After some research we used Lanzarote Agents to sell our villa. Interested started a little slow but we were aware it was holiday time and soon enough Lanzarote Agents were sending 2 or 3 viewers a week. Alina found us an ideal buyer and the whole process went very fast and efficiently. All staff were very good but Alina in particular was excellent. Her level of communication was exceptional and her attention to detail was superb. A truly lovely person to deal with, making the whole experience run smoothly and efficiently. TL;DR: Als Käufer würde ich Lanzarote Agents und Alina nicht empfehlen. Suchen Sie besser einen anderen professionellen Anbieter. Update: Nach Veröffentlichung dieser negativen Bewertung wurde meine Mutter im Haus von Aina sowie deren Vorgesetzten bzw. einer Kollegin über mehrere Stunden unter Druck gesetzt und lautstark bedrängt, die Bewertung zu löschen. Seien Sie vorsichtig. Wir haben vor kurzem ein Haus über Lanzarote Agents gekauft. Der Kontakt war zunächst sehr freundlich und angenehm. Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen und der deutschsprachigen Betreuung haben wir uns für Lanzarote Agents entschieden. Nach dem Kauf waren jedoch plötzlich wesentliche Teile der Einrichtung im Haus verschwunden. Die Löcher sind noch vorhanden. Eine ordentliche Übergabe fand nicht statt; trotzdem es uns mehrfach zugesichert wurde. Ich bin mir nicht einmal sicher, ob wir tatsächlich alle Schlüssel erhalten haben. Die im Kaufvertrag enthaltenen Fotos werden als „Beispielbilder/illustrativ“ bezeichnet – ein Unding. Es gibt im Haus eine Schlüsselbox mit Code, den wir nicht kennen. Und und und ... Wir haben mehrfach um eine Übergabe gebeten. Auch unsere Versuche, uns in Bezug auf die fehlende Einrichtung gütlich zu einigen, wurden ignoriert. Sollten Sie sich dennoch für einen Kauf über Lanzarote Agents entscheiden, achten Sie unbedingt darauf, dass die Inventarliste vollständig ist (auch jede Kleinigkeiten). Bestehen Sie außerdem auf einer genauen Beschreibung der einzelnen Gegenstände (z. B. Farbe, Ausführung). In unserem Fall wurden Einrichtungsgegenstände nachträglich ausgetauscht. Daher sollte wirklich alles detailliert aufgeführt sein. Lassen Sie idealerweise auch sämtliche Leistungen vertraglich absichern – am besten mit Vertragsstrafen für den Fall der Nichterfüllung.

Estimado Paul, Lamentamos sinceramente su reseña negativa respecto a nuestro servicio. Desde nuestra perspectiva, actuamos siempre con profesionalidad y cercanía, tanto con usted como con su madre, a quien incluso prestamos atenciones adicionales fuera de nuestro cometido habitual: la acompañamos a recoger su equipaje, la trasladamos a su nueva vivienda en Playa Blanca y nos aseguramos de que quedara instalada, algo que hicimos por empatía hacia una persona mayor. En relación al inventario, aclaramos que fue revisado tras la compraventa y todos los muebles incluidos estaban presentes. El inventario constaba de fotografías y listado de artículos. La posible confusión pudo deberse a la recolocación de muebles, pero no hubo faltantes ni sustituciones. Incluso la vendedora dejó detalles extra (cuadros, menaje, internet un mes más gratuito, ropa de cama), que facilitaron la instalación de su madre. Respecto a los agujeros en las paredes, corresponden a elementos decorativos no incluidos en el inventario. Es algo habitual y de fácil solución. Sobre la caja de llaves, fue instalada por encargo de la propietaria, quien no recordaba el código. Al no estar en el inventario, no podíamos garantizarlo. En cuanto a la entrega de la vivienda, esta se produjo con normalidad tras la firma en notaría, cuando su madre recibió TODAS las llaves. Acompañamos la llegada, verificamos accesos, resolvimos una incidencia en la lavadora asumida por la vendedora, dejamos el termo eléctrico funcionando y facilitamos contactos de técnicos de confianza, también para el mantenimiento de la piscina. Entendemos que en otros países la entrega pueda implicar un acto distinto, pero en España el procedimiento es el descrito y así se cumplió. En todos nuestros años de actividad y cientos de operaciones realizadas, es la primera vez que recibimos una reseña negativa de este tipo. Estamos convencidos de que la entrega se realizó correctamente y con atenciones adicionales. Sus comentarios nos parecen desproporcionados y creemos que se deben a su frustración por no haber podido acompañar personalmente a su madre en este proceso. Tras hablar con ella, nos transmitió satisfacción con nuestros servicios, aunque sí expresó su confusión con el inventario, lo cual ya aclaramos personalmente, por este motivo fuimos a hablar con ella y nunca se le coaccionó como usted indica. Le recuerdo que usted nunca ha estado presente en ninguna de las situaciones que describe en su reseña. Nos apena que, pese a todo el esfuerzo realizado, su percepción sea distinta. Seguimos a su disposición para cualquier aclaración futura, siempre con la profesionalidad y dedicación que nos caracteriza. Atentamente, Lanzarote Agents

Vivi Koark deserves a 6 star rating! She has been absolutely outstanding over the almost 2 years of our search for our dream home. She showed us various properties from luxury villas to doer uppers in her friendly open and honest manner and was willing to share lots of local information and recommendations even when we tried to buy from a competitor. She understood the upheaval of several properties that turned out not to be all they seemed and watched out for suitable properties for us. Finally she has negotiated the perfect home for us, and then gone way above to assist with all the practicalities of alarms, internet, cleaning & maintenance, mail, waste. A truly fabulous buying experience, I cannot recommend Lanzarote Agents highly enough!

We first had contact with Alex and her team at Lanzarote Agents in February 2024 when Alex showed us a property she was selling, and of which we are now the proud owners. We spent several months dealing with her while we were selling our existing villa and during that time they could not have been more helpful. Alex was always on hand to answer our questions, and arrange viewings in a professional way, always giving us the time we needed and ready for a friendly chat. We have dealt with several estate agents in Playa Blanca over the last few years but if we were to ever need one again, Lanzarote Agents would be definitely be our first choice!

Wir, Diana und Karlheinz Koch haben über Lanzarote Agents ein wunderbareres Haus gekauft. Beim ersten telefonischen Kontakt mit Alina hatten wir sofort das Gefühl, hier den richtigen Partner gefunden zu haben. Die Betreuung war von Anfang bis Ende und auch darüber hinaus, was sicherlich nicht selbstverständlich ist, perfekt. Hierfür würden wir gerne mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben. Alina und das gesamte Team sind absolut vertrauensvoll, sie sind Kundenorientiert und sehr professionell. Unsere Fragen, und wir hatten sehr viele, wurden schnell und präzises beantwortet. Darüber hinaus wurde uns ein Rechtsanwalt vermittelt, der ebenfalls die bereits geschilderten Eigenschaften verkörpert. Ich möchte noch erwähnen, dass wir das Haus ohne vorherige Besichtigung, von Deutschland aus gekauft haben. Der Kauf wurde komplett über Telefon, Mails, Bilder und Videos abgewickelt. Dies soll unterstreichen, wie korrekt alles vorbereitet und begleitet wurde. Einige Wochen nach Kaufabschluss hatten wir die Besichtigung des Hauses mit Alina und haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es uns im Vorfeld kommuniziert wurde. We were recommended to use Lanzarote Agents to sell our property in Playa Blanca and were not disappointed. Alex and Luisa were both really helpful. Alex visited us to discuss an asking price. A photographer visit was arranged but we were disappointed with the results. Not a problem to Alex. She immediately arranged for an alternative photographer to visit. Throughout the whole process she has answered all of our questions, and has made it much easier for us when back in the UK. She also arranged for work to be carried out on the property, which we requested, while we were in the UK, and she oversaw that for us too. A pleasure to deal with! Alex was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Not a thing was too much trouble and she was always available. During our first viewing she was chatty, professional and gave us all the time we needed. She even arranged with the the builder to be collected so he could explain what works were to be completed to have it my way. I especially liked that she was in no way pushy and did not try to "sell" us the house. Alex provided videos of the properties we liked sent them to us in the uk and she herself would do a snag list of things to be done. Once we had decided to buy she handled the details for us recommended lawyers, banks and the process professionally and gave me immediate updates. She even phoned me at around 8pm to let me know that the villa was mine and arrangements for my up and coming visit would help complete the admin. Alex and her team were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Alex was helpful in arranging our completion date with the other logistical matters. It was great to deal with a genuine person who lives locally and was always available. Would happily recommend Alex. Alex and her team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Not thing was ever too much trouble and she was always available. During our first viewing she was chatty, professional and gave us all the time we needed. I want to share the amazing experience I had and still have with this Estate Agent in particular with Alexandra Bonnet. While our house hunting is still ongoing due to Covid 19 we couldn't be in Lanzarote to view and buy the house of my dreams. another lucky family bought it... Alexandra was incredibly responsive. Perfect English and Italian so the conversation was very easy to manage. Alexandra shared Videos and we spoke and exchanged several emails and she was very helpful in every single aspects of the specific house and possible future and standard running costs. it is crucial to know any possible cost that you might don't think about before buying an house abroad. They delivered it 100%. I have no doubt when the next house in Las Coloradas will be available I will 100% use them. Grazie Alexandra

Estafadores?? Creo que sí, tocaron a mi puerta en agosto de 2019 diciendo que estaba de ocupa, que mi casa estaba embargada, hablé con el propietario y nada que ver!! Obvio después de 10 años ahí ... Entonces ellos sin vergüenza ninguna me ofrecieron 3.000 euros para dejar la vivienda. No quise meterme en enrreos, pero eso es para denunciar y vaya hasta para más, porque vaya mal rato nos hicieron pasar con las amenazas

Bereits vom 1. Kontakt an mit Lanzarote Agents, Frau Krämer, entwickelte sich eine von Vertrauen und Freundlichkeit dominierte Zusammenarbeit. Der Hauskauf erfolgte per Videobesichtigung welche professionell von Frau Krämer absolviert wurde. Bei der späteren Besichtigung vor Ort fand sich alles bestätigt wie angegeben und bei der Videodemonstration gesehen. FIVE STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH! I very rarely leave reviews unless for exceptionally good or bad reasons. Lanzarote Agents are fantastic. We had been considering purchasing a property in Lanzarote for many years, and, having saved thousands of pounds on cancelled holidays due to Covid, we found ourselves with the opportunity to do so. Communication and response times could not have been better throughout the entire process and there is certainly no language barrier to concern yourselves with. Within two days we had received full details of all the suitable properties, their good points and bad points and a long video of our initial favourite. There is no hard sell at all. I dealt mainly with Alexandra (the rest of the team are great too), who’s main concern is to find exactly the property you desire, no matter how long this may take, there really is no pressure at all. Their knowledge of Lanzarote, the different areas, pros and cons of locations and which properties to avoid was invaluable. As for the purchase itself, yes there are hurdles what with Brexit and Covid thrown in, but Alexandra helped at every stage of the purchase from start to finish, going way beyond what you may normally expect, with bank recommendation, solicitors, in fact everything you could wish for. In fact, they remain available for any advice, whether that be for arranging any type of works on your property or where to go surfing. This is a very hardworking company that will assist in any way possible, chase people when needed and better still, it is all done with a smile! If, like we were, you are considering buying a property in Lanzarote but are not quite taking the step yet due to Brexit or any other worries, my suggestion is don’t hesitate, but make sure you use Lanzarote Agents to do so! We are absolutely delighted with our new holiday home! One final comment… I contacted most of the agents with properties listed in Playa Blanca and response times were generally slow. In particular Lanzarote Investments (easily confused with Lanzarote Agents as they have a similarly good website) who despite my chasing are yet to send any prospective property details through. I have no idea if they are any good or not, just sharing my experience with them!
