2023. aasta kevadel hakkasin otsima Tenerife lõunaosasse merevaatega korterit.

We used Wady Properties to purchase our apartment in Gold del Sur, Tenerife in April 2023, the service that Linda and Milady provided both before and after the purchase was exceptional. They made the whole process straight forward and stress free with help opening a Spanish bank account to helping us find and get delivered furniture. She also recommended a broker to use in the UK to transfer our funds for the purchase who were also excellent. We used the after sales service that they offer and this made the process of getting our deeds and setting up all direct debits for bill very easy I would recommend Wady Properties to anyone buying a property on Tenerife for a smooth, professional and friendly service Thank you from Debbie and Scott

L'agenzia immobiliare migliore che abbiamo mai trovato. Massima serietà, disponibilità e oltre tutto velocissimi ed efficienti. Grazie Linda e grazie Milady. A presto

We had a first class service from Wady properties. We dealt with Linda, and right from the off she could not have been more helpful, showing us potential properties and suggesting other areas that we may like. Her knowledge and advice was excellent. In the end she worked her magic and found us our dream apartment. Milady did all the purchase paperwork for us and everything went so smoothly. Both Linda and Milady were always at the other end of the phone for any questions we had and we build up a great relationship with them. I would recommend them to anyone trying to find their dream home in Tenerife.

Cannot fault this company... from beginning to end and more. Been looking at buying a property for a while.. looked through another agent and they honestly weren't bothered..as soon as we contacted wady they have been very attentive and helpful. Thank-you to Liam and Milady for helping us .they went beyond what we expected as had problems...mainly down to me being a techno dinosaur..always at the end of a phone call or message helping to sort out my problem..would recommend this company 100%

Been renting with them for 2yrs now..any issues dealt with promptly..staff speak English too.

Terrible company of theives and liars. Not professional by any matter of means. I have dealt with many estate agents on this island and have never dealt with a company so rude or unproffesional. As a local business myself (not agents) I would severely recommend staying away from this company!
