THE PROPERTY GALLERY

We have just purchased our perfect holiday home in Tenerife via The Property Gallery. from our initial enquiry until completion date Laurentiu and Judith have been absolutely amazing. We had many viewings with Laurentiu including a virtual one whilst we were still in the UK and each one was thorough, professional and all of our enquiries were answered perfectly. We were introduced to lots of contacts including Jose from Tenerife Admin Solutions and currencies direct who were also amazing. We cant thank you both enough for your help.

Had a very proffesional and helpful experience with regards to my dealings with the property gallery in particular Judith who was more than helpful with all our enquiries, would highly recommend

Sehr enttäuschend. Hatte eine Anfrage gestartet und Termin vereinbart. Dann plötzlich keine Kommunikation mehr. Auf Nachfrage keine Reaktion.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Laurentiu for the massive help he gave us in our search for our new home. His patience and guidance was a major factor in finding out dream house. He made everything so easy for us. A true professional with tireless commitment to achieving the goal with we set. Thanks a million !

A truly professional team that ensures everything is done fairly for both parties involved in the process. I bought a business through them and didn’t have to worry about a thing — I felt at ease from every point of view.

Wow Judith took us from start to finish. She is a credit to the company and if only everyone would work this way life would be a lot easier. Massive thanks Judith you truly are a star. Rich Thorley

Absolutely fantastic service, from start to finish, Judith goes above and beyond

Although I have not purchased a property with the Property Gallery I would like to give my review as I have never spoken to such a professional company in the 14 years I’ve lived in Tenerife. They received an email from me enquiring about long term rentals and instead of ignoring it, or replying to the email, the lady phoned me to explain that they only do real estate sales, and gave me information and websites where I can find long term rentals, and also to warm me about potential online scams and how to avoid them. They didn’t need to call me and that fact that they did this, when the one comes to buy a property in a few years I will be coming straight to them as they have gone above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate this level of service and it gives my 100% trust in them. Thank you

A very good top class professional service. Highly recommended. Thankyou.

Very efficient real estate agency. Laurentiu is hard-working, which brings visible results. He surprised us by quickly finding a buyer for our property. Together with his co-worker, they are nice and competent people. I am very pleased with the results of our cooperation.

Judith is one of those rare professionals that makes business more of a pleasure than a pain! She instills confidence and trust at her first smile! She truly listens to the needs of her customers and carefully considers all the options when showing the available properties! I consider her more of a friend than agent and her wealth of knowledge in Tenerife is without compare! She found my family the perfect bungalow that fit all our needs!!! Thanks Judy🙏!!!

Many thanks to Judith. It was a pleasure collaborating with you 😀

We would highly recommend The Property Gallery and in particular Judith. She has organised the sale of our property and has gone above and beyond. A very pleasant and stress-free experience asJudith handled everything expertly and offered excellent advice. Thank you so much.

My sincere thanks to Judith and laurentui at the property gallery , from start to finish they have been amazing , the organisation of everything they provide was immense, nothing was too much trouble , even from me asking to go and reset our alarms they did , Judith controlled all our legal arrangements , we never had to return to do anything , so a massive Thankyou from me and Jason you truly are throughly perfect people who 100% know your job . Highly recommend to anyone you will not be disappointed on there first class service .

Laurentiu helped us recently to sell our apartment. We got the full asking price, and everything was done and settled in under 2 weeks. Top class service. Thank you guys.

Fantastic experience, Judith and team looked after everything from start to finish, couldn’t recommend highly enough, especially for non residents

I am a very satisfied client of THE PROPERTY GALLERY. Located in Tenerife, THE PROPERTY GALLERY specializes in real estate with a focus on properties in the southern part of the island. THE PROPERTY GALLERY earned my trust by assisting me with various matters, even though I wasn’t purchasing a property from them at the time. Through them, I gained several valuable contacts, which are especially essential in Tenerife, particularly for those who don’t speak Spanish. I am very grateful to them! Wishing them continued success!

Working with Judith was a great experience. She is kind, personable, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. If I were to rent or buy again, I wouldn’t call anyone else . Highly recommend!!

Can’t thank Judith enough for her time & professionalism. This is the 2nd property Judith has sold for me everything was completed quickly & professionally.

Massima gentilezza disponibilità e professionalità

We spoke with a few different agents before meeting Judith. She had come to us on a recommendation from a new neighbour. She and her colleagues at Property Gallery were superb, really professional in their dealings with us and our prospective buyers. We had a complex situation that Judith personally ensured was handled professionally and she was at pains to make sure all parties were informed and compliant. We are very happy to recommend her and have also verbally recommended her to friends. She goes above and beyond, never any pressure and extremely thorough in her approach. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Judith and Property Gallery again. They are a quality outfit. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

This five star review is highly deserved for Judith at the Property Gallery in Puerto Colon, Costa Adeje. I previously bought my apartment via Judith and she was amazing. When it came time to sell I went back to Judith because I trusted her to sell the apartment for me. I was not in Tenerife at the time and Judith did the viewings and got me a sale at a good price . I was always kept fully informed of progress. I completed on the sale last week and could not have managed without Judith. I can highly recommend Judith at the Property Gallery.

Excelente . son muy profesionales Lo recomiendo 💯 . Me ayudaron en todo el proceso . Muchísimas gracias Yudith . Por toda tu honestidad y experiencia. Repetimos

Vielen Dank!

The Property Gallery is a wonderful estate agent in Costa Adeje . Judith has the patience of a saint! She arranged viewing of several apartments of our choice and with her excellent knowledge we have now bought our property. She has arranged all the legal side of buying the property and has been there with us every step of the way - we cannot thank her enough. We would definitely recommend The Property Gallery- and Judith.

Zeer vlotte service.

Loana.

Just completed the sale of our house with Property Gallery, first class service and attention to detail, highly recommend

Thanks to Judith, a very professional deal. From the first contact on she was very friendly, responsive and a good Guide through the whole process.

Very Happy with The Property Gallery. First visit and they found me a buyer for my Property.

We are always looking at property when we visit Tenerife but never bite the bullet. About 2 years ago, The Property Gallery took us to visit several apartments but none fitted the bill. On another visit in February we walked in off the street and they happily took us to view another apartment we were interested in despite us having been unfruitful previously. Their patience paid off as we went to notary last Monday and signed on the dotted line. Judith was consistently helpful throughout the process, always contactable and if there was something she didn't know she would find the answer to. Very good communication and we would highly recommend.

I am very happy with The Property Gallery. They helped me buy the property and they managed for us for many years. Laurentiu & Ioana are very helpful and I recommend to everyone. Thank you

We would like to express our thanks for your outstanding service throughout the process of our purchase. Judith is highly professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. Amazingly our sale was completed from initial offer accepted to receiving the apartment keys in 4 weeks ! This was achieved through exceptional teamwork between Judith and the lawyer Nadine and other key support agencies e.g Moneycorp . My wife and I would recommend Property Gallery unreservedly as a first class agency with first class staff Thank you .

The office has sold an apartment three times in 10 years for me. It is true that there was a change of ownership in the meantime, but this only brought an update. Judith is indeed a very thorough, kind and fair administrator, you can trust her with the purchase and sale. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We found Property Gallery whilst out browsing and met Judith. From our first meeting right up to the signing and beyond of our apartment she went out of her way to help. Every step of the way she guided us without ever failing to deliver top advice and service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Judith and Property Gallery . Thanks again

From start to finish we have been treated with the greatest respect and service anyone could wish for. The professionalism of all the staff has been second to none and would recommend the property gallery to all.

We marketed our house for sale in Porta Nova Costa Adeje and sold within 3 days with The Property Gallery. Excellent service from Judith and Laurentiu. I will recommend it.

Big Thank you to The Property Gallery for great service and professional approach 👏

Brilliant kept us informed every step of the way worked very hard to sell our property all done in a month brilliant

Per me The Property Gallery è il TOP.

I put my property on the market through the Property Gallery and from the outset they went out of their way and were extremely helpful. They secured a buyer in a short time and contracts were about to be exchanged when circumstances changed on my side and I had to pull out of the deal. I wouldn’t hesitate In recommending them to anyone buying or selling a property.

We were given some recommendations for estate agents to sell our apartment and after arranging an appointment we met Laurentiu and his colleague Judith from The Property Gallery. We were immediately reassured and felt confident that we had made the right choice. Laurentiu arrived at the apartment and was friendly and really knowledgeable about the complex, the area, the current market and value of the apartment. He produced a comprehensive folder that had all the information we needed to help us understand the selling process. This also included previous and current valuations and a realistic valuation of our own apartment. Laurentiu and Judith did not make us feel rushed and answered all of our questions and worries. Judith even arranged a locksmith to visit the property as our Spanish was extremely limited. The selling process was very smooth and Laurentiu deserves more than 5 stars 🌟 in regard to keeping me updated along the way from when potential buyers made an enquiry, to viewings and then the actual process of having various offers made. Laurentiu liaised between the buyer, me and the solicitors which really helped the process move quicker. We can't thank Laurentiu enough and will always recommend The Property Gallery in the future. It was a pleasure to have them as our estate agent.

Mr Laurentiu assisted me and he was super: professional, kind and helpful during all the stages of the sale. I would recommend him to everyone, I am 100% satisfied with the service offered by his agency.

I am very happy with the excellent service of Laurentiu & Loana. They are so friendly and helpfull. I could give them a call any time and they go above & beyond for their clients. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to buy or sell a property. They are professionals for sure.

We had a beautiful experience working with Laurentiu and Ioana at The Property Gallery S.L estate agency. They are a smart and competent couple that work effectively with both British and the EU citizens. We were helped with the process of Buying a Property. They made it simple and easy. We thank them for all their support and guidance. We highly recommend them to anyone who would like to avoid the stress when buying a property. Kind regards, Vamila, 🇬🇧

Huge thank you to Lorento and Judith, they were so helpful and informative, amazing service from them and very professional.

Hi, we read some of the reviews on here and was very cautious, to be honest they were fantastic, we dealt with Judith, nothing was to must trouble, anything you ask she was totally honest, Judith came and picked us up at the hotel, dropped us off, I would highly ecommend them..

A very good real estate agent.👍
