A chi vuole comprare casa a Tenerife consiglio di farsi seguire da una agenzia seria perchè i dettagli sono tanti e se si perde qualche passaggio la responsabilità è del compratore. Con Alessandro dell’Agenzia Cala Homes mi sono trovata benissimo. Ha la migliore selezione di case nelle zone più belle di Tenerife. Nel mio caso ha gestito la trattativa con grande professionalità, mi ha dato sempre i consigli giusti, mi ha guidato in ogni fase ed è stato disponibile in ogni momento, dall’inizio alla fine della compravendita, anche fuori orario… Mi sono sentita sicura e in buone mani. E’ stato importante poter parlare in Italiano, prima per spiegargli bene cosa stavo cercando, e poi per non avere mai dubbi nei momenti più delicati del contratto, della firma dal notaio, con tutti i documenti ecc. Lih van cala homes heeft mijn aankoop van de bungalow in las americas van a tot z geregeld! Ze heeft ook alles gecleard ( onderzocht of er geen schulden op het pand stonden, en er bleek 40.000€ schuld open te staan). Dit heeft zij allemaal supersnel en uiterst professioneel geregeld. Ook het feit dat ze 6! Talen vloeiend spreekt, waaronder ook nederlands en spaans , was een zeer groot pluspunt. Ze werkt voor de klant alsof ze voor haarzelf een aankoop of verkoop zou regelen! I was looking for a home on Tenerife and I couldn´t be more lucky to bump into Cala Homes and Mr. Jesus Rodriguez. It took time to find the right apartment, we were on lot of viewings but still couldn´t find the right match. But it was not a waste of time, cuz we got to know each other with Jesus and built the level of trust. So when the right match finally appeared and I was 5000 km away, it was easy to do the final decision only according to the videos and most important - Jesus´s recommendation. They took care of everything (formal due diligence of the apartment, purchase contracts, notary, community etc.) I only came and signed papers - and payed of course :-) They even found me a cleaner and took care of refurbishment of the apartment. Now when I´m sitting on my terrace and watching the sunset over the ocean, I´m so happy I found my second home here on Tenerife.
