Nous Property Agencia Inmobiliaria y Consultoria S.L.

100% recomendables

The agent, Mikael Hernández, went above and beyond trying to help us with a very difficult seller, that unfortunately proved to be untrustworthy.

No profesionales,,,, tendras muchos problemas!!!

Muy contenta con esta inmobiliaria. Muy buena atención. Recomendable 100%.

Me sentí acompañada, informada y eternamente agradecida! Sois los mejores!

Personale molto cortese e competente

Professional, honest and absolutely trustworthy! Highly recommend Nous Property Real Estate company to anyone looking to purchase or sell a property in Tenerife, or looking for a reliable management service for their vacation homes. Ilya and his company were recommend to us by our host when we arrived to Tenerife and we couldn't be so grateful and happy for that. We had a very limited time and budget to find our dream vacation home and thanks to these professional people our mission was successful and we managed to buy the perfect place and location for us. For someone who is a first time buyer in Tenerife, the legal process was quite complicated, but thankfully we were advised and assisted very professionally and everything went much easier and smoothly. We trusted them as well to manage our holiday apartment and since we left in March our apartment has been rented with short term guests very successfully and being a "control freak " myself, I can say I sleep well, knowing that our life time investment is in the best possible hands!

Nous Property.

Excellent communication, great service. Five stars out of five.

Consigliatissima!
