We visited this real estate agency with the intention of purchasing a triplex for vacation rental purposes. Since they also manage vacation rentals, we were hoping to get some information on that as well. Upon arrival, there was a woman at the first desk who didn’t even respond to our greeting. After a few minutes of being completely ignored, my brother politely asked if we should wait or come back later. Without even looking up, she rudely and dismissively told us to “wait a moment.” Honestly, if a real estate agency can’t even show basic courtesy or interest in understanding a potential client’s needs, I’d rather take my business elsewhere—somewhere where customer service is actually valued. Very disappointing.

Daniel González Mateo was very helpful with excellent communication. He also drove me from the office to view an apartment and dropped me off too. Definitely recommend! Thank you.
