NOS ROBARON. Tienen un apartamento en acacias 19, calle princesa guayarmina, es una urbanización donde entran a robar diariamente, nadie se hace cargo y te dicen que es habitual, entran incluso cuando estás durmiendo no hay ni seguridad por las noches ni nada. En fin, olvidaos de reservar algo con esta gente.

Will not book with this company again. I asked for their complaints procedure after having to call them out every day for the first 3 days of our annual family holiday. Was told on the phone by a lady that their MD will send me a email response which i didn't receive. I had to chase up and then informed he had used the wrong email address. He also failed to inform me of their complaints procedure and kept on telling me they had done all they could. 1. on arrival the pool was not covered and was dirty (with dust, leaves and stones in the pool). The water temperature was also freezing (not the 26 it should have been). Called to have this resolved which was dealt with in 40 mins, however we were informed that it happens and we should cover the pool (which we continued to do so). However i don't expect the pool to be in that condition on arrival. The pool person took photos to send back to his company (however he failed to take any pictures of the stones at the bottom of the pool). We were informed the temperature was correct, but miraculously the next day the temperature was warmer and perfect for us to use. 2. We had no TV for 3 days, as they had to order a part in. no communication from them at all. (apparently a guy was sent to look at it and left a note, whilst we were stuck at the villa for the whole day waiting for him.). No communication at all as to why the TV wasn't working and i had to make daily calls to try and plan our holiday. 3. The outside shower by the pool wouldn't turn off, once we turned it on. waited for someone to come and fix it. 4. The bedroom lights in the basement were blown and not working. 5. The plug sockets in 2 of the bedrooms were dangerous and hanging out (by this point we had called the agents about 4 or 5 times and didn't really want to waste anymore time of my holiday on fixing what they should have done previous to our arrival). overall a very bad experience. we go away on annual family holiday (12 people) every year and never had this experience. Will not be booking with this company.
