Stayed at The Haven Villa and what can i say ……. It was definately a Haven 😃 Superbly located, immaculately clean, great facilities and a lovely pool to top it off!!! Would go back in a heartbeat!!! If i could I would give it 10🌟 Had an amazing 10 days in this superb villa.

A late week away in one of JK Lanzarotes apartments . This one was looking over the Port at PDC and was fantastic , stunning views and all modern amenities. Once again , Kristys help and assistance was second to none. From a chance whats app message looking for what accommodation was available , 4 days later we were in Lanzarote and in a beaitiful apartment with an early check in organised , everything was all confirmed in a couple of days with a few messages. We stayed at Villa Ça C'est La Vie in Puerto del Carmen for a week-long family holiday with 4 adults and 4 children, and it was absolutely fantastic. The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is ideal – peaceful, yet just a 15-minute walk to the beach, harbour, and plenty of restaurants. It was the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. A special thank you to Kristy, who was brilliant throughout the booking process and stay. She answered all our questions quickly and made everything smooth and stress-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and would definitely return in the future!

Once again a fantastic experience with JK Lanzarote. The villa, same one as last time, was well prepared, but there were a couple of very minor issues which were rectified within one hour. Pool guys, gardener and cleaning staff all great and friendly. I just cannot recommend JK enough especially to those that are looking for and efficient property management company to manage your property. Very approachable and always available. No doubt our paths will cross again. Many thanks for making our visit trouble free.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this apartment. The stay was far from comfortable due to multiple issues. Initially, the pillows provided were just cushions, and the small beds felt like sleeping on the floor. After complaining, the pillows were replaced, but this did little to improve our sleep quality. The downstairs neighbors were extremely noisy, shouting until 1:30 AM every night, making rest nearly impossible. The listing failed to mention several critical details. There is no easy parking in the area, which was a significant inconvenience. Additionally, there is ongoing construction directly underneath the apartment, which was disruptive and not disclosed. The promised “sea views” were nonexistent; instead, the view was dominated by parabolic aerials. The apartment itself is overpriced for the quality provided. Inside, the apartment was poorly equipped. The bathroom lacked proper storage for soap or toilet paper, and the wardrobes were cluttered with junk, leaving little space for our belongings. The surrounding area felt rough, resembling a fisherman’s zone, which was not what we expected. We raised all these concerns with the host, but aside from replacing the pillows, no further assistance was offered. The host’s response—that I was the only person complaining—was dismissive and frustrating. Overall, this apartment did not meet basic expectations, and I would not recommend it.

Me and my partner stayed at the Bandama apartment for 7 nights in December, we were allowed to check in early and check out late which was fantastic granted this can’t happen all the time we were extremely grateful. Kristy was excellent when I couldn’t figure out the hot water within 5 minutes she’d arranged someone to come and help which thankfully wasn’t needed in the end, the prompt response speaks to the fantastic customer service they provide. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and close enough to all local amenities, but far away enough to be out the way of the hustle and bustle of the strip, the only issue I can think of is a lack of water pressure in the shower but that is due to the fact the water comes from a storage tank on the roof which is understandable. The bed was extremely comfy with a large built in wardrobe, the gated apartments added for that extra security and the washing machine was simple to use. There are bus stops pretty much at the end of the street if you would rather not walk along to the strip, we also got the bus to and from the airport bus no 161 (15 minute journey), Costa teguise bus no 3(30mins) and teguise market on Sunday which was great bus no 12(30mins), I’d definitely return. Can’t thank the team enough for such a wonderful stay it was a perfect get away

Stayed here in November for a week. Apartment is beautiful, kept to a high standard with everything u would need for ur stay, along with the pool area enclosed with easy access and plenty of beds . Location is ideal just a short walk to the main part of the strip, supermarket outside the complex along with bars and restaurants .Access to the beach from the complex. The agent I dealt with from start to finish of the booking was extremely helpful and obliging including when we arrived . Would definitely book again

Wonderful property with marvellous views across harbour .Great communication and facilities first class.

What an amazing villa! Excellent facilities close to old town and beach. Pool is heated and good size. Great BBQ and the crazy golf a real bonus. Bedrooms all doubles with en-suites which is ideal for families. We used hire car through Cabrera Medina as they were very reasonable and delivered the car FOC to villa. Look forward to visiting again. Many thanks to Kirsty and the team.

Kristy has been such an enormous help to me over the past year. We had a property in Puerto del Carmen that was occupied illegally and it was left in pieces. Filthy and ransacked. Kristy and her team helped me pick up the pieces, empty, repair and make safe the property which was once my family's pride and joy. She was responsive and efficient and nothing was too much trouble, as well as being very kind. I cannot thank her enough.

My wife and I have just returned from our holiday in Puerto Del Carmen, at Villa Barquito. It’s the second time we’ve stayed there and will definitely be returning for a 3rd time! Great location, stunning views from the terrace, lovely swimming pool, always spotless and well equipped. Kristy and her team are amazing, always go the extra mile!

So pleased with our stay in Lanzarote! The villa had everything we needed, looked just like the pictures, so spacious, clean and great for our 3 year old who loved the pool and jacuzzi. Kristy at JK Lanzarote made the booking of our holiday so easy too. Looking forward to coming back for a girls trip next January!

The villa was lovely, and in a great location… a little tired in places but very spacious and the pool was fantastic for the kids. Only thing letting it down was they advertised it having a pool table, which it did NOT (kids were not impressed). And lastly… there were cats in the property constantly (I hate cats), but not only that, cat POO everywhere aswell (last photo is the pergola roof which m then fell next to where we were eating) 🤢

Fantastic stay here, JK Lanzarote staff are excellent, can't do enough for you especially Kirsty, she was very helpful. The apartment itself is the nicest one I have every stayed in anywhere in Lanzarote and I've stayed in a few. The veiw is fantastic too. The owner Steve is a great guy too and on hand almost straight away if you need him. Loved my week there and I'll definitely book it again. 😊

We had a fabulous stay at Atlantic View apartments in August whilst over for a family wedding. The apartment was fabulous; very modern, spacious, clean and within walking distance of fantastic amenities. The pool provided endless fun for the 29 of our guests who stayed alongside us in the apartments. We enjoyed ourselves that much we’re already planning our return ☺️

Loved our stay at 12 Bandama Complex. Ideal location beside bars and restaurants with a lovely quiet pool on the doorstep! That view 😍 The apartment had everything we needed - felt like a home away from home! Kristy was so helpful and always available if there was any questions! We will definitely be back!!

Kristy and her team have been like liquid gold to me in looking after my place. Nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to look after my guests. I have been in trouble once or twice with last minute bookings, but the team have always managed to get the place ready just in time and the client has never known a thing. I have lots of comments on where I advertise about how clean my place is and, in my guest, book left in the accommodation. JK property’s are also good at things like organising work (most of it done in house) and even assisting in obtaining bedding, towels etc. Other extra services include guest welcome packs, luggage holding facility’s, catering and even advising people on restaurant’s, trips etc to make a guest feel welcome and giving them the stress-free experience. Services for owners include registering your property, checking in guests with the police, advertising your property, key holding and looking after you place if you decide to rent it out on a long-term basis. Cannot recommend highly enough, Kristy is now classed as a friend of ours.
