Excellent agent and fantastic company to deal with. We bought our apartment and sold the apartment using the same company and the staff and had it for 20 years, during which time they helped us every step of the way. They showed us around the area looking for furniture shopping, took us to the town hall, accompanied us to the police station to collect our NEI no's as well as any other problems we had along the way. We do class them as good friends now and hope it will stay that way. It is a scary thought buying a property abroad but with CBS you are not on your own and they are contactable at every stage. Suzie scheduled a call with us and we were immediately impressed with her professionalism. She then got us started on the process of buying a property in the sun after informing her of our requirements in a property and our budget. We decided to return to Tenerife a few weeks later to meet Suzie and her team at Clear Blue Skies and begin the process of fulfilling our goal of buying our dream property in the south of Tenerife. Wij zijn Steven van Clear Blue Skies enorm dankbaar voor zijn hulp. Hij stond altijd voor ons klaar en gaf ons duidelijke, nuttige en zeer juiste info. We waren toch wel wat bang om in Tenerife te kopen, zeker omdat we de taal niet kenden. Steven heeft voor alles gezorgd tot advocaat,... toe en alles is heel erg vlot verlopen. Toen we het appartement kochten was het nog niet volledig klaar. Het enige waar we wat pech mee gehad hebben is de Spaanse aannemer. De afwerking was hier en daar niet zoals we het in België gewoon zijn, maar dat merk je pas als je er echt in woont. Steven heeft zelfs na de aankoop toch nog zijn best gedaan om ook dat zoveel mogelijk op te lossen! Dus wij zouden zeker terug in zee gaan met Clear Blue Skies!

Ze weten waar het over gaat, kennen de wetgeving in detail en hebben voor alles gezorgd (onder meer een zeer betrouwbaar advocatenburo en notaris) waar ja echt alles correct; vlot en volledig tot op het uur verliep zoals afgesproken. Ten 3rde: over mij locatie die ik kocht, appartement te Valle de san Lorenzo is perfect wat ik zocht, met andere woorden: ze begrepen ook zeer goed wat we zochten. Ik kan Steven, Clear Blue skies en zijn team alleen maar aanraden. Ga ik later nog zaken doen met hen? zonder twijfel !

Clear Blue Skies are an excellent company and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them. Through them we purchased a Town House in Residencial Portonovo in Los Cristianos- the whole experience was a smooth and seamless one. We initially dealt with Ash who was most most helpful but lately with Suzie who gave us invaluable help and is very quick to respond to any queries or questions you may have. She also is fluent in Spanish which again is a big plus point in smoothing your way forward. The builders (Daltre) were slow but I've got to say excellent ( the finish to the property and small complex is superb) but Suzie kept us up to speed with emails and indeed photos. Suzie first called to get more accurate criteria of what we were looking for and budget, and when we intended to visit. Ashley then rang to arrange a suitable day to show us around some properties. At the appointed time, he duly collected us from where we were staying, and took us to areas we probably hadn't thought about, to show what we could get within our budget. One we viewed, ticked ALL the right boxes, and more. We decided then to put in an offer. He took us back to their showroom offices, the offer was accepted by the vendor. Realizing we'd left credit cards where we were staying, as we didn't think we'd actually be putting down an initial deposit, Ash took us back to collect it. Two days later, they had arranged a local lawyer to accompany us to the Notary Office to begin the purchase process. We'd given him Power of Attorney to handle the entire purchase. Two days after, we returned to the UK. The whole process; papers, obtaining our NIE numbers, opening a bank account, money transfer and setting up utilities payments, were all handled effortlessly and worry free. They also arranged for the internet to be connected. Once the final monies had been transferred and the vendors were ready to sign, Suzie then arranged for the marble to be polished and one other request was also handled on our behalf, and finished before we arrived, we then booked a flight to collect the keys. Ash even collected us from the airport. Calling in to their offices to answer queries, was also no problem once we'd moved in two weeks later, as we had then decided to retire here.
