Excellent standard of accommodation. Well furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The bathrooms and bedrooms were pristine and are very conveniently fitted. The location is good - having easy access to shops, restaurants and the beach. My advice to future renters is "you only need your clothes". There's an excellent washer, dryer and dishwasher and ample storage and space for clothes drying.

Mi experiencia con ellos fue extraordinaria. Me alojé en Casa Elin, un apartamento amplio, limpio, con todas las comodidades y muy bien ubicado en Costa Teguise; lo suficientemente alejado del ruido, pero cerca de todo lo necesario (transporte, compras, restaurantes y playas). Fui en todo momento informado y atendido por las personas que lo gestionaban. Excelente opción de alojamiento para unos días de vacaciones en Lanzarote.

Fab apartment with amazing views!

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Calero. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Plenty of space to unpack. The location couldn’t be better just a short walk to the marina with lovely shops, restaurants and stunning views.

Stayed here while visiting Puerto del Carmen, the apartment was in the perfect location. Walking distant to the beach, old town and the strip. Would recommend!

Great location clean great pool sport complex across road definitely stay again

Just spent 2 weeks in casa appia, puerto del carmen. 1 bedroom Apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable. With added extras including washing machine, oven, hob, free safe, free WiFi and coffee maker etc. Also a good variety of tv including english tv. Complex had a lovely clean pool area which was heated. Biosphera is a 3 minute walk away with all shops and entertainment. Location was great too situated between the old and new towns, very handy for getting anywhere we wanted to go, buses and taxi's very close by. It was home from home. Did have a couple of little hiccups, but they were quickly rectified by the amazing staff Christina and Bruno. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were very professional. Can't wait to go back there. I highly recommend this apartment, you won't be disappointed. Thank you again for everything Christina, Bruno and the team you are a credit to your company. Our 2.5 bedroom villa with a pool was in one of the estates north of Marina Rubicon in Playa Blanca ( Ciudad Jardin area ) . It was fine for our needs, no major issues. The staff were responsive and provided a brand new crib which was greatly appreciated. General maintenance was fine. It was basically equipped and showing some wear, but overall we were happy.

I recently spent a few nights here, in room La Gomera, which had a private bathroom (locked with key) outside of our room. The entire complex is spotlessly clean, great fan for the hottest nights, communication with the property was always quick and clear when needed, self check in is very easy, complete use of the kitchen (we didn't use it), garden, free parking... What I loved the most was the cleanness and the silence.. best sleep I had in yeeeears! Thank you all, I'll definitely be back!!

Todo ha ido genial. La casa está preparada con todo lo necesario para vivir cómodamente (menaje, electrodomésticos, cocina, mesas, sofá…). Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Un placer, para repetir.

Fantastic apartment, had everything and more for our stay , nice quiet pool area , but the shared loungers were a little worn , but acceptable when it’s a shared pool . The location was perfect , within two mins of the lovley square in Costa Teguise. The only issue we had was the unlocking/ locking of front door , as the trim on the door made it awkward to turn keys . But over all , absolutely fantastic . Thank you Alun & Allison

Really spacious home close to the center of Puerto del Carmen, it has almost everything you need. Lots of parking around the house. Hosts available for any question

Lovely apt, best apt we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in a good few over 27yrs going to PDC,,very very modern, bedrooms best ever, kitchen so modern, ( first ever dishwasher) we've had,,,no pool but that was no problem as there are other's u can use round about u, and the Sea is 5 min walk from apt,,all in all brilliant holiday made even more with the Apartment, hopefully rent it again very soon,thanks William mcginness,,,,,,I'm not sure if owner knows but he has a wall in the bedroom with a bit of dampness on it,,,could be from the shower next door

We booked Lanzarote vacation homes through booking.com for a 5 night stay in Puerto Del Carmen. The location of the apartments is absolutely spot on, A 1 minute walk from the centre from most of the bars. No noise at night either! Spar supermarket just beside it. Extremely well maintained with great AC that works wonders, comfortable beds in the rooms and a nice kitchen/lounge area with a private deck/patio also. The staff are extremely welcoming and are happy to help with any questions you may have. They can be contacted any time through WhatsApp which links are provided. Safe and Secure and will definitely be booking with them again for our next trip over.

We absolutely loved our 6-night stay in this beautiful Puerto del Carmen apartment! Everything was spotless, bright, and perfectly equipped – it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is amazing: just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants, but still peaceful at night. The host was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made our holiday even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

Posto a due passi dal mare con tutti i confort necessari ( lavatrice, phon per capelli, macchina del caffè, tostapane...). L'alloggio è come in foto e per arrivare alla piscina e in palestra si deve attraversare la strada perché gli appartamenti sono esterni alla struttura principale. Chi si occupa degli alloggi risponde sempre e se possono vengono incontro a tutte le richieste. in sostanza ottimo

En general, la casa está bien, en un entorno muy tranquilo y con buena ubicación para quienes disfrutan del norte de la isla. En nuestro caso, fuimos principalmente a hacer surf y resultó muy cómodo como base. Como punto a mejorar, durante toda la semana tuvimos problemas con la presión del agua en la habitación La Graciosa, que no llegaron a resolverse a pesar de haberlo comunicado. Además, solicitamos un cambio de toallas y sábanas al cuarto día (de siete), pero nos informaron de que solo se realizan para estancias superiores a 10 días o abonando un suplemento de 20 €, algo que en Booking no estaba especificado claramente. Por lo demás, la estancia fue agradable, el entorno invita al descanso y es un buen lugar para disfrutar de la isla.

Recently stayed at Villa Malolo for 2 weeks holiday with my wife and two kids (Aged 11 and 13). Could not fault the villa. Clean and well equipped with everything necessary for our requirements. Pool was really nice and cleaned regularly; jacuzzi was ideal; conveniently located for the marina, beaches and restaurants. We had a hire care for the two weeks and this is really recommended to get about (even to the grocery store about 5 minutes in the car). Would highly recommend the property if you want a relaxing and comfortable holiday in Playa Blanca Lanzarote.

I recommend this lanzatote apartment as not only it has great apartment, but also the gym that is included in this , close to the stores, lovely view and places, a wonderful beach and bust stops nearby to go to places. Wonderful place to go on vacation

The villa itself is nice as there is lots of space, especially outside space, and things to do (pool, hot tub, roof terrace, ping-pong, football, fusbol table, TV). It is in a good location (20min walk to main part of town) and the villa is private and secure. @ The villa is nice and fit for purpose with lots of space but it is a bit dated and needs some work - for example the shower in the double bedroom is literally hanging off the wall. We also struggled to use the oven as there are no markings for settings or temperature on the dials and the electric hob was locked which we only realised towards the end of our stay after Googling it. The villa is managed by Lanzarote Homes and we would avoid ever booking a property managed by them again. Although communication was generally good, we had some very negative experiences. Firstly, when they took payment, the exchange rate they used was heavily inflated over the actual exchange rate so we ended up being charged €150 / £130 more than was advertised and it should have been. We queried it but they just said that was the exchange rate and that was that. Then there is the fact that despite paying a lot of money for the villa, you have to pay for the air conditioning with €1 coins via a pay as you go machine! And there is only air con in the main double bedroom and twin bedroom. We also had an issue with access to the property. It is accessible by using a code which they gave us but on the 6th night, the code stopped working allmof a sudden. We only found out when we came back from being out for the evening so it was late. Tried calling them and messaging them but got no response as they only work during office hours. We ended up being stuck outside, unable to get in for over an hour in the early hours of the morning. We would have been completely stranded if we had not managed to find a way back in ourselves. They did apologise and then gave us a number for emergencies but unfortunately it was of no use by that point!

Reservamos un chalet adosado en Lanzarote con esta agencia, un precio elevado del que esperábamos una calidad acorde. El día que llegamos con dos niños pequeños, la casa está llena de arena, alfombras sucias, algunas sabanas sucias, cojines con manchas. Lo peor fue la piscina, todo el suelo lleno de arena, mal mantenida, verdín alrededor de toda la piscina, productos químicos muy altos. Después de reclamar, logramos que mandarán a una chica (Carmen) que afortunadamente era una profesional y nos limpió la casa mientras esperábamos fuera hasta la noche. Nos dijeron que al día siguiente iría el de mantenimiento de la piscina a las 7 de la mañana, no apareció, volvimos a reclamar y nos dijeron que en dos horas iría, siguió sin aparecer. Se supone que apareció durante el día, pero seguía el fondo lleno de arena. Lo peor fue el verdín, nadie limpiaba y mantenía el borde bien. Los bañadores con los productos químicos mal puestos se nos manchaban de verde. Ya tuve que dejar de reclamar por no estropear más mis vacaciones , casi no usamos la piscina. En definitiva, una agencia que tiene un mal mantenimiento de una casa. No volveré a reservar con ellos y no lo recomiendo

Te hacen el check in no antes de las 16:00 y te tocan la puerta el día de salida a las 10:00. Un apartamento muy caluroso en el cual solo disponen de un ventilador malo.

Our stay at this beautiful holiday home in Puerto Calero was perfect from start to finish. The place was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – and more. Spacious, comfortable, and truly a “home away from home.” The beds were comfy, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, and every appliance you needed was included. The terrace area was cosy and great for relaxing. The complex itself was quiet, peaceful, with a pool that was never crowded and sun loungers always available. A supermarket with all the essentials is just a short 5-minute stroll away, while the beautiful marina is an easy 10–15 minute walk. For a change of scene, Puerto del Carmen is only a quick €8 taxi ride or you could hike for 45-50 minutes along the coast. We couldn’t have asked for a better base for our holiday – highly recommended!

Dificil de localizar a la llegada. Acceso con escaleras estrechas. El apartamento con hormigas y humedades. Muy básico. La playa un poco lejos y en pendiente.

Casa espectacular, grande, espaciosa, luminosa, la piscina está genial y todas las instalaciones de la casa. La barbacoa funcionaba excelente . Hemos disfrutado mucho y repetiríamos sin duda en la misma casa.

El punto demasiado tranquilo Hay un super abajo del apartamento pero no abre hasta la diez, si quieres algo tienes que andar un rato , el apartamento es grande y completo que no le falta de nada , pero no tiene intimidad , ya que tiene una ventana que da a la casa del vecino , con tan solo un estor que se ve todo , Despues solo hay aire acondicionado en una habitacion y el motor del ese aire da a el salon , cuando se pone en marxa no se puede estar en el salon de la calor que hace y el ruido (eso es lo peor) De limpieza muy bien

Villa was spotless on arrival, home away from home everything you could possibly need. We requested extra towels and bedlinen which was approved immediately and sent to Villa the very next morning. 10 mins walk away from Rubicón Marine which was beautiful. HiperDino supermarket within 10mins walk. Lovely base for our family, we have a child in a wheelchair Villa was completely adaptable and suited her needs. The pool was great plenty of outdoor furniture/sunbeds. Air-con in every room which was very much needed due to the amazing weather. Will be booking in the future, thank you very much for our wonderful stay.

Ein sehr nettes, kleines und prima ausgestattetes Hotel mit super leckerem Frühstück und sehr nettem Personal. Der kleine Pool ist ausreichend und sorgt für die nötige Erfrischung am Tag. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen (ausgenommen dem Wind 😄) mit einer tollen Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

V bližini (7 min peš ali 2 min z avtom) sta odlično založena Lidl in Aldi. Lokacija je top za obisk čudovitih plaž Papagaye z avtomobilom, kratek sprehod pa vas loči od glavne plaže Dorada s številnimi lokali in trgovinami v bližini.

We had a wonderful stay! Great hospitality and quick support from Molly, who responded immediately when we had a small issue. The super king - size bed was very comfortable, and kitchenette had everything needed for cooking. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and cosy perfect place to relax. The property is just 5 minutes walk from the beach, bars, and restaurants. A lovely spot you'll definitely want to come back.

Intentamos coger una villa contactando con una de sus empleadas(Lubna) y tras horas de conversación, su ayuda fue nula y nos acabó diciendo que lo miremos en la página web. Una pena, decepción y pérdida total de tiempo su "labor" con nosotros.

Brilliant holiday at Casa Appia in Lanzarote. Support of staff have been amazing from beginning to end, any query was dealt with promptly and conscientiously. And with good grace. Checkin was simple. Apartment was spotless, immaculately clean. Lovely patio area. Beds perfectly comfy. Plenty towels, linen etc. Location simply superb. Two or three Minutes from Old Harbour town, restaurants, shops, cafes, the main strip, and so much more. Nightly entertainment fantastic all over town. Bus stop 30 seconds walk to Puerta Colero, Playa blanca etc etc. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Large apartment, close to the beach and the bars and restaurants. But it needs updating, a lick of paint in all the rooms would help and a walk in shower instead of a bath. Otherwise it’s fine for a few days stay.

This was our 3rd visit to residential Noray. We were NOT disappointed, Casa Bleu is A lovely apartment with everything required inside and out to have an enjoyable stay. We spent 15 comfortable days and were delighted with the high standard and condition throughout the property The complex is well located and so Peaceful. The beds were especially comfortable, it’s the best we’ve experienced in our most recent visits. We Would love to visit again soon to enjoy a relaxing stay at Puerto Calero. Hopefully we’ll be back very soon

Arrieta es una localidad agradable y tranquila con rincones muy especiales. El alojamiento es mejorable: agua caliente en la cocina, los colchones, el menaje.. pero se compensa con buena ubicación para disfrutar del norte de la isla.

Had a fabulous stay here in February 2025. Pool a bit cold but the spacious outdoor area was amazing to sit and relax with plenty of outdoor furniture for everyone to be given plenty of space for peace and quiet to read, sun all day. Loved it.

Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist gut und Vieles fußläufig erreichbar. Einige Matratzen waren ziemlich durchgelegen. Von den 9 Liegen am Pool waren 7 kaputt. Dieses haben wir dem Vermieter angezeigt. Passiert ist jedoch nichts. Die Erwärmung des Jacuzzi kostet 15 EUR pro Tag, was man auch erst wenige Tage vor Anreise erfährt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist unterstes Niveau. Wir waren mit 10 Personen. Es gab 9 große Löffel, 9 Gabeln zu wenig Gläser zu wenig Tassen. Kein Salz, kein Pfeffer, kein Zucker. Töpfe und Pfannen von schlechter Qualität. Selbst für das Frühstück war es schwierig. Ich würde das Haus nicht wieder für 10 Personen buchen.

Excellent location. Very central to the Fariones sports centre, the Old Town and the main Strip. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. The apartment has everything you need. I would recommend it. It was perfect for 2 people.

One of best accommodations we have ever been. Heated pool, cold beer on arrival. Spices some oil ,vinegar. They really know their business. Highly recommend.

Situated on Los Molinos, which is a very pretty complex providing privacy but within walking distance of grocery store, bars and restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the beach.

Lovely little apartment, great view from the balcony and a great service all round, I’m unsure what people meant by the pillows as me and my friend found them perfect and we did use the extra blankets provided in the night. They left us both towels for showering and the beach and some water, crisps and beer for our arrival, the only issue we found was locating the apartment but it is right by dino park

Our villa is literally on a building site with unbelievable noise, contacted lanzarote vacation homes and they offered some scruffy place near airport as an alternative but refused to help further or offer a refund even though we only been here for an hour!

Nous avons passés un très beau séjour dans cet appartement. Merci aux hôtes car nous avons effectués une réservation tardive (après 19h et ils ont été très réactifs, l’appartement était près en moins d’une heure). Semblable aux photos et à la description, décoration moderne. La literie est confortable et tout était très propre. De nombreuses places pour se garer dans la rue. La piscine est agréable quand nous n’avons pas envie de bouger ou en fin après avoir baroudeur toute la journée. Résidence calme. Prévoir une voiture car un peu éloignée du « centre ville » de Costa Teguise (cependant 5/10mn en voiture). Je recommande et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super villa spacieuse et au top

He estado alojada en este apartamento una semana. Está muy bien ubicado, y el alojamiento cuenta con todo lo necesario, muy bien equipado, con todos los utensilios de cocina. Tiene dos ventiladores aunque la casa es fresca y no los hemos necesitado. Muy limpia y cuenta con un balcón muy agradable. Además hay una piscina que está muy bien. La única pega es que no habian vaciado una papelera de los huespedes anteriores. Lo demás todo muy bien.

Apartamento en Costa Teguise (Playa Roca). Ubicación excelente, estás a menos de 20 minutos del aeropuerto y a 30 minutos (más o menos) de cada extremo de la isla. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia media-corta. También dispone de piscina y jardín (aunque no lo hemos utilizado). Parking "privado", gratis y fácil de aparcar. En la zona se puede encontrar restaurantes, súpers, etc..

Très bel appartement propre, lumineux et bien rangé. J’ai apprécié la proximité avec la plage, les restaurants, le centre commercial et les transports en commun. L’équipe est très organisée et m’a fourni toutes les informations. Merci

I ha d a great experience with Lanzarote Vacation Homes. The apartment I stayed in was beautifully renovated, it had aircon, a brand new smart tv, wifi etc. I also was able to get it at a very competitive price for the quality and high season. I would recommend!

Nice apartment to stay in on a residential complex. Situated at the top of a hill, great exercise!!!! Apartment was clean and tidy, extra linen, bedding change and towel change weekly. Host responded very quickly on any issues. Had a lovely time.

Villa Picasso is great, it has all you need. Fully enclosed garden and large heated pool. Accommodation has everything you need and is well finished. Would recommend to all. Very private and quiet area. Only downside is its a 17min walk into town, all downhill, taxis however are under 5 euro back to the villa. Communication with rental company was excellent.

Appartement très bien situé, sécurisé par un code à l’entrée. On voit la mer depuis l’appartement, celui-ci est très propre, grand et avec un équipe réactive si besoin. À noter qu’il y’a un hôtel juste en face et que les jeunes, tard dans la soirée, peuvent être bruyants.

Eva’s place was perfect! Close to everything if you are new to Puerto Del Carmen, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The days I spent there were peaceful, and I headed to the beach daily, so it was definitely perfect for what I was looking for. Thanks again for an amazing experience and accommodations.

Outstanding Villa, large enough space for 9 lads. 5 Min Taxi from the Puerto Del Carmen Strip which is busy till around 3/4 AM. Shop is roughly 2 Mins in a taxi (less than €5). Overall, was very clean and tidy when we arrived.

Lovely little place to stay, very comfortable, especially the bed. Kitchen utensils well stocked, and plenty of plates/bowls etc. The pool area was quite peaceful. Everywhere was quite clean and staff are very friendly.

Really great big modern duplex apartment. I stayed there alone, but could easily accommodate 6 people ( 2 doubles and two single beds) and each with their own shower!) and two large terraces to the back of the property, one off the kitchen/entrance downstairs , and one off the main bedroom upstairs. The apartment was really clean, quiet and excellent value for money. Great pre-arrival communication and a key lock box also made for an easy late check in. Location-wise is out of the main town but only 10 minute walk to supermarket, bars and playa dorado beach (which is lovely) it’s around a 20 minute walk to the main resort town of playa blanca for more shops and bars ect. The only down side, which i must mention, is that the property backs onto a big inactive building site, which is secured off by large metal Fences. This was fine for me, as i was on my own, and was largely using the apartment as a base for the local area and beaches. But i must admit it doesn't make for a great view. Otherwise I had a peaceful stay and would recommend. Joel

Appartamento carino con quasi tutto il necessario ( forse un po di olio sarebbe stato gradito). Lunica pecca posso dire per noi e stato molto difficile da trovare. Date come punto di riferimento qualche ristorante per esempio "la bamba" e molto vicino. A noi il navigatore ci portava in qualche cratere di vulcano.

Fantastic three bedroom duplex apartment which was perfect for our holiday. It is modern, spotlessly clean , spacious and in an ideal location just a short 10 minute walk to Playa Blanca centre or Playa Dorado beach. Each bedroom has its own en-suite or bathroom with an extra toilet available downstairs. Two outdoor seating areas are ideal for either sitting in the shade or sunbathing. The letting agency Lanzarote Vacation Homes are an absolute pleasure to deal with and respond immediately to any query. We highly recommend this rental. It is the best we have stayed in on any holiday so far.

Un gran acierto si lo que buscas es alojarte en el sur. Limpieza, comodidad de 10! Y el servicio muy amable. Los recomiendo 100%!

El alojamiento en general cumple las expectativas, bien situado, muy bien equipado, aunque hemos observado algunos electrodomésticos algo sucios por ejemplo microondas con un olor insoportable y un calentador de agua lleno de grasa. Esperemos que sea un problema puntual. Si que lo recomiendariamos.

DREAM PAPAGAYO, PLAYA BLANCA. Appartement agréable, calme, très bonne wi-fi (netflix) et très bien situé près des plages de Papagayo, des magasins d'alimentation et des autres plages du centre. De temps en temps, visite amicale du chat de la voisine... Par contre dans l'ensemble, il faut absolument une voiture pour se déplacer car les distances sont assez longues.

The apartment was very cozy, clean, very well located and with a breathtaking sea view! The pool was also quiet, nice and well maintained. The beach is 10-15 min by walk and the path to it through the village is very charming. Communication was effective and the host was very kind, nicely welcoming us and facilitating the check-out. I recommend it!

Net terug van een heerlijke week vakantie in villa Flavia. De villa was ruim genoeg voor ons allen, 8 volwassenen en 1 kind. Alles was aanwezig, was schoon en leuk gedecoreerd met foto's van Lanzarote. De 2 huurauto's konden gemakkelijk voor de deur geparkeerd worden. De jacuzzi werd volop benuttigd. We hebben een aantal keer heerlijk gebarbecued, misschien is een BBQ tang geen overbodige luxe, we hebben nog gezocht maar vonden er geen. Er waren wat weinig mokken voor ons allen, echter na 1 appje gestuurd te hebben, werden er direct nieuwe mokken geleverd, chapeau! Dus de communicatie met de organisatie verliep heel soepel en kregen direct antwoord. De ligging is ook perfect: we hadden een schitterend uitzicht naar Fuerteventura en waren dichtbij winkels en restaurants, het was verder vrij rustig in de avond, konden goed slapen, bedden waren heerlijk, op de kamer met 4 bedden kon je zelfs kiezen tussen harde en zachte matrassen. Kortom we hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad in villa Flavia, voor herhaling vatbaar! Bedankt voor alles!

We had a lovely time in apartment in Roque Nublo (one flight of stairs) with view of harbour very central to bar restaurant with excellent standards and beach, great spot to people watch at night great buzz.The appartment right over De Venci restaurant . It was well equipped loads of everything you'd need . Would love to be able to open kitchen window but opened kitchen door to let light in. It was very secure with only 3 appartments in the complex .Lovely neighbours in Da Venci and the off licence gentleman both great neighbours made us feel very welcome thanks guys for everything Eileen

Lugar agradable y tranquilo cerca de la costa de Famara. Alojamiento equipado con todo lo necesario, incluso con pequeños detalles que hacen de tu estancia un lugar mejor. Volveria a este alojamiento si deseo estar en un lugar tranquilo y relajado alojado del bullicio.

Hemos alquilado para una semana por Booking en Playa Honda unos 100 M de la playa, la casa en sí, súper acogedora. Limpieza excelente, cocina bien equipada, unas habitaciones amplias con camas cómodas y con un salón grande. Aparcar es bastante fácil hablando del mes de abril.

Io e la mia ragazza ci siamo trovati molto bene presso questo appartamento a P.to del Carmen. La zona è al centro dell’isola quindi con la macchina è comoda per raggiungere tutti i luoghi di interesse nelle varie altre zone di Lanzarote. L’appartamento è pulito comodo e arricchito di tutte le necessità (abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani da mare in camera, un ombrellone per la spiaggia e anche delle sdraio pieghevoli). Ottimo inoltre il servizio di late check out con il quale abbiamo potuto lasciare l’appartamento alle 17.00!

UN DESASTRE TODO NO RECOMIENDO ESTA ESTANCIA!!! RESPECTO EL (anfitrión) NI SI QUIERA TIENE LA CONSIDERACIÓN DE LA SALIDA A PESAR DE TODO QUE SI SALIAS TARDE EL COBRO SERÍAN DE 50€!!! The apartment was a standard size and very clean. The hosts were very helpful throughout our stay. The walk to the promenade was about 12 minutes however we did not realise until we arrived that it was quite hilly. Given my age and mobility issues this caused a problem for me. I probably should of did more research on the location of the apartment. This was our first experience using airbnb we really enjoyed it John

¡Buena estancia en Costa Teguise en el complejo de apartamentos Senator! El apartamento es conforme a las fotos y está bien equipado. Como pros, su buena ubicacion para recorridos por la isla y estar situado en una zona tranquila. La piscina y el jardín están limpios y atendidos a diario. Quizás recomendable poner unas cortinas opacas en la cristalera de la terraza (como las de la habitación), pues amanece justo por ese lado.

Die Unterkunft La Casa Vista Pesquera ist toll - sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, ruhig gelegen mit grandiosen Blick, einfach schön. Viel Spaß euch!

Nice apartment in a great location.

I stayed in Casa Jolatero and had a fantastic stay. The apartment was beautiful and even nicer than the photos. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and the hosts kindly left some water, crisps and coffee capsules which I was very grateful for. Lanzarote vacation homes were so responsive on WhatsApp. Mihai and Nerea were so helpful. Mihai even helped me to book a taxi when checking out. Nothing was an issue, and made my stay so easy. I stayed at this location and had to work, the WiFi was very fast, perfect in every room and for all video calls. The location is beside all the best restaurants too ☺️ there is also a filtered tap in the apartment which is so handy and good for the environment! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casa Jolatero or Lanzarote vacation homes, I had a wonderful stay ☺️

We had a very pleasant stay in Eva’s villa in playa Blanca. The pool is in a south facing position and we we’re able to enjoy the sun from early morning to evening. The villa was absolutely spotless. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It had a wide variety of appliances and we would highly recommend it.

Het is een mooie en grote appartement dichtbij het strand. Erg comfortabel. Super fijn dat er ook een inpandige parkeerplaats is. Schoon en netjes, behalve de douchegordijn had heel veel schimmel aan de onderkant en de douche van de en suite badkamer lekte heel erg. In de keuken hadden we een ei spaan en theedoeken gemist. We kunnen het appartement aanbevelen. We reizen graag naar die Canarische eilanden en het was een super verblijf!

Llevo años alojándome en una casa que recientemente ha empezado a gestionar Lanzarote Vacation Homes. Mis experiencias en el alojamiento siempre han sido geniales, pues la casa se encuentra en un entorno espectacular y el propietario es súper amable. Esta última ocasión, con el alojamiento a manos de Lanzarote Vacation Homes, no ha conseguido cumplir con mis expectativas. El equipo que gestiona el alojamiento resulta bastante molesto durante la estancia. Durante una semana que estuvimos intentaron acudir a la casa de forma repetitiva alegando necesitar hacer reparaciones durante la estancia (un tornillo, un grifo.. necesidades varias que podrían haber resuelto en otro momento y cuya veracidad no llegamos ni a detectar). Además, se han tomado la licencia de cambiar las normas del alojamiento, de subir el precio en más de un 30% de un año a otro en las mismas fechas e incluso de cobrar por cualquier simple detalle que previamente su propietario nos ofrecía sin coste. Al terminar nuestra estancia, vinieron a presionarnos antes de la hora de salida para que abandonásemos la casa. No recomiendo para nada esta empresa, tienen 0 idea de lo que es el customer service. Estoy segura que ningún cliente que conozca lo previo repetiría en este alojamiento si sigue en manos de Lanzarote Vacation Homes y espero que las cosas caigan pronto por su propio peso, ya que es una pena que un lugar tan bonito se explote así de mal.

La zona en la que se ubica es muy tranquila para descansar y se encuentra cerca de restaurantes y playa. Además se aparca fácilmente. Sin duda repetiría

Lugar bien ubicado ningún problema al aparcar muy bien equipada a lo que cocina se trata. Negativo bastantes insectos, limpieza en ciertas zonas escasas “ zona bambú “ Al entrar olor a cañería después de una buena ventilación se disimuló.

We stayed at Karma Famara 1 which has a stunning location. This lovely top-floor, bright and airy apartment is just a minute's walk from the sea; you can hear the waves crashing from the living room. There are excellent sea and mountain views from the rooftop terrace, which has a shower, so it is perfect for sunbathing (although be aware it can get windy!). The apartment itself is bright, airy and welcoming. The design is very 'IKEA' throughout and well-equipped for a couple or a small family. The communication with the owners was fantastic leading up to our stay, and the check-in was smooth and easy. While the bed was comfortable for some guests, I did find it a bit firm and ended up sleeping on the sofa. The WiFi is excellent, so perfect if you need to do some work while you are away. Famara is a hidden gem on the northwest coast yet is conveniently located within a 45-minute drive from most parts of the island, making it a perfect base to explore Lanzarote. It feels a bit like an outpost (and if you're into Star Wars, a bit like Tatooine!) Farama Beach is beautiful – the main beach is a five-minute walk and a centre for kite-surfing and windsurfing. Around the corner from the apartment is a very cool Mexican bar and restaurant. The central heart of Famara is around a five-minute walk. There is a small supermarket three minutes walk away and nearby an excellent pizzeria I would massively recommend – inexpensive and very high quality for the money.

Apartamento en buena localización y agradable, pero algo pequeño. Las llaves abrían algo mal las puertas, y la puerta del baño no cerraba bien tampoco, pero por lo demás se ajusta bastante bien a la descripción.

El apartamento muy cuco. Pasamos una estancia muy agradable aunque no llegamos a utilizar la piscina porque íbamos a playas. Un complejo muy tranquilo. Por otro lado, estaría bien que pusieran cucharas para la leche porque solo habían dos y los utensilios muy justos y algo sucios. Los tuvimos que lavar antes de usar. La limpieza también algo justa. Pero vamos que si solo vas a dormir es correcto.

Stayed 10 days at Casa Diama (1) in la Geria. Utter bliss. Isolated cottage about 1 mile from road surrounded by vineyard and nothing else. Peace, silence, big sky, good beds, pool, equipped kitchen, comfy lounge.... probably missed something but put "good" in front of it and you're there

Muy buen sitio, el apartamento perfecto con muchas comodidades. Dos problemas: La tele no aceptaba nuestras plataformas de streaming dando error todo el rato. Excesivo precio de "limpieza" cuándo ya dejas el piso bastante bien, solo queda el limpiar suelos y cambiar la ropa de cama, muy decepcionado con eso, encuentro abusivo.

Perfect communication, very nice appartment. I can highly recommend and if we once come back (and I hope so, because Lanzarote is very beautiful island) I will contact them directly.

We stayed in Casa Juana Isabella, Costa Teguise for over 3 weeks. It was perfect. There was everything we needed. It was lovely and clean. The house is really spacious. The bedrooms are large and the main one even has its own storage/hanging area in a separate room. There's air con in the main bedroom. The bathrooms are big and the showers are excellent. The kitchen is well equipped. There's a lovely table and chairs outside too. It is on a very quiet residential complex. We loved every single minute that we were there. Our only regret is that we have already booked our accommodation elsewhere, for next year, or we would have re-booked here straight away but we'll be booking again for 2025. We been visiting Lanzarote for 30 years and this is by far the best accommodation we've stayed in. The staff were unbelievably helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I contacted Eva as we didn't have a toaster.....one was delivered about 2 hours earlier. Washing up liquid and cloths are also provided as well as sunbathing towels. It's approx 8-10 minutes slow walk down to Playa Bastian, where there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Taxis to/from Costa Teguise town (near the square) are approx €3.50-€4.00. I'd like to say a huge thank you to Eva for all her help and advice before (and after!) we'd booked. Guilia was also very helpful. Both people replied to any queries straight away.

Spent a month at this apartment in Costa Teguise. Found the apartment clean & tidy & perfect for our needs. Close to town for shops & restaurants but far enough away yo have peace & quiet. The complex is small & the grounds & pool area kept very clean.

Good morning, We were very disappointed with the accommodation because there was no check-in carried out on your part. We had to point out the fact that the kitchen part was forced open so we no longer knew how to close it, no key on this door either, kitchen worktop very old and not straight, door not adjusted, bedroom windows also which did not close, poor contact with the bathroom switch, lack of tiles on the terrace, worn chairs, very very poor soundproofing. I'm going to stop there and no longer use your agency and don't count on me to give you good publicity. THANKS. the apartment is located in playa blanca

A casa esmeralda é muito boa. Somos um casal com uma filha. Quando chegámos tínhamos a sala preparada para a nossa filha dormir. A cozinha e a casa de banho estão equipadas com tudo o que é necessário para a estadia. As varandas e o espaço de alimentação exterior são muito confortáveis e permitem passar tempo de qualidade em família. A piscina é excelente. Nada falhou. Tudo excelente, desde o check-in até ao check-out. Recomendo vivamente o serviço desta empresa!

Pasamos una estancia muy agradable en Casa Gemma. El alojamiento es muy moderno y amplio y cuenta con todo lo necesario. También dispone de aparcamiento propio delante de la entrada y en los alrededores del complejo, por lo que se puede aparcar fácilmente si se tiene más de un vehículo. La zona es también muy tranquila en general. Quizás como sugerencia, habría estado bien que el alojamiento tuviese al menos un aparato de aire acondicionado. En cuanto a la atención del equipo, tengo que decir que ha sido inmejorable desde la primera toma de contacto, con explicaciones muy detalladas y ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos. En definitiva, volvería a repetir sin dudarlo.

I hughly.recommend Lanzarote Vacation Homes. My family and friends use this company when they come to visit me in Lanzarote, and the apartments are always spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could think of, including of course WiFi and all the comforts of home. Instructions for location of keys, etc are always very clear, and any queries are always dealt with very quickly and professionally. My daughter is returning to the island in October and will most certainly use the company again for her vivienda vacacional.

Gran COMPAÑIA DE ALQUILER VACACIONAL, conozco varias firmas de este sector y desde luego por experiencia propia ya que gestionan varias viviendas a través de una sdad mía y lo hacen excepcional. Siempre está todo limpio y la gestión es impecable.

Estuve una semana en uno de sus apartamentos y la experiencia fue inmejorable. Los anfitriones me ayudaron en todo momento. El alojamiento estaba en perfecto estado, muy limpio.
