We stayed in Doramas 33 with my parents and 2 young kids. Our experience was fantastic. Buenavilla offer an exceptional level of customer service with very quick responses and we felt we got excellent value for money. The app gave really detailed advice and instructions specific to our exact villa. Really clean villa with a cleaning service included midstay. We loved puerto calero and although we had no sea view, we only had to walk 5-10 mins to the picturesque harbour for coffee, a drink and our evening meal. We drove to carmen for food some nights also (10mins). Our villa was spacious, very well located and perfect for our group. I loved the rituals toiletries in the showers, plentiful supply of towels and of course the welcome pack (they even left crayons, nappies, wipes & more for the kids). The high ceilings, light coloured tiles and efficient & quiet aircon meant we stayed comfortably cool indoors. The pool area was wonderful and heated (even in June!) which we really appreciated, and had a gate we could close to make sure the kids didn’t enter. Lots of shaded areas for reading/eating/kids to play when we’d had enough sun.

We stayed at Sueña del Mar villa through buenavillas. The villa is stunning and the photos do not do it justice. I could not find any fault at all with the accommodation and it definitely has the wow factor. buenavillas looked after us from start to finish. Always on hand if needed and extremely professional. If you have any reservations about this villa or buenavillas please rest assured that you will have a fantastic experience. Just relax and book it!

We have recently stayed at Villa Caprica in Las Brenas. Upon arriving at the villa, our breath was simply taken away. The villa and outside area were spotlessly clean, modern, well equipped, luxuriously furnished, light, airy and spacious. The photographs on the web, do not do justice to the panoramic views of the ocean from the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen area and 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. A welcome pack containing all essential items and more was also waiting for us. The staff at Buena Villa were so easy to communicate with and were quick to respond to any questions that we had and are also contactable outside office hours via WhatsApp. On our second day at the villa, a Buena Villa representative came to visit (they did give prior notice of this) and were there to answer any questions we may have had in terms of local places to visit, how certain appliances work etc. The pool was cleaned on a regular basis. In addition, cleaners came (again this was arranged with ourselves) at the end of our first week (we stayed for 2 weeks in total) and cleaned the villa and changed towels and bedding. We would most definitely stay at Villa Caprica again and use Buena Villa.

We have just finished a lovely stay at Cartamar in Puerto del Carmen, managed by Buenavilla Vacation Rental. The villa was fantastic and the customer service from the Buenavilla team was excellent throughout. From booking, pre departure, check in, attending to queries during our stay and check out, communication and service was second to none. We were permitted an earlier check in and later check out with no problem. We even had a visit from the team to deliver birthday wine and chocolates for one of our family. We used their recommendation of Lanzalux to organise a chef for a special meal at the villa and this too was excellent. I would highly recommend Buenavilla for an enjoyable and hassle free holiday.

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of staying at “Toro 1” in Puerto Calero, managed by Buena Villa Lanzarote, and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the ultra-modern, luxurious touches that this property boasts. It truly has everything you could ever need for a perfect holiday on the stunning island of Lanzarote. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome hamper, setting the tone for a week of indulgence. The villa is equipped with top-of-the-line amenities including air conditioning, electric blinds, curtains, an LED electric folding patio roof, a heated pool, and a hot tub. The state-of-the-art kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, dish washer, smoothie makers, coffee machine, washing machine and dryers... Unfortunately Puerto Calero had a brief internet outage which occurred one of the days and Dave from Buena Villas Lanzarote promptly installed a 5G box to ensure we had internet for our work needs. The normal internet service, which is exceptionally fast at over 250 Mbps, was restored quickly the next day. Surprisingly, despite the hot climate of Lanzarote, we found ourselves enjoying the hot tub daily, especially in the evenings with a few drinks—a delightful way to unwind. A heartfelt thank you goes out to the cleaning team. The villa is massive, yet it was in pristine condition upon our arrival, with every appliance and utensil spotlessly clean. We opted for a mid-stay clean, and the cleaners were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly; we gifted them a bottle of wine as a token of our appreciation. Our stay at Toro 1 was thoroughly enjoyable, and we are eagerly looking forward to booking our next visit. A huge thank you to Buena Villa Lanzarote for making our stay so memorable! Dan & Billie

Stayed in Villa Alay for 2 weeks, what an absolute delightful modern villa. Everything you need to make yourself at home. Marina Rubicon is a10min walk away, with all the bars and restaurants you need. Dorada beach is not too far away either. If you are looking for a villa in Lanzarote. BuenaVilla is the company to use. Coco Villa exceeded all of our expectations and the photos don’t do it justice. It’s like a private jungle oasis in the middle of busy puerto del Carmen. The team at buenavillas are incredible, nothing was too much bother and the generous welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Thank you Noelia. The villa is of a very high standard with modern and chic decor with a jungle theme. The pool is to die for, a great size with a lovely waterfall feature and the hot tub and Bali bed on the upper level were very relaxing. Each room has aircon which worked very well, probably the best I’ve ever experienced abroad and the showers were great. We loved all the little personal touches like the make up clothes and wipes, very thoughtful. My one suggestion would be an outdoor dining area. There’s a cool table and chairs built around a coconut palm tree but there were some local wildlife running up the trees making it difficult to eat there but the chill out sofa area was appreciated. We will definitely be back next year and have recommended the villa to a few people already. Well done team, we had a brilliant holiday.

This Company are very understanding and fair. We had to cancel our villa with them due to illness at very short notice not only did they cancel our booking with no cancellation fee they refunded our deposit back to my credit card with no questions asked. Would definitely book with them again in the future for peace of mind that if things happen unexpectedly they are very understanding. THANK YOU

Después de haber reservado la casa con muchos meses de antelación desgraciadamente nos contagiamos por covid, mandamos los certificados médicos oficiales que obligan a guardar cuarentena en domicilio y deciden no devolver ni una parte proporcional de la estancia propagada al 100%. Alojamiento nada recomendable.

Servicio personalizado, humano y amable. Lo mejor es saber que siempre están ahí para ayudar en lo que surja. El piso alquilado con ellos es una maravilla y mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Tanto las personas que atendieron por teléfono, WhatsApp, correo electrónico como en persona son muy buenos profesionales. La próxima vez que vuelva a Lanzarote seguro que será con ellos.
