I recently used Diana Aitchison as my realtor for an apartment purchase in Los Americas and I couldn't be more pleased and appreciative with her involvement. I am from the United States and basically didn't have a clue how to navigate a purchase in another country. Diana went completely above and beyond, not only in helping me find a unit I was happy with but also helping with all the other requirements of a foreigner. She took me to the police station to help me get my N.I.E. number, to the local government office to register as a resident and she even took me for groceries once I moved in! Ive bought and sold many units in Washington DC, Southern Florida and Pennsylvania and never encountered a Realtor of her Caliber. I can't thank her enough for all she has done for me. Professionals in their field. We sold 2 apartments through them. Clients were found in 1.5 months. We arrived on our own for the first sale, and for the second we left them a power of attorney and left, as it was delayed a little due to the buyer's mortgage. In the process of preparing for the deals, Artem and his team solved many issues. I won't list which ones, but they weren't part of their direct duties. The guys are clearly doing more for the client than they should, and this shows their approach to business and humanity. La verdad que mi experiencia no fue buena, recomiendo antes de comprar contar con un buen asesoramiento, en mi caso me vendieron una propiedad con una antigua deuda que supuestamente había prescrito ,no siendo así me correspondió pagar de más ,por lo que tener mucho cuidado a la hora de comprar , por otro lado tengo que decir que Diana es una estupenda agente inmobiliaria y profesional ,no pudiendo decir lo mismo de Valeria y Masu.

We had been searching for a property to buy in Tenerife for three years, and throughout that time, Rumiya was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient with us. They sold me a house they claimed was absolutely not historical! I was able to tear it down. Confirmed in writing 3 times!!! Out in renovation they police stopt the renovation because the house is historic after all..... permit to renovate it can take a very long time !!! Unprofesional and scam !!! And after several emails totally they don't take their responsibility !!! 0 points !!!!

I would like to thank Valeria Bezyumkina for the great cooperation during the whole process of buying the property. From the beginning when I saw the advertisement for the first time, till the end when we signed the notary agreement, she was very helpful and proactive. We were so fortunate to have found Rohit (Raul) as our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. Sehr kompetentes Personal. Ich fühlte mich gut aufgehoben. Melisa hat genau verstanden was ich suchte und nicht mir unnütze Sachen gezeigt, wie so viele andere Makler einem die Zeit verschwenden. Sowie Duda, als auch Melisa waren auch noch nach dem Notarvertrag sehr disponibel und offen für alle Fragen. Maria Delgado hat einen sehr guten Job (Post vendita) gemacht. Das einzige Manko war, dass ich bei einem Vorvertrag (bei einer Immobilie, die ich dann letztendlich nicht gekauft hatte), nicht gut beraten wurde. Aston Reality hatte sich nicht gut informiert bzw. wussten nicht, dass ein Teil des Hauses abgerissen werden musste, da das Condominium bereits Einspruch gegen den Schwarzbau erhoben hatte. Die Leidtragende war ich in diesem Fall. Das ganze Desaster ist kurz vor dem Notarvertrag aufgeflogen, weil die Eigentümer sich zurückgezogen hatten.

Wow, what a great service we experienced here from Victoria Ermantovich. We were looking for a suitable apartment in Los Cristianos and found it at the agency from Aston Realty Real Estate. There were some hurdles to overcome and it was actually not that easy. At times I even gave up hope that we would be able to close here the deal. But through Victoria's great engagement we were able to achieve everything in the end. We even gave her our power of attorney so that she could sign the apartment for us at the notary in the end. I could trust her 100% from the beginning. You rarely find somebody like her. I would always try to close a sale with her again, because I know that it will work. Diese Bewertung betrifft die Abteilung Vermietung von Ferienwohnungen. Wir können diese Firma nicht empfehlen. Unzuverlässig, unprofessionell und ignorant. Immer wieder die gleichen Anfragen von verschiedenen Mitarbeitern. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung mit Gemeinschaftspool gebucht. Pool und Liegestühle waren nicht nutzbar, kein Wasser im Pool, Areal war abgesperrt. Mitgeteilt wurde uns dies 14 Tage vor Abreise! Da war kein kostenloses Storno mehr möglich. Frage nach Preisnachlass wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung, sie könnten nichts dafür, der Pool sei öffentlich. Wir hatten für 9 Tage 940 Euro bezahlt. Am Abreisetag kam niemand zur vereinbarten Zeit zur Schlüsselübergabe.

Hitting life's reset button at 83 is a difficult task, but combining that with an overseas move is almost impossible. Valeria at Asten made everything possible for my mother in law. She listened as my MIL described what could be her perfect place in the sun and diligently worked to find her a beautiful, sun-filled villa in a vibrant village she's excited to now call home. Not only did she chauffer her around the island to look at properties, but she also visited my MIL in hospital when she fell ill. Communications with her were easy and constant until the closing, and she felt safe at every step of the transaction. If you want to work with a kind and clever human and a professional agency, I can't recommend Valeria and Asten Reality enough.
