Mark and Ines have done a great job selling my apartment. They took all the stress out of the paperwork and legal side of things. Mark kept me updated regularly. Ines arranged Power of Attorney for me saving me having to travel out to Spain to sign documents. I would recommend them to anyone selling their property in the area. Very happy with the process.

Das ist die beste Immobilien-Agentur im Großraum Guardamar/ Torrevieja/Santa Pola. Inhabergeführt wird sich um wirklich Alles gekümmert, von der Besichtigung über die Kaufabwicklung und schlußendlich die Übergabe. Man bekommt in jeder Phase des Kaufs alle Informationen und ist stets über den Stand der Dinge informiert. Auch nach dem Kauf bekommt man noch Unterstützung. Besser geht es nicht. 100% Weiterempfehlung👍!

Excellent full service estate agent who it prepared to go the extra kilometer to help. They are not just interested in selling a property to you. They are really interested in making sure you get the right property and at the right price. The after sales service is also excellent. Highly recommended.

We recently sold our Spanish property through Moraloes in la marina pueblo. The whole experience was easy, fairly stress free and handled professionaly. Ines has excellent legal skills and with the POA it was the best experience it could be. Mark has built a good website and his photography was certainly beneficial to the sale. Excellent from start to finish!! Made selling my property as painless as possible. Both Mark and Ines were professional throughout and kept us informed of each stage of the same. They held our hands (not literally) from start to finish and we sold and the transaction was completed without any hiccups whatsoever!! I would recommend Moralie, Mark and Ines to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!
