Nothing but positives to say about Lanzarote Investments. We first dealt with the firm 5 years ago when looking for a holiday apartment in Puerto del Carmen. Alex Whitthorn guided us through the entire process. Move on to 2024 and Alex helped us again in our search for a permanent home. He also marketed and sold our apartment in a matter of hours. The place in the Sun makes buying a property abroad look easy, and it ain't, however if you use an estate agent lanzarote investments the whole process is smooth and the advice is second to none, and it is made easy with them, quite frankly being in the service industry for 38 years, so I know what I am talking about, my believe is that you would struggle to find a service anywhere better in Uk or Abroad, Alex was superb from start of my Journey to moving in my Holiday home I really couldn’t recommend this firm enough.

Rispetto alla mia recensione originale, devo pero' segnalare una grave omissione da parte dell' agenzia, che non mi ha minimamente avvisato di un vincolo storico estetico dell' abitazione che ho acquistato, cosa che ha pesantemente influito sui lavori di ristrutturazione e sui loro costi. Durante le proposizioni delle proprietà, questi vincoli, cosi come altre pendenze che possono esistere, DEVONO essere segnalati ( è un obbligo dell' agenzia), cosi da permettere una valutazione e una comparazione completa con altre proprietà. Sono poi purtroppo emersi in seguito altri riscontri fattuali, che coinvolgono il personale di vendita, che mi hanno lasciato decisamente contrariato. Purtroppo l' omissione in fase di proposizione della proprietà ( e i riscontri sucessivi) hanno condizionato pesantemente il mio giudizio finale

Terrible atención al cliente. Hace una semana quedamos para hacer una visita hoy lunes a las 10.30 de una casa. Nos trasladamos anoche desde Gran Canaria, pagamos billete de avión, hotel anoche y coche de alquiler para ver la casa. Cinco minutos antes de la visita, estando ya en la propiedad esperando a que apareciera alguien a enseñarla mandan WhatsApp diciendo que ya está vendida. Words cannot express how amazing Lanzarote investments are. The whole team are amazing. From the first contact there was absolutely no sales pitch or pressure whatsoever. In particular Alex Whitthorn was special. He made the process literally stress free organising everything from solicitors to banks and everything in between. Over a year ago, we set about looking to purchase a property in Lanzarote. Our initial search took us to a property in Puerto Calero, where Alex from Lanzarote Investments met us and talked us through the property. I purchased my holiday home this year with the help of Abbie Mulloy in the Puerto del Carmen office. Before leaving the UK to view, we got in touch with 3 or 4 agents with our wish list. It quickly became apparent Lanzarote Investments were the one for us. We met Des (who comes from Stoke-On-Trent near us) who we now consider a friend. He collected us from our accommodation on a few days and would show us round three or four property’s with absolutely no sales pressure or gimmicks. We found our dream property and Lanzarote Investments then held our hand from start to finish. They found us a Spanish mortgage and bank, recommended a solicitor who were English and set everything up for us, and even filled in the forms the you need to get what is known as an NIE (so you can buy property abroad) and took us down to the government building to submit. We completed in June 2014 and Des still looks after us if we get a strange letter in Spanish or we need a recommend of a trades person. Most of the time when we are over we call by to see what they have on and some banter with Des ! Over the years, we have seen them grow, opening other offices due to their success, and we completed in 2018 on our second property. We never looked anywhere else because of the trust in the guys down there at the PDC office. We always recommend them, so if you’re looking for the perfect dream home, go and find Des at Lanzarote Investments !!
