Sitio muy apañado para dormir y hacer vida en vacaciones. Buenas instalaciones y personal amable. Las camas están muy separadas y las almohadas son pequeñas. Por lo demás, muy recomendable.

Basic but very clean apartments close to beach and only a short walk to bars and restaurants. On arriving we had a small problem but the next morning the two lady's in reception at camel springs the receptionist and manager were fantastic and was brilliant to help us with the problem and went above and beyond to help us, they were amazingly helpful. We do not know your names but we thank you for being so great to us. We greatly appreciate it thank you so much. And the cleaners and other staff are fantastic and friendly.

Soggiornato per 10 notti alla modica cifra di 1000€ per 100€ a notte mi aspettavo un alloggio decente ed invece.... Appartamenti vecchi con mobili vecchi, bagno senza bidet e di solito in un appartamento con cucina ci si aspetta almeno la base di un rifornimento, non c'era olio, sale, detersivo per lavare i piatti, spugne nulla!!!! Abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto che naturalmente non abbiamo finito ed è rimasto in casa e va beh si può sorvolare... Ma quando poi alla sera abbiamo fatto un aperitivo in veranda e iniziata la vera sorpresa 😮 scarafaggi ovunque che uscivano da tutte le parti!!!!! (ecco perché c'era solo il deterrente per gli insetti in cucina 🙄) Dimenticavo l'acqua calda era un miraggio, un mega boiler per tutti gli appartamenti e se sei l'ultimo di 40 appartamenti a fare la doccia alle 19:00 te la sogni. State lontani da questo posto, costa tanto e offre solo schifo!!! L'unica cosa che si salva è la piscina...

Nice apartment’s clean & tidy , but could do with a bit more maintenance to make perfect . ideally situated for beach , bars and restaurants . Had 2 weeks of very hot weather nice little pool to cool down in but mainly went to the beach 5 minute walk away. 3rd visit for us would recommend on my experience of Molino de Guatiza . Short walk away for super markets as this is self catering . only basic cooking, hob no oven , no aircon so can get a bit muggy in the rooms . Staff are very helpful here and over at camel springs part of same ownership.

Je suis déçu. L'appartement est plutôt bien placé. Cependant, la propreté laisse à désirer. J'ai du tt nettoyer en arrivant.. le sol écœurant, des cheveux de partout, des traces de sang, de boues bref j'en passes.. De plus, des gens, ayant des clés, sans que je sois prévenus, sont rentrés pendant que je dormais?||Inadmissible. La belle vue sur la mer et sur la piscine ne fait pas tout. Je ne recommande pas dutout.

El apartamento en mal estado , mobiliario de hace 20 años y sucio pero lo comunicamos en recepción y nos cambiaron a otro apartamento que estaba mucho mejor y pudieron solucionarlo a tiempo. La zona al lado de la playa , restaurantes y pubs . Cerca del aeropuerto y zona para aparcar . Como recomendación pondría un secador en el baño .

Algunos apartamentos están reformados y otros no los que si lo están están muy bien , nos asignaron uno el cual no lo estaba y nos quejamos y lo resolvieron rápidamente cambiándonos a otro más nuevo la ubicación excelente la piscina genial .

La ubicación está muy bien dentro de la isla porque es fácil acceder a todos los lugares. Y cerca de playas. Alquilamos 3 días y al ser pocos días no había servicio de habitaciones. La recepción la tienen en otro residencial muy cerca y las chicas muy amables nos ofrecieron salir más tarde. El apartamento es antiguo pero está muy bien cuidado, es amplio, limpio y cómodo porque son amplios. Nos tocó uno vistas al mar precioso.

Sitio muy familiar. Apartamentos muy agradables y acogedores. Buena limpieza. Personal muy agradable y amable. Todo muy bien.

Just returned from a week stay here. The apartments are very basic and clean and have everything you need. The beds are super comfortable. There is no AC but Costa teguise is breezy so if you open all the windows the air circulates well. Hot water is not hot for long but I think that’s just how it’s heated and not ac actual fault. So if you all have long showers the last person always has a cooler shower. No bath mat so slippy in the bath if you have small children, so throw one in your case. Plenty of living space. The pool area is spacious and clean. One or two of the sunbeds were broken but plenty. We never had to fight for a Lounger. Doors slam a lot of left open as the island is breezy. No oven but a hob and a microwave and a toaster and a fridge. Limited plug sockets so take an extension lead or multiple plug.||Ten minutes walk from the supermarkets and 15 minutes walk from the bars and restaurants. Mostly flat so easy to walk in. Aqua park is 25 minute walk away. Great day out. They don’t offer taxis for 5+ people as they have to radio them in from other parts of the island. Public transport can be hit and miss.||The apartments are well maintained. There is a sister company over the road called camel springs which has a pool|Bar serving a good variety of drinks and snacks. This is open 12-6. ||If you re looking for luxury the. This isn’t for you but if you re looking for a reasonable family holiday. This is very pleasant. Shallow pool for little ones and a deeper pool the other side. Great location and it’s 17 minutes transfer from the airport. I would definitely return. We have had a wonderful week

Spacious apartment. Well equipped. Could do with updating. Steps to get down to the pool so anyone with mobility issues are unable to use it.

We stayed here for 6 nights in June 2025 and will be returning later on the year.||The location is ideal, around a ten minute walk to either Playa Bastian or the centre of Costa Teguise. ||We found the apartment clean and well equipped and thought this was good value for the price we paid.

I was recommended this place as I’ve been to Lanzarote twice and this was my third time. The place was conveniently located, walking distance to main strip and beach and also walking distance to bus stop. The room was nice size and kitchen all equipment needed. The tv was brilliant as could sign into own Netflix etc and WiFi worked smoothly. The pool was great, nice little baby pool and plenty of sun loungers, what I liked was it was not overly busy yet still busy enough for my kids to make a couple of friends. You have total control over your own holiday here and can find lots of places to eat or even stock up snacks at the HiperDino. For the price I paid it was well worth it, last two times I stayed in well known chains in Costa Teguise and Puerto del carmen. This out ranks them just on the location alone. I came alone with two children and felt safe. I would recommend this complex. I stayed in number 7, perfect access to the pool. BTW: I later found out the three cats that hang around and I was feeding them are not actually strays they have homes but on the look out for extras. They are friendly and help keep any unwanted bugs away from the complex so a bonus in my eyes.

The apartments have everything you need, comfortable beds, lovely heated pool and friendly staff. Cannot fault them and will definitely be back.

Limpieza horrible Eo con tanto encanto, tan bien ubicado y tranquilo pierda todo por una limpieza nefasta. Llegamos y da "asco" estar en el apartamento, no hemos estado nada comodos...comente la suciedad y amablemente la muchacha de recepcion me pidio disculpas y me dijo que llamaría para repasar la habitacion, seguido aparecio la limpiadora con un trapo me dijo que lo que pasaba es que eran viejo los baños y que ella nundeja nada detras ...limpio la taza del wc y se fue....raro que hiciera ese comentario cuando todo estaba sucio, suelo, mesas, pelos por todos lados, las sabanas y mantas mejor no opinar.... En fin, seria un sitio estupendo si estuviera limpio y no fuera un sitio incomodo por la suciedad que tiene. Solo hice fotos al baño pero todo estaba por el estilo. Eso si el muchacho de la piscina la mantiene estupenda.

Good sized but dated apartment. Pool and sunbeds down 6 steps so my wife who has mobility issues couldn't use them. A mobility friendly pool is at the sister hotel across the road, camel springs , but was a waste of time. 6 steps up from the street then 16 steps down to the pool area???. Also the ground floor at the molino is awash with cockroaches once the sun goes down. Forever brushing them away when having a late night drink on the patio. One maid service in 5 days not the best.

Advice for later arrivals: keys are left in an envelope to the non-functional recepcion window, check-in is at Camel Springs. Out of the main gate, turn left down towards the sea, next complex on the right after the tall townhouses and down the steps to reception.||Review: all-in-all they are ok, they are the lower end of the price range and that is justified, the pool area is nice, Parasols not great and some sunbeds not in the best condition, apartments large enough, sparsely decorated and old styled. Beds ok though, i slept quite well. Plenty of cutlery and glasses but only one knife for cutting bread etc... and a ladle and spatula, the corkscrew was prehistoric, it just about worked though. Large TV and wifi. ||Cockroaches are expected, there did seem to be a lot of them though, now they won't get in because the doors have a stopper but if sat outside at night you'd have to shut the door to stop them getting in and have a brush handy to push away the one-or-two that venture your way.||Nearly forgot to mention, location, as locations go, this is quieter than the main section of the resort, but its 10mins walk to it. Beach at the bottom of the street, Spar one wat, Hiperdino Express (more expensive) the other.||If you want the Ritz, don't stay here, if you are going to be out most the day or you don't mind very basic then this could certaintly work.

The food was amazing. They organised a takeaway for me. Had lovely squid on the beach. Even had some left over to feed the fish.

Basic and dated apartment complex. However for what we paid it was worth the money. Apartment is in need of a refurb but was very spacious with fabulous views. Not very easy to find if arriving at night as we thought we had to go to the sister complex to check in.However after waking up and down the street they had left our keys in the unmanned reception desk of our apartment block. Room numbers are in a crazy sequence so lots of people getting lost and looking for help to find rooms. Pool lovely and clean. Sun-beds comfy too. Would recommend staying here as lots of bars and restaurants very close and also Playa Bastian which is beautiful. Villa Toledo is a lovely bar with full sea views and a gorgeous restaurant and beach bar with delicious food.

Cheap budget self catering accommodation. Good value for money. Rooms dated but close to main bus route and Square. Staff friendly. Free WiFi and safe. Good sized fridge. Washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel provided. Close to supermarkets. Would come again

Simple but nice, a bit dated. The balcony railing is a bit unsafe it moves a bit, on my opinion requires fixing it. The rest no problem. It was very quiet 👍🏼👍🏼

We read reviews and expected basic. That's exactly what you get. Beds comfy and clean. Needed 2 pillows which were given to us. Towels clean but well used. Pool area clean and beds ok.|Reception is across the road at other apartments, we were told by other holiday makers . No reception at all here, noone keeping an eye on things.|However on arrival they weren't expecting us! So was told we had to move rooms after 1 night, couldn't unpack etc. Wasted 3 hours for this to be sorted following day as room not ready as told. |A large young group arrived 2nd day , playing loud music and shouting and swearing. Drunk at 8am. Spoilt relaxing . Asked for late checkout. Wasn't possible However leaving on a Sunday reception closed at 3pm so couldn't even leave bags. Flight was 1930! |Good location however.|

Un poco lejos de la playa, las habitaciones unas están recién reformas y otras no. Pero en general bien y tranquilo. La piscina no es muy grande pero bien para las personas que hay

Totally surprised me. This hotel is situated a few leisurely minutes away from a coast line with many beaches, restaurants and shops to choose from. We have stayed in some fabulous hotels over the years and paid over the odds, but we may have found one we'll book again without hesitation and recommend highly. The rooms have everything you need for self catering. Lanzarote is full of supermarkets and local tasty food. Yes, it's a 2 star hotel, without the pool entertainment, no board basis and no grand lobby to boot. However, what you will find is a hidden away gem without the overcrowding issues and plenty of things to do within reach, for a fraction of the price. The hotel beds are a bit firm for my liking, but I've also experienced this in 5 star hotels I've recently stayed at. Highly recommended hotel in Teguise.

Me, my Husband and Son stayed for a week at these apartments (17-24 Oct 2024). Very impressed with how spacious the 2 room apartment was. Fantastic sea view from our balcony. Very clean and tidy, and a lovely place to stay (would definitely recommend). A short walk to the main part of town (once we found the shortcut) and the same goes for the beach too. Pool at apartments was great, not fighting for a sunbed! Hotel staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Weather was lovely and hot, and would definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Wir waren schon in den Osterferien im camel springs. Dort hat es uns gut gefallen. Jetzt sind wir gegenüber im Molina de Guatiza. Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Apartements sind Basic aber sehr sauber und alles was man braucht. Das Personal ist super!! Wirklich alle! Der Gärtner/ Hausmeister, das Reinigungspersonal und der junge Mann an der Rezeption . Ein grosses Lob. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl und kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Danke !

Rooms are basic but really clean. Pool area is small but the pools are lovely and area is regularly cleaned. Location is great, only minutes walk to the beach, local bars, supermarkets and restaurants. Only a 5 minute walk to the main square.

Good value for money, great location and.a very relaxed place. Rooms are good and have everything you need.

Muy limpio, aunque las hormigas eran tan grandes que parecían un híbrido entre cucaracha y hormiga. No dejaron ni un botellín de agua de cortesía. Los muebles rasgados. La habitación toda hecha de sobrantes de otro sitio. La TV no funcionaba el servicio de recepción es hasta las 16 hs. Por lo que todo lo que necesites después de ese horario solo si es urgente. Las maquinas de vending de 9 a 16 luego encerradas en un cuarto con llave. Ideal el lugar y ubicación para hacer retiro espiritual o de meditación, silencio y nada en los alrededores. Y no hay nada cerca para desayuno o almuerzo. Playa de piedras. CARISIMO para el lugar y servicio.

J'ai logé ici 2 fois pendant l'hiver il y a quelques années et si je n'y suis plus retourné c'est parce qu'il n'était plus disponible sur Booking. Je pensais qu'il était en reforme. L'aménagement était plutôt vieillot, la cuisine dotée du basique, mais l'essentiel y était. Les 2 fois j'étais au 2e étage avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Grande salle de bains avec baignoire, terrasse suffisante pour y prendre un repas. Meubles en osier dans la chambre. J'ai peu ou pas utilisé la piscine car la plage est à 2 pas, ainsi que des supermarchés, la zone des restaurants et bars et l'arrêt des bus. Et le personnel était fort aimable. Juste le WiFi n'arrivait pas aux chambres. J'y retournerai sans hésiter Je ne comprends pas les reproches qu'on lui fait de ne pas avoir mettre à disposition l'huile ou le sel. Vous n'êtes pas chez un particulier qui vous laisse sa cuisine. Et mieux vaut éviter de frire, ça épargnera l'odeur de friture aux autres locataires et c'est mieux pour la santé. Vous avez un micro-ondes pour cuisiner sans gras

Alojamiento antiguo. no dispone de utensilios de baño (champú, gel…). Escaso menaje para cocinar y no dispone de aceite, sal… (algo básico). Es cierto que tuvimos un problema y los teléfonos de emergencia de la recepción lo resolvieron. Calidad - precio mejorable.

Sitio tranquilo y limpio

Las instalaciones es correcta y buen servicio por los empleados. La piscina está muy bien para cuando vuelves de las visitas de la Isla. Por ponerle un pero, es que hay pocas tumbonas y le dejan las toallas encima y no la utilizan! Las camas muy cómodas porque nos gustan duras. Utensilios de cocina justa, pero te apañas para hacer comida que no sea muy elaborada. Algo justa la limpieza del apartamento. Ubicación es Excelente para visitar la Isla, playas muy cercanas a pie y restaurantes. El pueblo está cercano y tiene de todo. Una mutua en el pueblo enfrente de la farmacia que tienen abierto 24 horas. Pero la nota global es notable.

Todo el complejo es viejo y se nota que no se ha renovado y no siquiera hacen mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Alquilamos un apartamento de 2 habitaciones para una semana. Llegamos cuando la recepción ya estaba cerrada (cierra Al llegar estaba sucio: migas debajo de la mesa y en las sillas, polvo por todas partes. Al barrer yo saqué de todo: trozos de cristales, una pulsera, una camiseta y un bañador. Los azulejos del baño muy sucios. Al comunicarlo al dueño me dijo que tenía que comprobarlo y mandaría a alguien a limpiarlo si era verdad que estaba sucio. Alguien vino, pero no limpió. Total que al final limpiaron la cocina, el baño y el suelo al tercer día de estar allí (lo que debian haber limpiado antes de llegar nosotros) y luego el quinto día con cambio de toallas. El agua de la piscina estaba turbia y llena de pelos. No vi a nadie ducharse antes de entrar en la piscina. Todas las mañanas se veía a un chico ordenar y limpiar la zona externa de la piscina.

We're home from a 4 week stay here. What a gem of a place. Lovely clean basic apartment, ideal for self catering, just what we hoped for. We were so surprised at how spacious it was! Pool area is spotless, and the pool is gorgeous. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas (and no sunbed wars!) Kitchen very well equipped. Reception is just across the road, and the staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Washing machines there too for €4, including detergent. We had a few swims in Camel Springs too. Beautiful location, 2 mins from the beach. A few gorgeous restaurants very close by. Then a 5 min pleasant stroll to the shops and main square. Sheets changed once weekly, towels approx twice weekly. We'll definitely return, thank you

Nos encantó el lugar sin duda repetiremos. Muchísimo más limpio que la mayoría de los sitios en los que me he alojado. Ubicación excelente con establecimientos centros comerciales y un paseo marítimo precioso. Habitaciones grandes ,amplias, luminosas ,ventiladas, menaje completo. Baño grande. Camas muy cómodas. La terraza con buena vista y amplia. Muebles bien, decoración aceptable. El trato del personal, excepcional. Incluso cuando llegamos el recepcionista nos dejó toallas para la piscina sin tener que dejar ningún depósito. La verdad, muy cómodo.

Perfecto. Fuimos 4 días de viaje a Lanzarote y nos alojamos allí. Nos ofrecieron toallas sin preguntar y almohadas. Las habitaciones súper amplias y cómodas. Para repetir. Servicio perfecto. Estuvimos 4 días y en cambio a las demás reseñas que la gente ha puesto, nosotros no vimos ninguna cucaracha.

I've stayed here 3 times this year and it's always a pleasure. Very good location, clean apartments and lovely staff. The first occasion one of us became ill - the receptionist and hotel owner were very helpful directing us on the fastest way to see a doctor. Last night we had people in the apartment below us shouting and playing music between 2 and 4 in the morning. We were unable to access their apartment door to ask them to keep it down so in desperation to get some sleep, we reluctantly rang the out of hours number. The owner was lovely despite us waking him up in the middle of the night and was there within minutes to resolve the issue. Exceptional service! Thank you and apologies for waking you!

Lovely clean apartment had everything needed for our stay. Fabulous quiet location close enough to shops and the beach

Was told the place is under new management. You pay for what you get. On arrival, we were so confused as the reception was empty, only to find out we had to walk down the road to another hotel reception just to check in! (This needs to be sorted) we were told to wait an hour and a half whilst the room was cleaned as it still wasn’t ready. Looks like the place is still undergoing refurbishment. The apartments are okay(ish). Not modern (which isn’t a problem). The only problems in the apartment really were the fact that the water constantly run out. There was only ever enough hot water for one person. The beds were very uncomfortable and thin mattresses, and only one VERY thin pillow per bed. Requested extra pillow but nothing was done. Towels were never changed and room was never cleaned for the whole stay. When windy, the front door and window kept banging loudly (so if you get room 11 on the ground floor I would suggest declining) On checkout, approached the reception, the lady was on the phone but asked if she could assist me - so I asked for a taxi to be called, for the lady to say she was speaking to a customer and to wait to see if she can get one. Not very professional in my opinion. The location is okay, maybe a 15/20 minute walk to the centre. Was told the pool is now heated, although couldn’t tell the difference. Don’t trust the pictures you see online as it is completely different. My best advice would be to spend that bit of extra money - and get yourself somewhere decent that would be closer to the town with better amenities.

Spent a relaxing week visiting family and exploring the islands cuisine. Excellent location to enjoy walking along the seafront but quiet away from the noisey facilities . Lovely pool onside but reception was in a resort across the road which is not ideal.

I couldn't ask for more lovely apartments. Great pool nice clean tide short walk to the square. I had an evening flight, and the owner gave me a late checkout. Highly recommended single traveller.

Appartement spacieux mais vieillot literie médiocre ainsi que canapé, nécessaire cuisine très très basique, piscine nickel ,par contre très bien situé que se soit resto ,courses ,plages Très bien placé pour visiter l'île... Personnel très bien 👍 malgré les points négatifs que j'évoque je le recommande.

We had a lovely stay here. It is quiet and ideally positioned for the beach, local restaurants and just a 5 minute walk from the square that has music and entertainment.

Basic but spotlessly clean rooms. Rooms very large. Lovely big balcony with pool and sea views. Safe in the room. Pool area spotless,plenty of sunbeds at anytime of the day as Not allowed to reserve beds with your towels(which is a plus). Very quiet and relaxing complex. Only downside I'd say is the beds are not very comfortable. Just a leisurely 10min walk to Pueblo Marinero which has very friendly bars n restaurants (snug bar my favourite). Turn right out of the complex walk about 2mins to nearest supermarket. All in all spot on and will definitely book again.

Cuando llegamos las camas tenían arena, las toallas olían a humedad, no había jabón en el baño, tampoco había ni aceite ni sal para cocinar, a través de las paredes se escuchaba todo, la piscina tenía demasiado cloro, la recepción no funciona. Lamentablemente el día de nuestra llegada alguien falleció en uno de los apartamentos y estuvieron velando los familiares durante 3 días. El ambiente era bastante incómodo. Lo único positivo es que el apartamento tenía Smart TV y la piscina estaba limpia.

For the money you pay its adequate, the rooms are spacious, it's very peaceful and the location is spot on . Plus had a lovely view from my room.

El dueño maleducado. Por decirle que las habitaciones estaban sin hacer las camas al entrar, su respuesta fué que por el precio que habiamos pagado es lo que habia. Por la noche nos ivadian las cucarachas. Un asco. Mal servicio.

Vergonzoso, llamas al numero que vuelca Google y te contesta el dueño de malas maneras, el motivo de la llamada?, hay un niño de unos 6-7años que está saltando a colchonetas o Buggys desde el borde de la Piscina (sin socorrista) (sin cercar), sus padres mientras ebrios en las hamacas bebiendo Vino, señor propietario, no lo llamo porque me molesten los niños porque soy humano, razón por la cual no puedo estar tranquilo disfrutando de mis dias de desconexión cuando la cabeza del niño ya ha estado varias veces a escasos cm del borde……… hágaselo mirar

Sitio muy tranquilo y centrico para ir a donde quieras, tiene comercios alrededor , playa y restaurantes a 2 minutos, buen trato en general, sin duda repetiremos, muchas gracias por la estancia agradable y vuestra amabilidad

Atención correcta, servicio de habitaciones normal, tardaron 4 días en una estancia de 6 días en pasar a cumplir con el servicio de limpieza que nos correspondía, un poco a destiempo

Lo único bueno que tiene es que queda al lado del paseo marítimo, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia y el trato del dueño da mucho que desear

Buona sistemazione se non si hanno troppe pretese e si ha bisogno di una base dove dormire e lavarsi. Arredamenti estremamente "spartani" con il minimo necessario...... Ambienti abbastanza grandi a buon giro d'aria. Vasca da bagno con tendina in plastica anni 40' ....."evergreen"!!!! Sicuramente migliorabile ma tutto sommato accettabile.

Bien situado, sencillo pero todo lo necesario. Estuvimos genial en cuanto a situación. Lo pero el sofá cama que era incómodo para relajarte viendo la tele y la ropa de cama (cubrecamas y mantas algo antiguos). Nos salió bien de precio y por ese precio repetiríamos.

The rooms are very basic but we didn't expect to much as we didn't pay a lot.we were told that it was taken over by camel springs in November and they are giving the place a spruce up..the pool area is lovely and there are plenty of beds. The room desperately requires refurbishment.we had to buy a throw for the sofa as it was dirty but everything else you could cope with.we don't spend much time in the room so wasn't a big issue.there is no cleaner ,same bedding all week and towels changed after 4 days.. Good things are there was a safe in the room free of charge and free Internet plus you could use the pool area and bar at camel springs.. the town is only a 5 min stroll and so is the beach..

Un apartamento muy agradable y bien situado, el dueño es muy majo y está pendiente del servicio al cliente.

Sehr schöne Apartmentanlage. Super nähe zum Strand. Tolle Verkehrsanbindung und eine super Lage zu den naheliegenden Locations, Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte, oder Clubs. Der ganze Stadtteil ist glaube ich ein Feriendomizil, wie mir es aussieht. Der Strand ist toll und das Essen in den Restaurants super. Preise sind schon sehr ordentlich, dafür aber auch deftig und großes essen. 🌴🌻🏝️🌵😇🌅😍😀😇🍍🥩🍗🥙🍔🥪🍱🍻🍺🥂🍾. Der Pool ist schon geil, jedoch völlig unbeheizt. Naja dafür dass es hier sehr warm ist nicht schlimm. Die Apartments sind nett und schön eingerichtet mit eigener küche. Die Betten sind leider nix. Dafür kriegt man bestimmt auch was besseres. War im Winter hier und es gibt nur eine dünne Wolldecke. Vielleicht einfach Mal einmalige Anschaffungskosten mit laufenden Kosten vergleichen und ne warme Decke dazulegen. Dann klappt es. Ansonsten war es rundum ein super Urlaub. Was mir komisch vorkam, dass die Zimmer glaube ich alle gleich groß sind (2 betten) jedoch teilweise völlig überbelegt. Teilweise verbringen dort 3,4,5 Leute abends Zeit auf den Balkonen, welche man tagsüber aber auch nie sieht. Ist schon merkwürdig, wenn abends Leute mit dem Koffer dort durch die Gegend übern den hof laufen, die tagsüber nie da sind und so aussehen, als wenn se gerade erst ankommen. Naja zum Strand sind die dann bestimmt nicht gelaufen. Auch dass Einheimische Spanier mit kleinen Kindern um 22 Uhr am Pool spielen, und das an Weihnachten, welche sonst morgens und abends nie da waren, kam mir komisch vor. Ich mach es kurz und schlage vor, dass sie einfach Mal ein Tor vor ihren Hof bauen. Der Eingang zur Anlage ist nämlich sperrangelweit offen. Aber ich glaube das ist so gewollt, Man könnte sagen, die ganze Anlage ist ein spanisches Wohngebäude der einheimischen, welche Geld damit verdienen ihre Zimmer weiterzuvermieten. 🤣 Dann müssen Sie jedoch bedenken, dass hier Leute herkommen, um Urlaub zu machen und nicht für einige Tage in Spanien zu Mietverhältnissen übernachten. Das ist nämlich grundsätzlich etwas verschiedenes🌅😇🌵🌵🌵🏝️🌴🌴🌻. Vielen Dank. Hahahaha. War alleine zu Weihnachten hier und wollte weg von Party und Trubel. Nunja das alles muss spanische Mentalität sein, Geselligkeit ist hier ja numero Uno. Komme gerne Mal wieder. Nur schade um das Geld. Hatte das Gefühl dass ich im Gegensatz zu anderen Leuten die hier Spaß hatten, (zuviel) Geld bezahlt habe. Habe selbst Mal den Preis-Check gemacht und ausgerechnet, dass man hier für 10 tage, 2 erwachsene+ Kinder ca. 3000 Euro bezahlen müsste. Das glaubt in einem 2 Sterne Hotel wirklich niemand. Ansonsten war rundum alles super. Das tbone Steak im Restaurant im Ort war einfach nur toll und das Wetter war schön. War im Dezember hier und hatte von 10 Tagen, 8 Tage Sonne ohne Wolken und um die 21 - 24 Grad c.

Fui hace 6 años y tuve una agradable experiencia, lo recomiendo.

El exterior es bonito, sin embargo las habitaciones están muy desactualizadas. Mobiliario muy viejo, en especial las camas, que tienen mantas y colchas muy usadas. Lo mismo sucede con las toallas. El agua caliente viene y va, lo cual tampoco es agradable.

I loved this place. Very queit and clean, very comfartable and not too tiny. Wonderful backyard. Aprox. 5 min to the sea. Inspiring view from terase top.

Lovely small quiet complex. Apartments very spacious, with a lovely view of the swimming pool and the sea, as we were on the top, 3rd floor. Only given 4 star because the sun loungers are quite hard and not adjustable and the mat around the pool needs repairing. Apartments only a few minutes walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and the sea/beach. Had a lovely holiday here.

El lugar es agradable y tranquilo, pero la falta de control hace que los apartamentos estén ocupados por más personas que las alquiladas, ya q los inquilinos invitan a más personas para usar las instalaciones. La piscina es pequeña pero bastante confortable. Y la zona es tranquila bien ubicada. La casa está algo anticuada pero la verdad es q es bastante cómoda. En definitiva estuvimos una semana y nos lo pasamos muy bien.
