Newstart Estates

Great service from Jonathan, Rosario and Anita. Sold my house in La Marina in hours, amazing. The team at Newstart were recommended to me and it couldn't have gone better. Selling the house and providing the conveyancing, Newstart were very professional and communication with myself as the seller and with the buyer was top class. I would have no hesitation based on my experience to recommend Newstart to others looking to buy or sell.

Rosario dealt with the sale with great professionalism. Kept us updated all the way. I would highly recommend Newstart to anyone.

We sold our house the same day New Start advertised it. The photographs were amazing, and the staff could not have been more helpful; they made a very stressful time much easier.

I used NewStart to sell my property after them being recommended to me. I found the staff, especially Jonathan, to be both professional and diligent throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Jonathan especially was a true professional and I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me. It goes without saying that I highly recommend NewStart. Elizabeth

We used New start to sell our property ( March 2025) Everyone there were so very friendly and helpful. Jonathan, what an amazing and lovely person, worked his magic and got us a sale immediately. Despite having a few minor issues with our deeds, Rosario worked so hard to get everything done without any complications to ourselves, she is so professional with her job, and a real nice person like everyone there. Don't try the rest, New start are the best! Thanks again Newstart. Paul & Julie

We bought our house through Newstart Estate Agents. Very professional and friendly service from beginning to end of purchasing process. Thank you everyone for your care and attention. John and Veronica

Many thanks to the Newstarts team. Used this company to purchase and sell a property. Found them to be professional and diligent. Would highly recommend them. Cheers Newstart.

Gute Beratung,Makler war optimal vorbereitet

Great service from staff.

Excellent service in real estate transactions. This San Fulgencio office was involved when I bought an apartment in Spain in La Marina, and later when I sold the same apartment 🏡 Special thanks , Rosario and Jonathan 🌹

Thank you Alison, Giovanni, Rosario and the whole team for finding us the perfect home, what a team you are and will recommend you to everyone that will listen. Your professionalism and knowledge was second to none let alone your support and understanding. Can't wait for you to pop in for a cuppa or something stronger!

We are very happy that we chose New Start to purchase the property. We were met with great professionalism and extreme kindness. Special thanks to Rosario and Jonathan. Dana and Zygmunt

We have just completed the sale of our house. We are so glad we chose Newstart, they have been fantastic. The portfolio they produced sold our house within a week! We could not fault Newstart in any way.

We got a great service from Jonathan and his co-workers at Newstart. Great communication. All process was as expected and as explained by Newstart. When we finally met up and signed all contract we already felt like part of the "Newstart" family. We higly recommand this company.

Sold our property through these people. Very efficient and very helpful. Lovely firm.

Just having a good look at properties for sale seem to have a good selection some on the more reasonable scale some i think are over priced but thats my opinion

We have very recently sold our villa through Newstart properties. I can't fault the work they put in to ensure a sale. We had 3 or 4 viewings a week, staff were always polite, cheerful and extremely helpful. If you're thinking of selling then I would you speak to them. We did and weren't disappointed with the result.

Best agents in the area ***** sold three property’s over the years last one sold in 9 days 😊 thanks to Alison and her wonderful team for all their hard work. Don’t bother with the rest use the best. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our property was purchased during covid . we knew the area and had in mind what we wanted , eventually through Newstarts wed site we found what we wanted but could not visit Spain because of Covid restrictions so it was left in the capable hands of Rosario to sort out everything , any concerns were soon washed away as everything ran smoothly , thanks again Rosario, would also like to thank Jonathon for sending us extra pictures of the property , He also showed us round other propertys before Covid and was very polite and helpfull ... Thanks again to Newstart and all the staff ... Regards Paul & Val ( west sussex ) England

A recommander sincèrement

New Start when we sold were Professional from start to completion, nothing to much trouble, would recommend anybody buying or selling to use New Start.

Just like to say thank you to Alison and her team at Newstart they are a very professional and an experienced Company as I have just completed on the sale of our property with them. At all times they kept in touch and up to date during the entire process, and nothing was too much trouble. Rosario was quick, very efficient, and very clear with her communication. I would absolutely recommend to others. Thanks again

Absolutely best in the area! Professional service, responding immediately, pleasant, honest!! They don't work only for sellers but for buyers too equally. Will recommend them to all my friends in UK. Thank you Alison and her team!

Freundlicher und engagierter Service.

Very friendly helpful estate agents,

Staff are so welcoming and treat you as an individual. Thank you especially Alison, Jonathan and Rosario for helping me secure my new property

Excellent all round service from first contact, advertising, showing potential buyers around, completing the selling process. I have already highly recommend NewStart to friends and family for a professional, cohesive, helpful and competent service, 5 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A big thank you to you all. Specially at COVID time when its not easy to travel. Our house was sold fast and professionally. The money was sent to our bank in Iceland.I highly recommend them. Thank you again. From Bianca in Iceland

Very professional and responsible company. In my opinion they have very good objects also many clients. We communicated with Jonathan, he is very professional representative of this company. We are happy with their service. We recommend them.

Before I found Newstart agency, I had meetings with another three different ones but unfortunately the quality of their service was not impressive at all, - I thought I would never get myself a new home and it was very disappointing. But some people on fb recommended me to turn to Newstart Estates and I cannot stop thanking myself for following the advice, as now, being a happy new home owner, I can highly recommend this agency too! Jonathan is a highly professional specialist and always goes extra mile to make a customer happy - somehow he feels what type of a property customer might like and he never gives up on doing everything possible to ease a property searching, viewing and buying process. I could say only good words about all his wonderful colleagues too - they all are a great team of hard-working professionals and very friendly and lovely people. 5 stars to this agency, highly recommended!

Very good helpfull obliging staff just couldnt find a suitable house

Very good company if you want to buy a house her in the surrounding! Very good costumer service! They always help when you need there help and the good thing is that they don’t push you to buy, they observe and ask what you want. Many thanks to Jonathan and Rosario and all the members from the newstart company

A really lovely Agent to purchase a property from. They help you every step of the way. I highly recommend.

Excellent service, Rosario and her team were so helpful at these hard times, answered my many questions, I was unsure about POA but it all went smoothly with no problems, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and having Moneycorp on tap at the office was great. from start to finish it was excellent

I just want to say that your service from day 1 to the sales day have been perfect. All your help and information about everything have been great and no problem at all. It is not easy to come from land like Iceland and learn about all the Spanish rules about selling house. But your estate agent make it easy and safe. Best regard. Torfi Askelsson,

Thank you Alison and the "A team", house sold, contracts signed and money transferred. All done with ease even in these difficult times, power of attorney was the best advice given. Special thank you to Rosario for dealing with my many questions. Fantastic having Moneycorp in same building makes things run smoothly. Duncan & Adele

Very good estate agent staff very friendly

The staff of Newstart Estates were with us from the day they picked us up when we arrived in La Marina and purchased a holiday home (on the same day!) to the listing a few years later when we sold our home! Everyone went the extra mile to ensure we got the best price and sold in an extremely short period! Even though we were in Canada during the sale they ensured everything went on schedule and professionally! The sales team again assisted us beyond the scope of their roles to transition our final possessions home to Canada! We highly recommend them for any purchase or sale of property !

We have just completed on the purchase of our house and would like to send a big Thank You to the Newstart team for all their hard work and professionalism. We must especially thank Rosario and Marta for regularly keeping us up to date and their meticulous approach making sure everything was in order. We would highly recommend Newstart. Thanks again. Meyer. Grand merci à tous Agence a conseillé à la marina belle ville et prix intéressant. Merci merci Newstart ..
