I worked with Nicola at Tenerife Island Rentals as a buyer to purchase a property. She was great, spoke both English and Spanish, assisted with the paperwork and the negotiations, at the notary and everywhere, and was always responsive, very fast and available to fix any issue. There are no words I really have to describe how satisfied we are with T.I. Rental and Sonya and her team!! We were here 5 years ago and decided to come again but now to spend 3 months and live here. I was searching a place for more than 3 months and it was mison impossible. ( So many online scams, we have dog and kid, so it was important to find something that suits to all our criteria). When I gave up, acquaintance from my country recommended them because they bought a flat with their help. So I contacted Sonya and even I was suspicious, from first typing she got my trust, we found perfect house and manage all online!! She is so professional, kind and I am really happy that we found her! We are now at Tenerife, house is even more beautiful in person and we really enjoy! Can’t recommend their Los Cristianos office highly enough. Sonya and Nicola made the whole process a breeze. We mainly dealt with Nicola and her support, organisation and attention to detail was first class. We’ve spent many many years renting or staying in hotels in this beautiful place. I have tried the rest but found the best when I was introduced to Sonya and the team. Professional, considerate & competent, if you have a property in Tenerife and you are using an agent which isn't Sonya......you are using the wrong agent.

I have rented apartments from Tenerife island rentals for the last 10years and I have to say they are very professional with ther work never had a problem with their service always on call day or night.

Excellent agency, reliable, helpful and genuine. We rented a lovely small flat which was well maintained and looked after by the agency. The price was very good and there was no agency fee. Every time we contacted the agency we had a lovely experience & Sonya was always ready to help us out with useful information as we were quite new to Tenerife. We are very grateful for all her help.

Excellent Professional team My daughter is lucky enough to have just got a studio from Tenerife rentals ..She is so happy .I am so grateful that they could help her It is very clean and has everything you could need and....It has a beautiful terrace.!! And best of all no rip of finders fee ect.. .I cannot recommend them enough ..we are on our second property from here after renting for over 5 years and have absolutely no problem recommending Sonia and team to anyone

Rented a beautiful apartment in Adeje Paradise from Sonya and her team for a year until January 2020 and the service we received was excellent. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff and excellent customer service. Can definitely recommend them for finding you your dream property and would certainly use them again in the future.

I visited Tenerife Island Rentals when another tenant recommended them, from start to finish everything has always been so plain sailing with them!!! Sue found us the most wonderful flat (when I didn't want a flat! lol) but she assured us we would love it and we did!! The flat was furnished to a high standard, noting was too much bother, Upon arriving in our new country Sue called us to see if there was anything she or her staff could do for us and whenever there s a little something that needs fixing or doing by them its done instantly! It's a shame all companies/people can't work this way life would be so much easier! This isn't 'any' estate agents this is one that goes over and above what is expected of them.
