Villa Andy is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Canary Islands, just off National Park Timanfaya, in the unique, small village of Yaiza, where the traditional architecture predominates, awarded several times as the cleanest town. This modern detached villa on one floor is in the valley area of rural Yaiza, with some neighbouring rental villas and traditional canarian country fincas, some of which typically keep some animals such as chickens, a few goats, dogs and a cockerel here and there, so you will experience the wonderful sounds of the canarian countryside away from the bustling crowds. There is a local sports centre a few minutes away that has a gym, paddle and tennis courts.
Outside area: Fully detached, the villa has a large outside area with two terraces one at the front and one at the back. The front terrace enjoys fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. It has a private heated pool, canarian gardens, a solarium furnished with 6 sunbeds and a dining table. The back terrace is orientated to the west, furnished with a corner chill out sofa, a dining table and a large brick built BBQ. From the rear you will enjoy amazing sunsets going down on the sea in the wonderful climate of Lanzarote, with views over the village and the volcanic landscape.
Environment: At Villa Andy you can enjoy a holiday in a unique environment, surrounded by the hills of Los Ajaches, amongst traditional white houses of Yaiza, with gardens that often grow tropical fruits, aromatic herbs and vegetables, using lava soil to retain the humidity. And beyond the village, the moonlike lava landscape, the mountains of fire, and an unspoilt coastline. The warmth of the sun going down the horizon into the sea, close to Los Hervideros and the Janubio Salinas.
The location is a great starting point to visit the main attractions of the island, just 10 minutes by car from the Puerto Calero Marina, Playa Quemada, Playa Blanca, Marina Rubicon, the Papagayo beaches, National Park Timanfaya, the wine route through the unique landscape of La Geria, and the pretty fisherman village El Golfo, well known for its traditional restaurants and amazing sunset.
Equipment: This modern spacious villa, built on one level boasts has an spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite). Air conditioning units and ceiling fans both in the living room and main bedroom. The living room has direct access to the Terrace and is furnished with two sofas and a 47″ cinema-plasma screen with Sat tv.
It enjoys great communications with 1Gb fiber optic internet Wifi, allowing fast speed surfing either for remote working or for leisure. Digital nomads are welcome!
Equally suitable for a fantastic family holiday or that perfect romantic getaway in unforgetable surroundings.

We spent three weeks at Villa Andy with our baby and it was fantastic! The rooms were really nice and clean, the kitchen, fully equipped, and everything we needed for the baby was also there. The owner and cleaning personal visits once a week to clean the pool and the whole house. The owner is very friendly and helpful. we had an amazing time!

Wir durften zum wiederholten Mal Gäste in der Villa Andy sein und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war perfekt. Wenn man Fragen hat ist er sofort erreichbar und versucht das Problem zu lösen. Die Villa selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage ist ideal um die Insel zu erkunden. Fernab des touristischen Trubels kann man hier seine Seele baumeln lassen und wenn man dennoch das Bedürfnis sich ins touristische Treiben zu stürzen sind alle Ziele (Playa Blanca, Puerto del Carmen) schnell zu erreichen. Uns hat es wie immer sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Ein großes Dankeschön an den Gastgeber !

Cena vs. kvalita hrôza. Posteľné obliečky boli od KRVY a deravé (fuj). V kuchyni sme si museli všetko znova umyť, keď sme videli v akom stave máme strúhadlo, rýchlovarnú konvicu alebo hrniec. Dvíhal sa mi žalúdok. Ventilátory boli popraskané, okenné rámy úplne špinavé, šatníková skriňa zamknutá (že na ich veci). Toaletný papier, jedna rolka na jednu kúpeľňu..a odtok vody v sprche tak mizerný, že sme mali každý deň potopu. V kúpeľni časť nábytku len tak odrezaná. Z okenných rámov sa odlepovala páska. Ale čo ma naštvalo najviac, že pán majiteľ k nám trikrát prišiel na "návštevu" a vždy niečo robil. Čistenie bazénu v úplne iný termín ako sľúbil, s cudzím človekom tam zameriaval okná alebo čo a ešte upratovanie, o ktoré sme nežiadali. A cena ako za 4* luxusnú vilu. Na Kanárske ostrovy chodím pravidelne každý rok ale toto bol úplný vrchol nespokojnosti na ubytovanie. Dve hviezdy za pekné prostredie, dedinu. Ale inak NEDOPURUČUJEM.

Just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks at Villa Andy. The Villa is exactly as described and is light, spacious and very comfortable. The pool is a good size & depth and the terrace area is perfect. There are loungers by the pool and 2 separate dining/seating areas which are wonderful. The main pool area is great for during the day and the side area is lovely in the evening as the sun goes down. You will find everything you need including washing machine & dishwasher plus it's in a really good central location. As regular visitors to Lanzarote we were so pleased to have found another great villa. We honestly could not have asked for anything more. Andrew (the owner) is so helpful and really cares about his visitors. We had cause to need a hospital visit when one of our party had a fall and he was extremely caring and gave us good advice. We will definitely be returning soon.

1 semaine chez Andy... Maison tout confort dans la petite ville de Yaiza avec vue dégagée . Localisation idéale pour rayonner vers les principaux centres d'intérêts de l'ile. Accueil sympa. Très bon rapport qualité/prix comme on dit. :)
