recommend them more highly.

I met Stuart and Michelle about 5 years ago when on holiday in Tenerife and thinking about buying. I had been to a few other property places but was not impressed. They took us to view various properties around Costa Adeje-Los Christianos area and when we found an apartment we were interested in they helped us through the whole process of buying the property as it is a little different to buying in the UK.
