Cannot recommend Louise and the team at Lanz Lates enough my flight has moved 3 times so 3 times my Villa dates had to be moved each time they have managed to accommodate me luckily in the same Villa but I also know they would have done their best to sort something out. 100% will be using Lanz Lates again ..but not the same airline ...roll on November and a huge thank you to the team at Lanz lates .

Thank you to Louise and all the Staff at Lanzarote Lates for making our November break so enjoyable. We were booked to stay in Villa Mo but unfortunately there was an unexpected problem with the pool and this was not possible. Louise called the day before we were due to fly, apologised profusely and had already arranged an upgrade. This villa was larger, beautifully decorated, spacious and very clean with all amenities. She had even realised it was my birthday and had the bubbles chilling for us arriving! We were visited the following day to make sure everything was ok - which it was, and given ideas for places to go. All in all a very pleasant stay. Foe anyone thinking about staying on the island I would highly recommend that they consider Lanzarote Lates. We will certainly be using them again. Thanks again to all the Team.

Had a lovely stay with my 2 grandchildren. I felt very safe at all times. I can’t thank Louise enough for her time and patience when I had a mishap. She was wonderful and put me at ease. Thank you. I cannot recommend Lanzarote lates enough. X

A beautiful 5 Star Villa everything you could want in a home from home thanks to Louise for providing a very appreciated welcome pack on our arrival. The villa is very spacious and beautifully furnished just a few minutes walk to a local supermarket you can walk to the Port or get a taxi for€3.50. A big thank you to Louise and Phil for all the valuable information provided. Will definitely be back 😊

Great place to spend time with the family! We have stayed in two bedroom villa, with two kids and absolutely loved it. There is terrace in front of the house, that serves well when its sunny and hot and pool is next to it whenever you are ready for a dive! Villa is spacious and has two bathrooms, what is nice when you are with many people. Overall everything was perfect with our stay only wish pool was a little bit warmer.

Good site for villas...was hard to use booking website

My Aunt rented a beautiful Villa off dave/lanzarote lates (casa Morgana I think) process is amazing. Villa was spotless and per person the private Villa was cheaper than cheapest hotel. Website can feel hard to navigate at times when going by date but it's worth the effort for the views a short walk away

I just have to say what a fabulous company this is. this year has been awful to us all and yet they have gone above and beyond to help me and, I am sure, many other customers. They are a beacon in these dark times and have put their customer's first. I have said it to them and will say it publicly, I will NEVER use any other company for accommodation in Lanzarote. In these strange times of pandemic, the professionalism of the Lanzarote Lates team is to be appreciated. You can book the villas with them without any problem and with total confidence. Just returned from our two Week holiday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote & wanted to thank all the efforts from Lanzarote Lates for making this a smooth, stress free & most importantly safe trip throughout. All emails before & during our trip were answered by Damion with speed & honesty, putting any concerns to rest. We requested that fresh bedding/towels to be dropped off & that house keepers weren’t required during our trip which was happily carried out by LL. David still visited to carry out pool cleaning duties but all was carried safely with the current climate in mind we’re in. As for Playa Blanca as a whole, masks are generally being worn whilst in shops, all restaurant staff are wearing them, hand sanitizers in place at all restaurants/shops, social distancing is in place, beaches we’re nice & quiet, felt very safe throughout. Was still able to go Scuba diving, most dive centres open with all Covid safety measures in place. Airport proceeding were fine, well organised & stress free. Obviously things feel a little different but it didn’t prevent us doing anything or from feeling relaxed throughout . We’ve been using Lanzarote Lates for 10 years now & this last trip proved why we keep using them, can’t thank them enough for making this “testing times” family holiday just perfect & totally safe. Here’s to another 10 years ! 🍻

Following the lifting of lockdown travel restrictions, we made enquiries with the office and all 3 enquiries were answered quickly and completely and we subsequently made a booking. All emails regarding the booking were clear and the Manage my Booking link worked well. Payments have been over a secure method and cancellation terms have been provided. So far its been an easy transaction.

Very good staff easy to ask all questions to Damian in the office was very helpful and good at his job also the only problem we had was sorted out within 45mins by two staff(one of witch was the owner of the company) we have already been looking to book for xmas and next summer. Keep it up guys we had a fantastic time. Rodriguez family.

I have dealt with Lanzarote Lates over a number of years and have always found them to be extremely helpful. They have amended my bookings on two occasions when work commitments meant I had to change my dates, no fuss, no bother. Paying is very easy and straightforward, confirmation of your booking is quick and clear. The cleaner and pool attendant are friendly and offer advice on places to visit etc. I will definitely be using Lanzarote Lates in the future.

Used Lanzarote Lates several times. Right from checking property availability online to the care and maintenance provided once you're there - excellent! Lanzarote lates are an excellent company helped us out two years ago when our travel company went bust and used them again this year easy to work with and hassle free holiday.

I have used Lanzarote Lates on quite a few occasions and found them to be a really helpful, friendly and a professional company. The ease of booking and payments made everything relaxed and easy going. When a pavement light was broken outside the villa , we reported it to their office in Playa Blanca and the light was repaired without fuss. All in All, book with confidence when using Lanzarote Lates!!!

I inquired about a villa on Monday morning and received an immediate response from Suzanne at Lanzarote Lates. Within the hour she responded to confirm that the villa was available. I paid the booking in full and received immediate confirmation that my payment was received. I also received a load of information about the villa including directions etc. I've asked a few questions and Suzanne has been quick to respond to them all. I'm really pleased with the speed and efficiency and overall service that I've received from Suzanne and so far, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lanzarote Lates to anyone. Well Done

Always so helpful and friendly. This is our 4th year to book with them and their customer service is provided from the minute you make the initial booking enquiry to when you shut your villa door for the last time on your day of departure. The cleaning and pool staff have always be friendly yet professional and the villas we have stayed in to date have been absolutely excellent and a real home away from home, esp with kids. This will be our first holiday since we had our third boy and I just can't wait. Casa Arabella here we come 😆

LOVE Casa Aloe Vera in Playa Blanca. I'd tell you how many times I've been here - but I lost count! We come here twice-a-year and we enjoy it more every time. The team at LL look after every aspect of the villa and our stay. The pool was cleaned for the second time today and our beds were turned down in the week, too. Such a fab location. If you can get a booking then book it - 2017 is looking busy already!

5 years ago we discovered lanzarote lates and since then we spend our holidays twice a year in a Lanzarote Lates runned villa. The service is perfect and the staff is very friendly, what else do we need.
