Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation Services

It would be impossible to overstate how much we appreciate and value Estefania’s work on our behalf in making our dream of living in Spain come true. From helping us navigate the rental market (with pets), finding a home, the banking system, and real estate contracts, she did it all and did it with blazing enthusiasm and most importantly, skills, knowledge and ability. She helped us with locating contractors for improvements to the property, negotiating on our behalf and with complicated paperwork. Every recommendation was spot on and she is a tireless advocate. We felt completely cared for and confident every step of the way. We give her our highest praise and then some!!

The Galicia & Green Spain team has been amazing for us and we cannot thank them enough! From helping with relocation to finding us a rental to eventually assisting us in our dream home purchase, Caroline was personable, reliable, full of amazing advice, and always available. And honestly, doing it all without her help would have very just too stressful.

We met Caroline back in July of 2024 and she was able to quickly help us find a short term rental in Vigo. She also helped us with our empadronamiento and completing our requirements to receive our residency cards (TIE). When we finally started looking for a new permanent home to purchase, Caroline was wonderful. We were not sure if we wanted to live near Vigo in a house or live in an apartment in Vigo proper. She was able to show us properties in Baiona and other cities nearby. We decided to stay in Vigo. She listen to our wants and needs and with her help we were able to secure our purchase in Vigo. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and without problems. She works with a great team and we couldn't be happier.

Nose si teneis a alguien trabajando allí con ese nombre, a mi en el idealista me sale así, si no es empeada vuestra la empresa y el logo es el mismo.

Muy agradable trabajar con Donna, por su servicios y profesionalidad.

In October 2024, we finally found our dream home. In Galicia. After searching for four years. We had arranged to meet Estefania (last name?). She works for Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation. It was the last house we would view after looking at several houses in Galicia. Without Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation, we would never have been able to get a good and clear picture of everything that comes with buying a house abroad. Especially since we don't speak the language (yet). Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation made several appointments for us with real estate agents and took us on a two-day tour of various houses. They also served as translators for the Spanish real estate agents. And more than that! Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation pointed out any disadvantages of a location and other things we needed to take into account. We finally bought our house in 2024. They also helped us a lot with that. With negotiating the price and all the paperwork involved, such as a NIE number, provisional purchase contract, and appointments with the notary. Everything went very smoothly and within a short time we were able to move into our (dream) home. And even more than a year later, Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation is still there for us to help if issues arise that we cannot resolve ourselves. Without Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation, we would never have been able to buy the house with its beautiful grounds in October 2024. And when we meet people who are considering buying something in Galicia, we always refer them to Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation. They are trustworthy, helpful, practical, friendly, speak good English, and are very knowledgeable.

Caroline and her team are a wonderful resource when relocating to Spain They are knowledgeable, caring and dependable and go above and beyond! I cant recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Short Version: Without Caroline at Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation we could not have moved. Highly recommended. Look online for numerous glowing references. (Not just Google!) Longer Version: The Houston Consulate required a minimum 3-month lease and an extreme amount of documentation from the landlord. The AirBnb’s we contacted in Vigo were not interested. Caroline at Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation found us a beautiful vacation rental in Nigrán, with a landlord in the US who was sympathetic and supplied what the Consulate requested. We are very happy here. When we first got off the plane she met us, oriented us, took us to the grocery store and showed us the ropes on how to navigate our apartment and first lease in Spain. Vital understanding that helped us enjoy ourselves from the moment we got off the plane. She then helped us get our Padron and the item that gives most (non-spanish speaking) expats fits, THE BANK ACCOUNT. We have just purchased groceries with our new debit card and look forward to the establishment of excellent credit. Our TIE appointment has been facilitated to be much more conveniently located and scheduled. After reading several years of Facebook group posts about the difficulties of moving to Spain, and experiencing the opposite, my husband and I cannot recommend Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation enough.

We worked with Donna Linnett of Galicia & Asturias Green Spain Property & Relocation company over the first half of 2025 to help us with our transition from the US to Asturias. Donna was invaluable in giving us advice about the real estate market, helping us purchase our new home, find people to help get repairs done, and navigate Spanish bureaucracy to get our bank account, Padron, NIE, TIE etc. Not to mention recommendations for bakeries & restaurants, and great tips about local culture. We literally could not have done all this without her help, and even better, it was an absolute pleasure to work with her at every step of the way!

Finding a home and moving my life to another country is challenging on every level. Working with Donna Linnett of Galicia & Green Spain Property & Relocation were an extremely valuable guide in assisting me through the process. Not sure I would have even tried to do it without their help.

Donna was very attentive to our needs. Found alternatives to the very limited market there was at the time we were looking for an apartment, She went far and beyond to help us relocate and provided information on where and who could help us getting stablished. We are very pleased with her service.

Encantados con la profesionalidad y la ayuda proporcionada por Caroline. Recomendable !! Encontramos una casa de ensueño .

Working with Donna at Galicia and Green Spain has been an absolute blessing. From the very beginning, her communication has been outstanding — always clear, timely, and reassuring. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we secure the most favorable contracts, tirelessly advocating for us every step of the way. Donna has a true gift for navigating the complexities of Spanish bureaucracy, breaking everything down into manageable steps so that the process feels smooth instead of overwhelming. What stands out most is her genuine care and commitment to ensuring that our relocation isn’t just about paperwork, but about building the best possible new life in Spain. If you’re considering a move, I can’t recommend Donna highly enough. She brings not only expertise and persistence but also a personal dedication that makes all the difference

Caroline, the owner of Galicia & Green Property is the most professional person I have been in contact with in Spain, I could phone her and immediately she would answer no matter how trivial my questions might be. I'm just sorry that I can't give more than the 5 stars....actually I guess I can on this post....so I'm giving all the stars in the universe. Absolutely fantastic service.

At the time I did not know this, but I was only the second client as Caroline had just started her business a few months previously. I couldn't tell though since she really supported me every step of the way, explaining the process, showing me the houses I selected and providing good advice about the locations and surroundings. She really went above and beyond throughout. I am very happy not just about the house I purchased which has the most amazing view and ticks all the boxes, but also because she remains a huge support on any issue I might run into and she is a good friend.

Servicio y atención excelente Profesionales y súper amables
