We want to express our sincere thanks to Marketa for her hospitality and organizing our check-in to the apartment. Our vacation was fantastic! The apartment is excellent—located in the best area of the island, within a clean and well-maintained complex with private parking and a pool. We were greeted by Marketa’s very polite and pleasant colleague, Walter, who gave us a detailed tour of the complex. We also reached out to him during our stay, and he was always there to help us, for which we are very grateful! The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living—the owners have thought of every little detail, from a welcome bottle of cava to supplies for cooking and cleaning. There is a huge selection of dishes, all the necessary appliances—and everything is of great quality! We cook for ourselves, so this was important for us. In the closets, we found clean towels, linens, blankets, and pillows. In summary, Marketa’s work and the apartment left us with the most positive impressions. We wholeheartedly recommend Marketa and her team for organizing your vacation—rest assured, you’ll be in reliable, professional hands!

Ons appartement aangekocht met bemiddeling van Sharon Van Mensel. Vanaf het eerste contact een goed en vertrouwend gevoel... de volledige aankoop is zeer correct verlopen. Fantastica vacanza!!

Sharon was recommended to us by the owners of the apartment we rented. Over a period of 6 months, she helped select the right area and eventually the right property. We must have seen at least 20 properties in the area between Los Gigantes and Los Christianos. At no time was she impatient or pushy. Today, 3 months after we bought our apartment, she is still assisting us furnishing and decorating the apartment. She has always been available with advice and help when we have had problems. We have never met an estate agent like her, if you are buying or selling Sharon should be your first call, we highly recommended.

This real estate office is offering you a tremendous service! Our property is managed by Marketa as it would be her. So don't hesitate to choose for Second home Tenerife Plaza Duque. I never experienced such a good service.

Goed geluisterd naar ons wensenlijstje en binnen twee dagen raak. Perfecte begeleiding bij aankoop en regelen van alle officiële papieren. Ook na de aankoop veel hulp gehad met allerlei zaken. Inmiddels tweede huis gekocht en het eerste via 2ndhome verhuurd.

Since then, every time we come to La Caleta, we pop over to her new office next to the Hovima hotel to say hello & she is always willing to give any additional support needed.
