Estuvimos en el bungalow 14 campo de golf. Es un lugar súper tranquilo para descansar. El bungalow está nuevo y con todos los detalles. La cama comodísima y el entorno súper cuidado, incluida la piscina que es una pasada. El anfitrión súper amable y están siempre pendientes para que la estancia sea lo más agradable posible.

Stunning Villa Canela, with a wonderful sized pool, open plan indoor/outdoor lounge and deck. Welcome was excellent and the location, as part of el Salobre is peaceful, beautiful and ideal for non-golfing visitors. Excellent facilities on site and only a short drive to Puerto Mogan marina for waterside dining and shopping. 5 stars.

We have just returned from a week stay at Apartment V&L in Puerto Mogan. The apartment is superb, located overlooking the beach and close to all amenities. The decor is excellent and is fully equipped with everything you need. Superb service from Zeus and Chiara who dealt with requests promptly and efficiently. We will definately book again with VillaGranCanaria and stay in the beautiful resort of Puerto Mogan

Llevamos varios años reservando Villa Sun Cay para nuestras vacaciones y ¡nos encanta! Sin embargo, este año hemos tenido problemas con el estado del agua de la piscina, impidiéndonos disfrutar los primeros días de ella. A pesar de esto, queríamos agradecer a la persona encargada del mantenimiento de la piscina por su atención e implicación en intentar solucionar el problema en todo momento. Rogaríamos que para próximas estancias se lograse solucionar definitivamente el problema y poder volver a disfrutar 100% de todas las instalaciones de la villa.

Hemos disfrutado de una estancia de 7 días, en el Par 4 en el Salobre. La ubicación es magnífica y la villa está equipada con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable.Te obsequian todos los días con pan. Te dejan un pack de cortesía de bienvenida muy completo. Por poner una pega, los ruidos de las obras que hay por la zona, que es algo molesto. Por otro lado, señalar la amabilidad de Chiara y de Francesca, siempre dispuestas a ayudar en todo momento. Llevamos veraneando ya muchos años en el Salobre y repetiremos seguro.

villas muy bonitas,es la segunda vez que venimos a estas villas, habían varias cucarachas por todas las aceras, cuando entramos todo bien, pero a medida que pasa el tiempo te vas dando cuenta que le falta un poco más de limpieza a las villas, pero lo más destacable es que la gente pone la música muy alta en sus villas, pero por lo demás son muy buenas.

The actual property gets top marks. Perhaps on the expensive side if you are paying full price. My actual score reflects our appalling experience with the Las Palmas office staff who dealt with our complaints. A complaint which was not anyone's fault but they turned it into a nightmare. I also might add we have been good loyal customers for many years and that counted for nothing. Our hats are off to a charming lady called Francesca who works for GCV she certainly did everything in her power to support us. But the lady who was in charge of customers service on Monday 15th September. Spoiled our holiday.

We had an amazing stay last week. Everything was perfect! When we arrived there was a welcome package with food and drinks. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Everything was very clean and the swimming pool was a perfect addition for the hot weather!

I really should be giving a poor review which would hopefully put others off from booking, and therefore keep even more dates open for my own selfish use. However, I have nothing but praise for this well run business. Every email, date, confirmation/information was all replied and relayed and given in quick time. Spotless to the stage of OCD. Nothing was a problem. We look forward to our next visit. Thanks Steven

Van alle gemakken voorzien, prachtige locatie (rustige ligging) en goeie service. Prijs Kwaliteit was Top. Komen er graag terug!

Mooi, goed uitgerust appartement op een goede locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Goede communicatie en fijn ontvangst. Flexibiliteit op de vertrekdag maakte de vakantie af. Kom zeker terug!

Chalet Golden Sahara Superb Villa in a fantastic location. Villa is well equipped with everything you could ask for. As it is right on the dunes it can get sandy when it’s windy but that is to be expected. The pool and patio area is cleaned regularly. There’s equipment there if you need to sweep up yourself. We stayed for 15 nights and we had one clean in the middle of the holiday. This was fine although a more regular towel change is recommended. We did find the beds a bit uncomfortable, extremely thin mattresses, the owners really need to invest in better beds. Overall this is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again. We had such a great time it definitely deserves 5 stars. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Villa de lujo en un complejo muy bueno para desconectar

Charmante résidence de style canarien en front de mer. Bien entretenue. Quartier calme avec commerces et restaurants à proximité. Belle piscine privée. Accès à une belle plage à proximité également. La vue sur la mer est magique. On en profite grâce à la terrasse et au séjour. Appartement fonctionnel. Bien équipé avec plein de rangements. Coin douche à rafraîchir un peu. Équipe sympathique, très disponible et réactive par téléphone, par WhatsApp ou email. Maria est charmante et très bricoleuse, vient vous dépanner en cas de besoin. Nous avons apprécié le prêt des ventilateurs en l'absence de climatisation. Avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet endroit.

Todo muy espectacular pasamos 5 noches en familia y todo muy genial teníamos nuestro servicio de pan desde las 8 de la mañana el servicio técnico muy rápido y eficaz por poner algo negativo falto más limpieza de la piscina pero en general todo un 10 y volveremos a repetir gracias por todo 😘

Estuvimos en villa Rina una semana, teniendo una semana de relax delante de las dunas de playa del inglés! Todo esto muy bien , buena zona, tranquila con supermercado cerca y zona tranquila y fácil comunicación con todo ! Buena comunicación con villas Gran canaria que en todo momento estuvimos atendidos ! Wij verbleven in Los Albaricoques 12 en hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Heel fijn huis, alles qua keukenapparatuur aanwezig, hele fijne bedden. Tuin is lekker ruim met ligbedden en met een gezin is de wasmachine ook een welkome aanvulling :). Zwembad is heerlijk dichtbij en ruim. Overdag heel rustig, Zaten goed centraal en hebben veel gezien. Vinden zelf een huurauto wel een must . Jammer dat het winkelcentrum erachter grotendeels verlaten is, maar genoeg winkelcentra in de omgeving. Goed contact met Villa GranCanaria, na de eerste week (waren er 2 weken) werd ons huis ook nog eens schoongemaakt en bedden verschoond. Was echt een top vakantie! Hopen zeker nog een keer terug te komen

La primera noche empezaron a salir cucarachas que subían por las paredes, salían por el baño y por toda la cocina (había un nido dentro del apartamento). Tienen un tlf de urgencias que sólo atienden hasta las 21 horas y después ya no pueden hacer nada ( eso nos contestó la persona con la que conseguimos hablar para todo esto) nos dijo que hasta el día siguiente no podían hacer nada. Dormimos con toda el apartamento lleno de insecticida. Al día siguiente nos mandan a otro apartamento teniendo que perder un día de vacaciones y cuando llegamos no pudimos entrar hasta 4 horas después porque no se dieron cuenta de que no estaba limpio. Nos dijeron que tardarían como 1 hora y no la limpiaron ni prepararon hasta 2 horas o 3 más después ( teniendo que llamar varias veces porque no habían limpiado aún). No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

Our apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything. Communication and key handover were very quick and friendly. The apartment was also cleaned twice, as agreed upon in advance. Our clothes rack broke during the storm, but it was replaced immediately! I highly recommend this rental!

Excelente villa.. recién reformada.. pequeña pero con todas las comodidades. Ideal para una familia de 3 como nosotros.

Estuvimos una semana en la villa 8 de Par 4 A ver el trato de la agencia correcto con detalles q nadie a tenido con nosotros. En ese sentido muy bien. La casa estaba bastante limpia, igual algún detalle mejorable… pero bien en general, nada a destacar y las instalaciones bien. La casa de 8 sin dudarlo pero sin embargo…. Teníamos 4 arquetas delante de la casa, dos de ellas no cerraban bien y madre mía lo q salía de allí cada noche…. Cucarachas enormes! Con la llegada del calor los responsables del complejo podrían fumigar… porque ni valen dos duros los alquileres ni las casitas…. No pudimos disfrutar del exterior por la noche y no pudimos descansar de la psicosis diaria. No tengo fotos, tengo vídeos

Fuimos 6 miembros de la misma familia entre ellos mi madre de 84 años . La villa es muy cómoda y práctica para ella ( y para el resto) genial el aire acondicionado que nos salvó de la ola de calor. Zona muy tranquila. Todo el personal que nos atendió fueron muy amables. Sin duda volveremos.

La experiencia es el apartamento Aida 201 ha sido muy buena, el apartamento cumple con todas las expectativas, muy bien equipado con todo en un complejo muy tranquilo.

Un bungalow maravilloso, pequeñito pero súper acogedor, la zona exterior es bastante amplia y maravillosa, sin duda repetiremos. La única pega que se le puede poner es el tema un poco de la limpieza pero por lo demás muy bien todo.

Beware: Nueva Suecia 523 run-down apartment and Villa Gran Canaria very inflexible with compensation! Only Stress!!! We were staying in San Agustín for almost two months already prior to our stay at Nueva Suecia 523. We booked for 7 nights through VillaGranCanaria's webpage and luckily for only 7 nights. The communication via WhatsApp and Telefon before arrival was good. However, upon arrival, the nightmare began. The property has a nice view over the beach of San Agustín, but that's all there is to it. The facility around the apartment reminded us of the favelas: several dried trees and plant leaves and dirt on the floor and no one who cleans it. In the apartment, several things were broken, such as loose door handles to the bathroom and to the terrace, a faucet in the kitchen that seemed to fall off by the slightest touch, a window that couldn't be locked properly, and a broken antenna cable outside the house that we discovered because the TV couldn't get a signal. And to be honest the apartment wasn’t clean either walking barefooted in the apartment; after an hour or two our feet were black with dirt. The antenna cable and the handle of the terrace door were fixed, and the faulty window was shut permanently. Either way, they were quick and very instant to block our credit card with a deposit of €350. Additionally, the broken amenities, the pictures, and information on the website were either misleading or wrong. It stated that there are two bedrooms, but one hardly counts as a bedroom since it was a dark and small storage room with no windows where one could hardly walk by the bunkbed to get to the drawer, and that was already stuffed with multiple big bags full of towels, sheets, and blankets. There was a tiny safety box that was shoved into a storage and maintenance shaft under all the cleaning utensils; one had to halfway crawl into the shaft to make use of it. On the description, it stated "cable/satellite TV“; however, we only had antenna TV with hardly 30 channels, and that only after it was fixed the second day. To make it worthwhile, the community that manages Nueva Suecia installed two flood lights pointing right down at the apartment, which made everything as bright as day for the entire night and heavily disturbing our sleep. Upon questioning Villagrancanaria and the local maintenance team if they could turn it off sometime in the night or at least move them so they shine somewhere else, we were rudely told nothing could be done, and both parties said they were not responsible; we should talk to the other. Upon repeatedly requesting Villagrancanaria for a price reduction or compensation for all the discomfort, we were told "we cannot offer you a discount". Prior to this apartment, we stayed for almost two months at various very nice accommodations at San Agustín for the same price or even less, but this apartment was definitely not worth the money!! We were only met with discomfort and stress caused by Villagrancanaria!!! Villagrancanaria is listing properties for rent that are not suited for renting; they should properly inspect the properties before charging you firstly too high prices for what it's worth and secondly ridiculously high deposits for a run-down place.

We have had fantastic holidays in a villa at Salobre Golf near Maspalomas in Gran Canaria. We have booked with this company 3 times now (twice via Jet2 and once direct) and have had positive experiences each time. We did experience an issue with power (and air con!) being unavailable on our first night after landing on the island late in the evening, but comms from the VillaGranCanaria Emergency number was adequate and the power was restored promptly the next day.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Gran Canaria! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated—every detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor area was the highlight: a stunning private pool, comfortable loungers, and a breathtaking view that made every sunset unforgettable. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a modern kitchen, great Wi-Fi, and even extras like a BBQ and a washing machine, which came in handy. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful for relaxing, but still just a short drive from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and friendly; they were incredibly helpful and responsive before and during our stay. This villa truly made our Gran Canaria holiday special. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape.

Nice duplex, two bedrooms, utilities all in place and clean. Great location, not in a busy street but in a gentle pace you walk to the lively promenade in 15 minutes and it only takes a walk of 5 min to the supermarket. Swimming pool is also great. Definitely recommend staying here.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this lovely house on Gran Canaria and couldn’t be happier. The location is great – peaceful and scenic – as long as you have a rental car, which we highly recommend. There’s plenty of parking, and the house itself is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from day one. The sun exposure was sublime – sunshine all day long, which made the outdoor area a true highlight of our stay. The only minor downside was the lack of air conditioning in the living room, which made a few evenings feel a bit humid. The bedrooms, however, had great AC. We could have aired out the house more in the evenings by opening the doors, but as Norwegians we’re not used to all the insects you find on the Canary Islands, and we preferred to keep them out (they’re quite drawn to light). All in all, top marks – we had an amazing stay and would love to return to this house in the future!

Everything was perfect in my Luxury Apartment Charca III! The apartment has everything you could possibly need – a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, a washing machine, and a great terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The location is unbeatable – right next to the beach and dunes of Maspalomas. The staff were very kind, especially Zeus who welcomed me and Barbara who helped with the late checkout. I’d love to come back!

Perfekter Rückzugsort für zwei entspannte Ferienwochen Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser kleinen, aber sehr gut ausgestatteten Doppelhausvilla im Salobre Golf Resort verbracht. Die ruhige, gesicherte Anlage bietet genau das, was man sich für erholsame Ferien wünscht: viel Privatsphäre, gepflegte Umgebung und trotzdem kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Stränden und Restaurants. Die Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern ist ideal für zwei Paare oder eine kleine Familie. Besonders genossen haben wir den privaten Pool, der täglich gepflegt wurde und uns viel Raum zur Entspannung bot. Die Ausstattung im Haus liess kaum Wünsche offen – moderne Küche, bequeme Betten, Klimaanlage und eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne. In der Anlage selbst herrscht eine ruhige, angenehme Atmosphäre, ohne Hektik oder Lärm. Der Golfplatz ist landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen und auch für Nicht-Golfer eine tolle Kulisse. Nach zwei Wochen haben wir uns bestens erholt gefühlt – wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Review: Villa Par4 Number 19, Gran Canaria Rating: ★★★★☆ (4 out of 5) Villa Par4 Number 19 is situated directly on the golf course in a peaceful-looking part of Gran Canaria, with convenient access to and from the airport. However, reaching the motorway towards Puerto Rico currently requires a short detour, as you must drive back on yourself before rejoining in the correct direction. Fingers crossed the planned direct connection from the resort will be completed soon. On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by a representative from Villa Gran Canaria and received a generous welcome hamper of food and soft drinks—a thoughtful touch. The daily delivery of fresh bread was also a lovely addition to our mornings. The villa was clean on arrival, though certain signs of wear and tear were noticeable and should be addressed to maintain the standard the property aspires to. A major drawback during our stay was the ongoing construction on the neighbouring plots. At times, it felt as though we were living on a building site, with noise and activity detracting from the otherwise tranquil setting. Guests seeking peace and quiet may wish to check the status of this work before booking. Inside, the air conditioning in the living room was leaking onto the television. However, once reported, an engineer arrived promptly and resolved the issue within the hour by unblocking the condensation pipe. There are three bedrooms. The master has a pleasant en-suite, although the bed is only a standard double—upgrading to a king-size would be more in keeping with the overall quality of the villa. The twin bedroom had a damaged door frame which prevented the door from closing properly. This may have been caused by water leaking from the adjacent bathroom, as the wooden floor in the hallway was slightly raised. The door from the living area to the bedrooms also scraped against the floor. These issues should be addressed promptly to prevent further damage and to deal with the damp smell in that part of the property. The kitchen is well-equipped for a week’s stay, with a full range of utensils, plenty of glasses for both indoor and outdoor use, and a good selection of tea and coffee mugs—including, pleasingly, a medium-sized coffee cup. However, the fridge was missing a bottle tray and had a broken component on the door, which may require replacing the entire door. The sofa in the living area was comfortable but not quite in full working order—one section had come loose, creating a noticeable gap. It’s a minor repair but does require attention from the management company. The skirting board below the kitchen worktop also needs replacing. The midweek cleaning service was appreciated, especially as it wasn’t scheduled too close to our departure. The private pool was enjoyable and cleaned on the Tuesday of our stay. Wi-Fi was available, though coverage was inconsistent and unreliable in some rooms. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay and would return. That said, the construction noise and various maintenance issues prevent this villa from achieving a full five stars. With some overdue attention to detail, it could easily earn top marks.

Die VistaVilla 30 ist von der Lage bestimmt mit das Beste in diesem Resort. Wir waren begeistert. Es gibt wenig zu beanstanden. Es gibt viel Platz und alles was zum Leben und Leben lassen benötigt ist vorhanden. Wer gerne deutsches TV schauen möchte, wird nicht leiden. Wir haben sogar gegrillt und öfter zu Hause gegessen, als es eigentlich geplant war. Pool hat uns für 12 Tage 300.- Heizung gekostet. Es war es wert. Wir waren morgens, mittags, abends 3x täglich im Pool. Das Resort ist natürlich für Golfer

I stayed in Charca III for a week in December 2023. I was very pleased with all aspects of the apartment. It is perfect size for 2 people and has a wonderful outside space. Every detail is thought of and taken care of. It is modern yet homely. Normally I would have some items that I think would improve a property but for once I cannot find anything that I would need. I would like to thank Villa Gran Canaria for all their assistance in my dealings with them. They are very professional and look after the customer perfectly.

Recently stayed with my family 12 nights and while I think it’s a good place, the property isn’t properly managed. There were squished mosquitoes (some with blood) throughout the walls and ceiling when we arrived. It was disgusting. They told us someone came to clean them while we were out but no one came and when I told them, it was ignored. We had a long stay so this was disappointing and unsanitary. The A/C didn’t work the first 2 nights but once it was repaired, it worked great. Again, great location but we would not stay again unless management changed.

Het is een formidabele villa, voorzien van alle luxe en gemakken. Het ontbreekt je werkelijk aan niks. Ook wil ik VillaGranCanaria bedanken voor de fantastische begeleiding, de interesse en goede zorg, ook gedurende ons verblijf. Kortom, VillaGranCanaria en Villa Oasis Serenity is een echte aanrader

Nice place, totally good for couples. Easy check in and out, short walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants are in walking distance. I can recommend it. 😉

Insoportable los 7 días que estuve.de 7 días 5 días con un tractor con pica justamente al lado de 10 de la mañana a 3 de la tarde menos hoy que son las 5.50 de la tarde y todavía está dándole.eso si me han de vuelto dinero pero eso no quería yo.yo quería relajarme que aquí es imposible.te dicen que si que hay una obra pero esto es diferente.espero que no la alquiles hasta que acabe la obra.

A fabulous apartment! This was our 2nd time staying in this 3 bed-roomed apartment. Spotlessly clean, very spacious, fantastic balcony. You could not ask for a better location. Right on the beach, restaurants and marina all close by. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We will be back!!

We are staying in villa los Dragos 6 for a week. What a fantastic villa! It is so beautifull, everything you need is in the house! The garden with sunbeds and pool is sunny from early in the morning untill 18.00( in april). You can enjoy the view of 3 holes of the Salobre New course! On the upper terras there is a beautifull sunlounger and jacuzzi! It is perfect!

Playa del Ingles:Wir sind begeistert über so eine tolle, stilvolle, hochwertige Unterkunft. Die Möbel, Küche und Inventar sowie das Bad mit seinen schönen Handtüchern und auch das Bett sowie Bettzeug sind hochwertig. Tarife Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen, es liegt zentral am yumbo.

Lovely location and property but beach tractors start at 5am

Super fijn verblijf gehad en hele goede service. Op de dag van vertrek hadden wij 8 uur vertraging en mochten we gratis gebruik maken van een ander huisje tot onze vlucht vertrok. Dat was wel heel erg fijn met een 6 maanden oude baby. Verder een fijne villa, bijna de gehele dag zon buiten, keukengerei ruim voldoende aanwezig. Hadden wel wat problemen met de stroom. De stoppen sprongen er steeds uit, maar dat werd redelijk snel opgelost.

Good location, very quiet. We were made very welcome by Rene who showed us round the property and helped when we had questions. The villa was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Great 👍 location. The promenade and beach views just behind the wall. Lovely pool : just the right temperature and right in front of our apartment. Close to everything. Parking nearly always possible close. Helpful when things weren't clear. Well equipped... The only thing was maybe the smaller bedroom lacked Aircon? Auf englisch damit es auch jeder versteht In English so everyone can understand Not recommended - rip off with the deposit! We absolutely cannot recommend this holiday home! The accommodation itself is fine, but the owners are a disaster. After our stay, the entire deposit of 1,000 euros was withheld completely without justification! Supposedly we had damaged something, which was most likely caused by the great storm that swept over Gran Canaria a week earlier. We left the house exactly as we found it - clean and tidy. I even washed the towels provided! Nevertheless, we were accused of leaving the house dirty or causing damage. An absolutely dubious behavior! If you want to save yourself stress and trouble on vacation, you should urgently avoid this house. Here the deposit is withheld with fady justifications - a pure rip-off!

Mogan Beachfront apartment. Lovely, modern, well-equipped, spacious, light and airy apartment, ideal for 6 adults (in our case 4 adults and a baby). 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are so convenient. Ideally situated for beach and town - both 3 minutes walk away. Great terrace with full sun all day and sea/town views. Daytime buzz from the restaurants below but nothing later on to disturb our peaceful sleep. Villa Gran Canaria staff very helpful throughout.

Basically a fine house but both inside and outside it needs some updating. Especially considering the relativly high rental price.

Another wonderful stay at Apartment MC ‘Over the Sea’ at Las Canteras Beach, Las Palmas. Perfect location and a really comfortable apartment with everything we need for an enjoyable stay. Villagrancanaria is an excellent company to deal with - really good communication and service, prompt and helpful responses and very pleasant staff. Needless to say, we’ve booked again for next year.

Die gesamte Ferienanlage mit dem schönen grossen Pool in welchem man auch gut Bahnen schwimmen kann gefiel uns sehr gut.Die Anlage ist an einem Hang gebaut wobei der Pool oberhalb der Häuser liegt.Von dort oben kann man aufs Meer schauen und den Sonnenuntergang sehen.Ein grosser Teil der Liegen ist schon sehr verschmutzt und schwarz verfärbt was abstoßend wirkt.Ein kleiner Teil der Liegen ist auch neu.Teilweise sind die Schirme kaputt.Unser Haus Nr.28 direkt an der Strasse hinterm Hotel H10 lag sehr praktisch um die Einkaufsachen problemlos rein tragen zu können.Allerdings fahren dort auch die Busse.Uns hat dies aber nicht gestört. Viel mehr gestört haben uns die nicht leise zu schließenden Türen welche klemmen.Eine Schiebetür unten zum 2. Bad sehr schwerfällig zu öffnen.Alle Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terasse und im WZ ohne Sitzkissen sehr unbequem und auf Dauer viel zu hart.Eine Liege welche schwer zu benutzen ist weil man kaum rein und geschweige denn wieder raus kommt als Mensch über 50.Bei Benutzung hat man das Gefühl sie bricht in sich zusammen solche Geräsche entstehen dabei.Ein unansehnlich Lenolium Belag auch draussen auf der Terasse.Ein künstlicher grüner Rasenbehang als Sichtschutz am Zaun.Kein Sonnenschirm bei den Liegen auf der Terasse und auch nicht oben auf dem Balkon.Ohne Markise nicht zu benutzen tagsüber weil in der Sonne viel zu heiß.Ein WZ Tisch mit Brandflecken.Das Kaffee Geschirr in sehr abgeweztem Zustand.Ein grosses Messer in kaputtem uns sehr ekelhaftem Zustand.Keine Biergläser.Kein Dosenöffner.Keine Tisch Sets vorhanden für den Glas Tisch auf der Terasse.Keine Nesspresso Kaffee Maschine.Wurde aber auf Anfrage nachgereicht.Der Toaster ohne Zeitvorwahl und Hinterweltlich.Wir haben einen Toaster kaufen müssen.Das Hauptschloss der Glasschiebetür vom WZ ist nicht mehr benutzbar.Ein Ersatzschloss befindet sich bodentief und schlecht erreichbar für ältere Menschen.Grosse Kakerlake in der Gardine am ersten Tag.Betten sehr hart.Tisch auf dem kleinen Balkon wackelt total. Tor zur Strasse klemmt ist nur mit Kraft und lautstark zuzumachen. Die Beleuchtung mangelhaft in allen Räumen zu dunkel und unangenehm.Die Fenster total verschmiert und voll Kinderhände.Wurden auch auf Anfrage nicht gereinigt.Einen neuen Grill gibt es jetzt allerdings aber der alte verkommene steht einem immer noch täglich vor den Augen und wurde nicht entsorgt. Die wöchentliche Reinigung haben wir nur ein Mal machen lassen da danach das ganze Haus unerträglich nach Desinfektionsmittel gestunken hat.Nach dem Wischen auch immer noch die Haare am Boden zu finden waren weil es hier wohl keine Sauger gibt und auch nicht vorher gefegt wurde.Die Geschirrtüche welche man neu bekommt eher einem alten Putzlappen gleichen und die Kissenbezug seitlich offen sind und es einem passieren kann das auf dem Kissen noch lange Haare vom Vorgänger liegen.Das Laken grau an statt weiss also auch eigentlich zu alt. und sehr unangenehm war, was ich in der zweiten Woche als Decke hingelegt bekam. Zu guter Letzt fehlt auch auf der hinteren sich im Schatten befindlichen Terasse ein Tisch und Stühle so das man tagsüber auch dort essen kann.Dort ist allerdings auch das Tor offen. Wir würden dieses abgewohnte Haus nicht wieder buchen.Es entsprach nicht dem was wir erwartet hatten.Der Eigentümer hat es schlicht weg über die Jahre vernachlässigt. Wir waren von all diesen Umständen sehr endtäuscht. Nur dumm das wir gleich drei Wochen hier verbringen mussten.🙄 Erfreulich war die morgentliche Begegnung beim Frühstück wenn der Wiedehopf in der Palme saß und sich geputzt hat! Meloneras hat uns aber ansonsten insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Das Krankenhaus ist beinahe fußläufig zu erreichen.Ein nötiges MRT bekommt man hier innerhalb weniger Tage. Einen sehr guten Supermarkt gibt es auch.Er ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und hat ein super Angebot.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage und phantastische Lage der Ferienwohnung Traumhafter Blick. Die Übergabe erfolgte sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber, teilweise etwas spartanisch ausgestattet. Rundum ein sehr gutes Paket und wir kommen wieder.

Ein tolles Apartment in super zentraler Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Wir waren als Familie hier, was perfekt war mit den zwei Schlafzimmern. Die große Terrasse war unser Highlight und der Meerblick noch schöner als auf dem Fotos! Gerne wieder! Der Vermieter war auch sehr hilfsbereit wenn man eine Frage hatte!

Wir hatten 8 Nächte zu zweit in einer kleinen Wohnung in Patalavaca. Gute Kommunikation zum Check-in, super Ausstattung und Service, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit tollem Meerblick, über Treppen ca 10 Fußminuten zum Strand. Besonders toll war die Zwischenreinigung nach 4 Tagen bei einer Woche Anmietung, die bei so viel Sand überall auch nötig ist

We have just spent 10 days in an apt in Salinetas. Lovely balcony looking over the beach which faces east - so sunshine lost after midday. Apt very well equipped for 6 adults and we appreciated having towels and linen changed halfway through our stay. A good spot to base oneself for exploring the island. Not at all touristy area this area which we liked.

Four of us stayed in the apartment MG/JM in Arguineguin for a week. The apartment is very spacious, has a very well equipped kitchen and has fabulous views from the balcony. We had a wonderful holiday. Arguineguin is a lovely town with lots of restaurants and a number of little beaches and coves. There is a good path along the coast to Amfi. We were met on arrival at the apartment by Barbara from Villa Gran Canaria. This was very welcoming. All the staff we met or spoke with from Villa Gran Canaria were very helpful. Thank you.

We have just returned from a 3 week golfing holiday in Gran Canaria staying at Salobre Golf resort in a Dragos villa with @villagrancanaria Fab location , lovely villa and amazing weather

Wir haben zum wiederholten Male ein Haus über Villa Gran Canaria gebucht und wieder war alles perfekt. Haus und Umgebung wie beschrieben und die Mitarbeiter sind immer Ansprechbar. Unsere Buchung für 2026 sind bereits getätigt, mehr muss man nicht schreiben.

I stayed at Santa Ana 24 which is a special Villa with is very well furnished and GCV did a good job of managing our stay. But some notes 1) the Pool did not feel heated as advertised and you can only swim in half of it as its very sallow for one half 2) I stayed here as a trial for a longer stay next year but in 11 elapsed months GCW had put a premium of + 25% on the price taking it out of my budget. So this trip was wasted and I can not now trust GCW to set reasonable yearly price increases. Be aware that the website still quotes “prices from x” that are no longer valid

Fantastische plek na flinke klim. Grandioos uitzicht. Alles schoon. Zeer volledige inventaris. Ook in de keuken. Enige klacht is de zeer zware schuifdeur. Dank voor alle goede zorgen.

¡Una estancia espectacular en Villa Gran Canaria! Nos alojamos durante 11 días y la experiencia fue excelente. La villa es muy amplia, con todas las comodidades que se pueden imaginar y extremadamente limpia. A mitad de nuestra estancia, vinieron a hacer una limpieza general y a cambiar la ropa de cama y toallas, lo que fue un gran detalle. La cocina está perfectamente equipada con todo el menaje necesario y hasta con una variedad de especias, lo que facilita mucho preparar cualquier comida. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Sin duda, lo recomendamos al 100%. Volveremos en el futuro, ¡nos encantó!

Nice Stay, But Not Worth the Premium Price We spent a week at this villa during Christmas 2024. The welcome was warm, and the service was attentive. The villa itself offered plenty of space for our family, and the daily delivery of fresh bread rolls was a delightful touch. It’s also well-equipped, making it convenient for a longer stay. However, the property feels quite dated. Some kitchen drawers were in such poor condition that they fell out when opened, which was both inconvenient and disappointing. Additionally, we paid €350 to have the pool pre-heated, yet the water was still cold upon arrival. It eventually warmed up, but for that price, it should have been ready from the start. Considering the premium price we paid for this stay, these issues shouldn’t have been present. While we did enjoy our time here, the villa needs some significant updates to truly justify its cost.

Absolutely amazing from a little hiccup with time for transfer soon sorted that out and could not be more happy with villa finca we had a great time as a family sharing Christmas in the villa would definitely re book this villa

I travel a lot. I stay in many nice hotels with very nice view from balcon but never had so beautiful teracce with perfect view. Yes, it is expencive, but app is so nice that I forgot a money give for it.

Zeer tevreden over deze accomodatie . Alles was overcompleet aanwezig . Mooi groot huis met alles erop en er aan. Schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien . Gelegen in een mooie villawijk. Dichtbij winkels . Echr een aanrader . Enige minpuntje de met plastic beklede bescherming vd matrassen en de synthetische dekbedden.

Just come back fro 12 days at number 4 Los Dragos and WOW! Total relaxation, privacy and silence! We booked with Villa Gran Canaria for myself, my wife and 1 year old daughter and loved it! Barbara met us there and was so helpful and available any time we needed anything. Having the private pool was brilliant! No sharing, no closing at 8pm no opening times, I really can't do a holiday any other way anymore and the enjoyment my daughter had learning to swim and playing in it was priceless! The villa is big, very clean, modern and the views are amazing! The amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, smart TVs, aircon (that works), Wi-Fi and BBQ just make life easier. There is a Spar supermarket at the entrance just before security that has most of the things you need. I have Spanish family who live in Gran Canaria and had them round for the day and they couldn't believe how quiet and peaceful it was. We'll definitely be back soon as I said earlier I can't do a holiday any other way anymore.

We booked the villa for 3 weeks to enjoy some winter sun. The villa is lovely and has all you need. The staff at Villa Gran Canaria have been very helpful and responsive when needed. We’ve even booked with them again to come back just after the New year.

Muy mala atencion al cliente. Hemos llegado y la piscina está sucia ( como si llevara semanas sin limpiarse). Al reclamar no nos contestan a las llamadas ni nos dan solucion por whatsapp. 1300 euros de reserva para un apartamento con piscina privada que no podremos usar. Te bloquean 300 euros de fianza pero luego ellos no responden a las incidencias que ellos generan. Ni recomendaremos ni repetiremos y desde luego reclamaremos los perjuicios ocasionados.

Superbly designed property. Great kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, good air conditioning. Also extremely near the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Everything you need is provided and you receive a warm welcome. Hope to return.

A beautiful small apartment with a beautiful view. Sadly we couldn't enjoy it because the neighbours spent most of their time chain smoking. We couldn't even leave the window/sliding door open. We spent a lot of money to stay here for a week, it shouldn't be sold as a non-smoking apartment. Fine if you're a smoker, but horrible if you're not. Sorry, but poor show VillaGranCanaria.

We had a great time in our private villa with swimming pool! The environment was great and with our rented car we went to the most beautiful villages and beaches within 30 minutes. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for an awesome stay at Gran Canaria!

I booked and stayed at Sun Cay Villa via Villa Gran Canaria. An amazing villa away from the touristy areas, great for a lazy holiday, with an added bonus of the oranges being ripe on the tree in the garden and they tasted better than any shop bought ones. Villa Gran Canaria have been brilliant to deal with. A minor issue with the villa that needed a plumber was organised and fixed by them in less than 30 minutes. They were also very accommodating when my arrival time was delayed by hours (flight issues). All their staff that I communicated with have been so helpful, and they also speak and write very good english (I don't speak / write spanish). All in all, a highly recommended company that I would use again, and an amazing villa too, would happily stay there again.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer war unverstellt und einfach mega - Sonnenuntergang inklusive! Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet – wir haben nichts vermisst. Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in einer Ferienimmobilie dieses Anbieters, den wir ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen! It was truly a joy to call this place home for the week. The apartment had everything I could wish for, including: Air Conditioning: A must-have for those warm days. Dishwasher and Washing Machine: These amenities made it so convenient to keep things tidy and ensured I had clean clothes throughout my stay. We all have that favorite item we love to wear over and over, right? My only criticism would be the absence of a kettle for boiling water to make tea. I would recommend adding a small kettle for future guests. However, this did not spoil my holiday in the slightest, as I was able to boil water in a small pan on the hob. Every other detail was meticulously attended to, making my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment and the company managing it. Adiòs Gran Canaria, until next time!

Salobre golf & resort es un complejo muy bonito , un buen lugar para desconectar. Privado, con vigilancia continua, supermercado, restaurante., campo de golf. Villa muy tranquila y limpia. Con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones muy cómodas, para sentirte como en casa. La piscina privada en la villa , grande y muy limpia. Parking privado. La villa es tal como sale en las fotos. El trato del personal es impecable, atentos y agradables. Muchas gracias por esos detalles de cortesía.

Wir waren im Herbst 2024 das erste Mal in der Ferien-Wohnung Nautilus 8D gewesen. Überwältigt waren wir schon, als wir das in die Wohnung kamen und das erste Mal die atemberaubende Aussicht erleben konnten. Von der Terrasse hat man einen überwältigenden Blick über den gesamten Canteras-Strand. Es ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ist modern ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Als besonderes Highlight gibt es auch eine kleine Spülmaschine. Für unseren Geschmack waren lediglich die Betten zu weich. Schlafen konnten wir bei geöffnetem Fenster, wobei wir den oft geschilderten Lärm vom Strands nicht wahrnehmen konnten, auch die nächtlichen Arbeiten der Strandtrecker haben wir nicht wahrgenommen, das Rauschen des Meeres hat uns einfach zu sehr in den Schlaf gewogen :-) Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war darüberhinaus großartig, Antworten kamen prompt und kompetent. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte einwandfrei mit der sehr netten Mitarbeiterin. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Urlaubsunterkunft und wir planen schon für nächstes Jahr.

The staff were very competent, friendly and reactive. The apartment is pleasant and very well appointed and has a separate kitchenette, lounge, bedroom, bathroom and large balcony. More than suitable for a couple.

We recently stayed in a Vista Golf villa, at Salobre, with Villa Gran Canaria. The villa was clean and tidy, and the private pool was lovely. Villa Gran Canaria also had fresh bread delivered to us daily, no extra charge. If you're looking for a private villa experience, in a stunning location away from, (but not too far away from), the southern resorts of Maspolamas, Puerto Rico, Mogan, etc., then give them a look. Although you will likely want to hire a car to get around the island... IMHO it's a well run company, with a great selection of holiday properties to choose from. This was our second time booking with Villa Gran Canaria, and we'll definitely use them again.

Prime location, modern apartment with everything you need. Very good and spacious for two people. You can watch sunrises from the terrace and a variety of beach restaurants is just one minute walk.

Muy mala experiencia. No le daría estrella, pero ya que para poder seguir con el review hay que darla. Para empezar que cuando reservamos salía foto de otra villa. Al llegar nos encontramos con una muy pequeña, le pregunté a el chico y que el era nuevo y ni sabe que fotos suben en los anuncios. Primera noche, no había luz en las habitaciones, afuera no se podía estar en la noche, había que entrar la mesa para poder cenar dentro ya que no hay luz, hay muchas cucarachas no solo afuera por la piscina, bbq y el patio, si no que también dentro de la villa . Se les dijo el problema, vino la gobernanta, que habían fumigado hace 2 semanas, que lo único es poner el flee maya cucas, la luz sigue sin funcionar. Se van los tacos de luz en la noche y nada de luz en la cocina o patio. Aparte, no entendemos cómo puede alguien entrar por el patio de la villa de al lado en la mañana sin avisar a limpiar la cocina. Es una falta de respeto, uno viene a esto a tener tranquilidad y privacidad y van entrando como si nada, que pasa si algo se pierde? El señor dijo que a él le dijieron que mientras el pan se ponga en la puerta el debe aprovechar a entrar y limpiar la piscina. En general, zero contentos. 1.500€ + 350€ de depósito el cual no avisaron y menos dijieron que alguien entraba sin permiso. A very bad experience, firstly the villa was not the same we booked on booking, it shows a different picture and the guy doesn’t even know what is been posted on booking. He even asked for a deposit of 350€ which we did not knew about it before booking. A lot of cockroach, not just outside but inside the villa, the light on the rooms did not work as well as the light from the garden. Supervisor came and fix some but not all, and in regards of the cockroach she said we should use the spray to kill them. You couldn’t had dinner at the garden as there was not light. You come to this places to have privacy and one morning a guy was cleaning the pool without letting anyone know of his presence, he came from the villa next to us through the garden, apparently he was told to clean the pool once they deliver the bread on the door and of course no one never told us that. Imagine if something gets lost? Who’s responsible for it? I wouldn’t even rate it, but I had to put one star, as it doesn’t let me close my comment without marking a star.

Stayed at a villa in Dragos golf at Salibre Golf Resort. Great place to stay, the villa was superb and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for a relaxing, peaceful holiday....

Nuestra estancia ha sido muy buena en general, la villa es grande, el recibimiento genial y te llevan el pan todas las mañanas, pero esperábamos algo más de una villa tan exclusiva. Deberían cuidar más la limpieza teniendo en cuenta que admiten mascotas, estaba todo el suelo lleno de pelos y también los sofás. Los aires acondicionados son antiguos y hacen ruido, la smart tv no conecta a internet, en las piscinas no hay sombrillas, hay pocas hamacas y varias rotas y el cuidado con el suelo, sobre todo si vas con niños, porque resbala muchísimo. Falta mantenimiento en general.

Ubicación espectacular junto a la playa, el apartamento es muy amplio, las habitaciones, la cocina, el comedor. El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones también es un plus. Los propietarios son súper amables ayudando en todo lo que se les solicita, información de los distintos lugares y recomendaciones. Recomiendo este alojamiento

No recomendable como gestores e intermediarios. Pésima estancia, sólo están para el cobro, cuando les planteamos nuestros problemas con la villa 11 del PAR 4 en Salobre Golf, se limitaron a dar largas y a culpar a la propietaria. Como gestores deben velar por el bienestar de los clientes. La villa se la alquilamos a VILLAGRANCANARIA, estaba en muy mal estado, ropa de cama con manchas, mobiliario roto y piscina muy sucia. Compartimos esta mala experiencia para que puedan evitar pasar por lo mismo. Si pueden elegir otros gestores que revisen las villas y velen por el buen estado con un mínimo de higiene, mejor. Nuestra experiencia fue en plena pandemia y aún la rememoramos como la peor. Familia de 4 con hijos pequeños que deseaban disfrutar y olvidar lo que todos pasamos. Presentamos las pertinentes reclamaciones. Más lejos de una disculpa, no se dignaron a presentarse en la Villa. Nefasto servicio, poca empatía, incumplimiento de lo contratado y poca profesionalidad. Culpar a la propietaria y no atender a tus clientes, no es mediar.

Hemos pasado 1 semana en las YUCAS 1, espectacular , la casa contaba con todas las necesidades, todo nuevo y muy bien cuidado, el personal muy atento a cuáquer solicitud vía wasap , todos los días no dejaron pan fresco en la puerta. Detalles de bienvenida... Las habitaciones y baños, super cómodos , la piscina limpia , no puedo decir nada solo que ha sido una semana de relax total,gracias a villas grancanaria.

La villa estaba bien, aunque tenía cosas que deberían reparar para lo que cobran por la noche... por ejemplo, no hay luz en la zona de barbacoa, ni ducha para antes de entrar en la piscina, las llaves de una de las duchas del baño solo salía agua caliente y en el otro baño la llave del lavamanos se cerraba sola, estropeada, y fumigar, que habían muchas cucarachas😱

De bungalow (velsuites) is goed gelegen ( rustig maar vlakbij boulevard), is erg schoon en halverwege ons verblijf werd deze nogmaals schoongemaakt inclusief schone bedden en handdoeken. Het zwembad wordt dagelijks onderhouden. Wasmachine en vaatwasser zijn een luxe maar wel erg fijn om te hebben. De huiskamer en master bedroom hebben een airco maar de slaapkamer met 2 losse bedden niet. Ondanks het gebrek aan airco hebben de kinderen geen last van de warmte gehad. Voor de huurauto is er altijd wel plek in de straat.

We just had a wonderful week at Villa Isabel, Maspalomas. The owner Rafael was very friendly and helpful on arrival even though it was late evening as our flight was delayed. The villa was well equipped and perfect for our needs as a family of 6 adults and two very small children. Thanks to Rafael and to VGC for a lovely holiday!

Stayed in Curie Villa for a week. Fantastic establishment, super clean and well maintained. Huge rooms, huge living room and kitchen can well accommodate 6-8 people! Huge swimming pool too and outside area. Location is just superb, in a very quiet neighbourhood but close enough to all central sights. We will definitely be coming back here every year and will bring friends and family! Such a lovely villa!

A wonderful spacious apartment and balcony, ideally situated over the beach at Mogan. The organisers are great, very efficient and very helpful. Everything is run very professionally and secure. This is our second visit, and we will definitely be back!! Thanks to all concerned.

Todo muy bien, la única pega las obras de las edificaciones de enfrente que desde primera hora de la mañana están haciendo ruido y aunque son ajenas a la casa hay que entender que es molesto.

La casa que alquilamos estaba es buenas condiciones, aunque tuvimos problemas en el check in, con la indicacion que recibimos el navegador nos metio por una calle cortada y no fuimos capaces de llegar sin tener que esperar a una persona que nos acompaño. Luego tuvimos el problema de que uno de los baños tenia un fluorescente estropeado y, despues de 6 dias de alquiler, no fueron capaces de enviar a alguien a arreglarlo, muy decepcionante. Tuvieron buenos detalles con nosotros, como dejarnos retrasar el check-out, o el regalo del pan todos los dias, aunque personalmente agradeceria mas encontrarme la casa totalmente equipada (no tener que estar preocupandome de comprar papel higienico, servilletas, jabon, etc), mas que me regalen pan todos los dias, aun asi se agradece el detalle. Al final del alquiler, luces y sombras, buenos detalles y alguna decepcion.

Un'esperienza deludente La mia permanenza presso questa villa non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Sono rimasto profondamente deluso da diversi aspetti dell'esperienza offerta. La camera da letto presentava evidenti segni di trascuratezza, con cicche di sigarette sotto il letto e macchie sulle coperte. Il frigorifero, in condizioni precarie, ha reso difficile la conservazione degli alimenti e ha causato inconvenienti durante il soggiorno, costringendoci a gettare circa 300 euro di spesa, inclusi tre bottiglie di champagne che hanno subito uno shock termico a causa del frigo spento, causando un pericoloso incidente quando ho cercato di manipolarle. Il personale, purtroppo, non è stato all'altezza delle circostanze. Le richieste di assistenza sono state accolte con un atteggiamento scortese e poco professionale, con una mancanza generale di empatia nei confronti dei problemi sollevati. scortesia e indifferenza totale di fronte ai nostri problemi, con la risposta arrogante di "invia un'email" quando abbiamo sollevato le nostre lamentele.Come si può stare in una villa di lusso senza frigofero?Allucinante!È stato particolarmente sconcertante essere addebitati ulteriori costi per la presenza dei nostri animali domestici ,sono rimasti solamente 4/5 ore e pretendono 200 euro. La piscina, sebbene pubblicizzata come un'attrazione di pregio, non ha soddisfatto le aspettative, mentre la vista sul campo da golf si è rivelata meno suggestiva di quanto ci aspettassimo. In conclusione, pur riconoscendo alcuni elementi positivi, questa villa non ha soddisfatto le aspettative di un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Spero che i gestori prendano in considerazione queste osservazioni per migliorare la qualità del servizio offerto agli ospiti futuri. God aften Carlos (VillaGranCanaria) Tak for en fin ferie i dit hyggelige hus direkte ned til Playa de San Agustin stranden i San Agustin. Alt er gået efter planen med hensyn til ankomst, hvor vi kom lidt tidligt den 10.februar. Vi forlod rækkehuset den 25. februar om morgenen efter 14 fine dage samtidig med at vi fulgte de angivne instrukser for ud-tjekning. Den lille have der er fælles for de 5 sammenhængende rækkehuse på matriklen blev i perioden passet forbilledligt af et hold venlige gartnere. I det gode vejr var den tilhørende terrasse velbesøgt, når vi spiste i huset. Jetski udlejning på stranden var fin underholdning til pensionister i legealderen. Skulle man påpege nogle mindre mangler, manglede der en liggestol eller to til huset. Ligesom hynder til stolene havde været en fin ide. En lille kuffert i stuen var klar til opbevaringen. Flott og stor leilighet, med fantastisk beliggenhet ved stranda. Flott og stor balkong med panoramautsikt over havet. Overlevering av nøkler gikk helt knirkefritt, Marius var på plass når vi kom:-) Ren og velholdt leilighet med alt av utstyr. Ekstra pluss for at håndduker og store strandhåndklær var på plass. Vi kommer definitivt tilbake:-)

Just spent a week a villa sun cay. It is a fantastic property, high spec, with attention to detail you can’t see in the pictures. A canopy was damaged by wind on the day we arrived & the owner sent someone out within a couple of hours to remove it. Great location. All you can hear at night is crickets

Wohnung modern, alles was benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Reinigung sollte 2 mal statt 1 mal erfolgen. Es sollten 2 Schlüssel statt 1 Schlüssel übergeben werden. Standort zentral. Sehr schöner und beheizter Pool. Liegen und Schirm in einwandfreien Zustand. Ich kann die Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Leider war die Wohnung Bahia meloneras 48 bei Ankunft nicht gründlich geputzt. Lange Haare der Vor ieter u Staub überall. Das war er nicht das schlimmste. Die Betten bzw Matratzen waren vergilbt, einschließlich die Kinderbettmatratze. Wir waren 9 Tage dort u laut Inserat sollte es eine Zwischenreinigung geben. Wir haben den anfänglichen Schmutz selber weg geputzt u auf die Zwischenreinigung gewartet. DIESE FAND LEIDER NICHT STATT. Vermittler informiert nach der Hälfte der Mietzeit. Nix passierte, da die sich nicht zuständig fühlen, da der Wohnungseigentümer einen eigenes Putzteam hätte u sie den Eigentümer nicht erreichen könnten. Bis zum Ende des Urlaubs keine frischen Betten. Die waren eklig. Ebenso das verschmierte fleckige Sofa. Siehe Bilder. Spülmaschine ist so winzig, dass sie nach einem Frühstück für 2 Personen voll ist, Essteller kannst du nicht hineinstellen, da sie zu groß sind. Für 4 Personen unbrauchbar. Zudem reinigt sie nicht gründlich, z.b. Kaffeetassen innen nicht sauber, usw. Der große Pool der Wohnanlage war sehr schön, ebenso die günstige Lage zum Strand u zur Promenade. Sonne auf der Terrasse gibt's zum Jahreswechsel von ca 9.30 bis 16.00 Uhr. Meerblick bzw Ausblick gibt es keinen, da das Haus gegenüber des H10 Meloneras liegt. Es war aber te Rotzdem ruhig u die Straße ist nicht stark befahren. Insgesamt hat für uns Preis Leistung überhaupt nicht gepasst. Sauber und ordentlich geht anders. Wir sind froh, dass wir keine Bettwanzen u anderes Ungeziefer mit heim gebracht haben.

WARNING. The charged us €130 to clean a spot of chocolate from the sofa. They charge you a fortune for accommodation then expect you pay extra because their cleaning company has to use a few baby wipes to clean q chocolate spot from a sofa. Cowboys!!!

Great facilities and close to local amenities. Villa and external areas were clean and well maintained. Staff easily contacted and helpful. Would recommend this villa for a family holiday. The 2 apartments being joined but with separate facilities gave privacy for us all as we holidayed with friends. Thanks

Die Lage des Bungalows Playa Flor war sehr schön. Was uns am Besten gefiel war die Tatsache, dass wir auf der Terrasse in der Sonne unser Frühstück genießen konnten. Auf Grund des kleinen Gartens konnten wir die Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang genießen.

The villa is the most spacious I have ever been to and has everything we needed. The outdoor spce is fantastic. The villa is in need of some freshening up - some of the fixtures and fittings need replacing (we had a broken light which shattered across the whole bathroom floor - very dangerous, yet nobody attended to check it out even though we reported it). Don’t expect bars or restaurants on your doorstep. There’s a few restaurants within 10/15 minutes walk but not really any bars. That said, if you stock up from the well stocked small supermarket, the villa is sufficient. El Zarcillo wine bar and restaurant is a must to check out.

Nos hemos alojado en Vista Golf 10 y todo ha estado muy bien. Se agradece el detalle de los panes, todas las mañanas, para desayunar, así como el pack de bienvenida. No en todas las villas lo hacen. No es la primera vez que nos alojamos en Salobre Golf. Nos encanta la tranquilidad y privacidad del lugar. ¡Repetiremos!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal eine Unterkunft bei #VillaGranCanaria gebucht und waren absolut begeistert. Wir hatten BUNGALOW JF/GI in Playa del Inglés gemietet. Sämtliche Abläufe, angefangen bei der Buchung, Check-in, sowie die Kommunikation waren sehr professionell und freundlich. Man fühlte sich wirklich willkommen. Offene Fragen wurden umgehend und schnell beantwortet. Selbst ein late check-out wurde uns ohne jegliche Probleme gewährt, was mit unseren Kindern eine große Erleichterung war. Auch die Immobilie war exakt wie beschrieben, in gutem Zustand mit technisch hochwertiger Ausstattung. Dia Kaution, die wir bei Ankunft auf der Kreditkarte hinterlegt haben, wurde sofort nach Abreise gutgeschrieben. Wir werden, wenn die Möglichkeit besteht, im Jahr 2024 wieder nach Gran Canaria kommen und bei #VillaGranCanaria buchen und das Unternehmen an Freunde und Bekannte empfehlen.

Wir waren für 3 Wochen in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Die Ausstattung war super und der Standort Aussergewöhnlich schön. In unmittelbarer nähe findet man Supermarkts, Bars, Restaurants, das Meer und der Sandstrand. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das einzige Detail was man verbessern könnte ist, dass die Bewässerungsanlage immer am Nachmittag lief und so der ganze Gartenplatz bis zum Aussentisch nass wurde. Wir haben es gemeldet ob man dies nicht auf den Morgen oder Abend verschieben könnte. Es hiess dann der Gärtner werde vorbeikommen und dies umstellen, leider ist niemand gekommen. Aber da wir um diese Zeit viel im Meer waren war es nicht so tragisch. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

We had a great time in this spacious apartment. The view from the balcony is amazing and we saw some amazing sunsets. We made a couple of enquiries which were immediately dealt with.The recommendation for the boat trip with Exclusive Boats was wonderful.

OMG This might be the worst renting agency on the island. I rented an apartment for one week on Airbnb through this agency. They told me to I could arrive to check in and when I arrived they just informed me that they were having some electric issues with the apartment and that the electricity and air conditioning were not working. Obviously I couldn't stay with no electricity. They agent didn't even apologize and propose as an alternative another apartment far away on ground floor with no AirCon (37 degrees in August) and definitely not the same standard of what I reserved. Other alternative : I could cancel my reservation. The customer service was non existent. They couldn't care less about my situation. They literally left me outside of the building without knowing if I will be able to find a back up plan for the night. The concierge of the building and the neighbors were way more caring and concerned about my situation than the agent and the agency. Now I am dealing with Airbnb to get refunds. Really think twice before dealing with them

Decepcionante. Pasamos una semana en la villa y nuestra sorpresa ha llegado cuando no han querido devolvernos la fianza argumentando un desperfecto en el exterior de la casa y que tenemos que pagar porque ya lo han arreglado. Este mensaje llegó sin foto, ni factura. No esperábamos una tomadura de pelo igual y a día de hoy seguimos sin la fianza después de dejar la casa hace más de una semana. Desconfianza total, no aconsejo reservar con ellos, parece que ha pasado otras veces.

Mediocre, penoso y vergonzoso. Después de una semana de nuestra estancia, nos comunican que no nos devuelven la fianza de 1000 por unos supuestos desperfectos que no hicimos Les hemos pedido explicaciones y se niegan a darnos una respuesta clara a lo supuestamente sucedido. He encontrado que no es la primera vez que practican este tipo de estafa. Vamos a escalar esta situación a las autoridades. Si estás leyendo esto, ya no solo advertirte de sacar fotos bien de todo para que no se aprovechen, es que directamente no pierdas ni tu tiempo ni dinero en alquilar dicha propiedad.

Un servicio lamentable. Sin aportar ningún tipo de prueba, y ya habiendo pasado mas de una semana de nuestra estancia, nos comunican que no nos devuelven la fianza de 1000 euros y cargando otros 50 euros mas por unos desperfectos que no nos corresponden. Cuando les pedimos explicaciones suman mas desperfectos que no eran nuestros para justificar la negativa a devolver la fianza. Un tremendo abuso. Por lo visto es una práctica que ya ha hecho con otros inquilinos. No volveremos, aunque lo teniamos previsto. Si estás leyendo esto, advertirte de sacar fotos bien de todo para que no se aprovechen.

Salimos contentos de la estancia, la villa estaba bien y la piscina también, pero mi sorpresa ha sido al solicitar la devolución de la fianza, nos hicieron pagar una fianza se 1000€, por si pasara algo y me aseguraron que el mismo día en el que abandonaramos el alojamiento se me devolvería, mentira estamos a día 6 y siguen sin devolverla. Mi sorpresa fue ayer cuando recibimos un email diciendo que los de limpieza detectaron una rotura, para ser exactos que se había forzado un cuadro de palanca exterior, dicho cuadro no sabemos no donde está y nadie nos explico donde está, hemos pedido fotos del desperfecto y ni siquiera han vuelto a contestar, nos quieren cobrar 42€ y pico por algo que no hemos roto y que ni sabíamos que existía y lo peor que no mandan fotos, nos tenemos que creer que hemos sido nosotros y que eso es lo que ha costado el arreglo de algo que seguimos sin saber que existe. En resumen cuidado con ellos, son unos estafadores, hacer foto de todo según lleguéis y no la fieis, por mi parte estoy no va a quedar así y voy a denunciarle a la OCU y por supuesto reseñas negativas aquí y en cualquier plataforma en la que estén.

It was great. The home was big and the pool clean. We had a small problem and they fixed it within 2 hours. Communication via mail and whatsapp was friendly snd helpful. Will book again! My compliments.

The property was good. But all the neighbors were in construction during the day. A day sleep out or laying at the pool was impossible. 10 days long 8-17h loud construction noise. A proper compensation for a booking for next year or similar was impossible. We regret to pay more for luxury and have this finally in the middle of a renovation area. Rude; not helpfull, manager had no time / took now time to talk with us; we could only talk to staff. In this reason we advice you not to book here… as seen in other reviews down; you’ll discover they are not there for you when you have problems.

We had a really lovely stay in Salobre Golf Resort through Villa Gran Canaria. The staff were always incredibly responsive and helpful and the house was just gorgeous. Would 100% reccomend finding a stay in the canaries through this company.

Estafadores! Hice una reserva a través de booking.com que pagaba a través de la plataforma. Unos días antes de llegar me solicitaron una transferencia de 300 € en concepto de fianza. Por miedo a perder la reserva y quedarme sin nada para mis vacaciones, lo hice. Me pasé meses intentando hablar con ellos. No contestaban a mis mensajes o me daban largas. Finalmente me salen con que habíamos dejado un cabecero de una de las habitaciones en el jardín. Mentira que nunca han podido probar. No me han devuelto nada y no contestan a ninguno de mis mensajes.

La verdad que la villa y la ubicación es privilegiada. Tranquila y completamente equipada. 6 personas pueden tener un relax inimaginable aquí! Para repetir!

Parece mentira que pagues una fortuna por una semana y te toque una gentuza( canarios) al lado de tu villa pegando gritos música y escándalos a partir de tirar cosa a nuestra villa y llames a la agencia y se hagan los locos, para cobrar son unos flechas pero para solucionar problemas se hacen los locos no recomiendo esta estancia porque si le toca gentuza como la que me tocó a nosotros no podréis descansar, aparte dicen que la villa es para 4 personas adultas en la de al lado habían 8 personas Y que conste que son las mismas villas, normal que muchos hoteles tengan todo con touroperadores xk desgraciadamente hay muchos canarios que son una gentuza y no saben comportarse

Bajada de calidad y subida de precios. Aunque en la web siga apareciendo que te ofrecen un pack de bienvenida, lo han quitado, según nos dijeron por lo del Covid19 pero en cambio, el pan lo siguen dejando en la puerta en una bolsa abierta expuestas a muchas cucas. Hoy, mas de 9 en la piscina. Mala gestión. Decepcionada.

Mediocre es la palabra perfecta para calificar una supuesta '' villa de lujo''. Nos alojamos 3 parejas canarias durante un fin de semana en una de estas villas destinada para las personas que habíamos realizado la reserva, 6, pagando un precio de 1300 euros mada más y nada menos, además de un depósito de 300 euros. A nuestra llegada, nos encontramos uno de los baños sucios, el cual tuvimos que limpiar. La piscina igualmente, estaba sucia. Nos comentó el chico que vendrían a limpiarla el sábado, y nunca aparecieron. Nos comentan también que debmos abandonar la casa el domingo a las 11h, política que no aparece en la web, ya que tw informan de dicha hora una vez realizado el pago previo a la estancia. Además de todo ello, tuvimos una cancelación anterior de la misma empresa con otra villa que ya se habían cobrado, alegando que el propietario quería hacer uso de la misma ese fin de semana. Nos devuelven el dinero en dias posteriores, y vemos en la misma página que la villa sigue disponible, pero le han doblado el precio. Nos ponemos en contacto con la agencia, y nos responden de malas maneras que los propietarios '' no quieren alquilar la villa a gente canaria''. Después de todo lo anterior, y ya habiendo realizado la nueva reserva por el doble del importe del principio, El lunes vemos que nos han retirado el depósito de 300 euros de la fianza. Llamamos y alegan un aumento del ruido y del número de personas, no siendo así, y sin ningún tipo de comprobación, ya que en ningún momento recibimos queja alguna de ningún vecino. Todo lo contrario, ya que nos pasamos la estancia entera escuchando la música de la casa de al lado. Y para finalizar, pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones, la cual no nos la hacen enviar, alegando que tenemos que ir a la oficina y rellenarla allí. Mi pregunta es ¿y si soy extranjero? No tengo derecho a rellenar desde mi país dicha hoja, o es que sólo les ocurre esto al turismo local? La verdad que de pena

Me da mucha pena no poner las 5 estrellas , porque el lugar lo merece . La villa es espectacular , con una calidad muy buena . Servicio de pan todos los días ( obsequio de ellos ) , instalaciones y menaje de calidad . Pero he de señalar varias cosas .... el servicio de la piscina pésimo. El primer día que llegamos , el agua estaba bastante turbia . El chico que nos recibió nos comentó que pasaría la información (Lunes ) de hecho nos comentó que la limpieza era 2 veces en la semana . Llegamos al jueves , y allí no había aparecido nadie . Decidí escribir un correo ... tuve una respuesta muy rápida , y al par de horas vinieron , pero para nuestra sorpresa , sólo pone una pastilla de cloro y se fue (5 minutos de reloj ) volví a llamar por teléfono ( Juan CARLOS y la chica que me atendió (no recuerdo su nombre ) nada que decir de ellos , personas serviciales y muy amables en todo momento ) me comenta que lo comunicaba de nuevo , que podía ser por la calima , pero que se lo volvía a decir al chico para que pasara , cosa que nunca sucedió .El suelo de la piscina estaba sucio y se notaba el aceite de los bronceadores . Tengo niños pequeños , y era inaceptable bañarlos así . Por lo que nos encargamos de limpiarla nosotros mismos ( que la dejamos impoluta , 3 veces mejor que cuando nos la encontramos el Lunes ) . Otra cosa que deben tener en cuenta , es de fumigar . Todas las noches de 2-4 cucas aparecían 🤦🏼‍♀️ . Antes de esto , hice una compra de una semana para un regalo , y la verdad que estoy bastante arrepentida, ya que se los regalé como algo espectacular .... me he ido con un sabor agridulce 😔

Watch your deposit!! We recently stayed at the Salobre Golf Resort booked through Villa Gran Canaria (Special Lodges). On arrival at the villa we were informed that there was a 200 EUR credit card deposit and that our villa would be cleaned mid stay. The villa itself was lovely, reasonably well maintained, great location and a quiet area. Although the pool was dirty on arrival and smelt like it hadn't been chlorinated for sometime. We had to request a clean of the pool, this should have been arranged on arrival. We were promised a mid stay clean of our villa as it was booked for more than 8 days, this did not happen. I ended up washing the towels and linens myself rather than wait around for the maid to arrive. We cleaned the villa and left it in the state that it was found before we left for the airport, this was 14/03. I checked my credit card statement on the 18/03 and noted that the full 200EUR deposit that was held on my card was now showing as paid. I had no communication from Villa Gran Canaria for the reason for this, nearly 5 days after my stay. I called the office that morning to ask the reason for this, they said they would get back to me with the reason but did not. I called again and was given Marius number who is the guy that checks people in, I called. He informed me that the remote control for the television was found broken with a crack in the plastic case and was hidden in a drawer in the villa. I found this very hard to believe, as we were using the remote right up until we left the villa to watch the unfolding news story around our airline stopping flights into Spain. The remote was left on top of the white coffee table in the centre of the room, this was also left with the air conditioning remote. I was given no inventory of the villa, nothing to state any previous damages and the only picture I received of the remote was when I had to ring the office to ask why my deposit was retained. This picture was taken 5 days after our stay, the damage to the remote was not caused by our party in the property. Villa Gran Canaria have now retained £80 for a new remote for the TV, another excess amount as when I researched these remotes are freely available online for around £29.99 with delivery. Villa Gran Canaria just sent me a photo of a remote in a shop and charged £44 to get it. I could have bought it myself and sent it to them for a quarter of the price. There is no recourse or complaints procedure, their attitude is that we have your money its tough. This was a wonderful holiday but had been tarnished by this excuse of a management company

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Villa Vista Golf 7 verbracht. Die Villa befindet sich im Salobre Golf Resort, etwas oberhalb von Maspalomas und ist ruhig gelegen. Die Villa war hervorragend, sehr geräumig (2 Schlafzimmer) und verfügte über 2 Terrassen, eine mit Wirlpool mit Sitzgruppe/Sonnenliegen und eine weitere mit Sitzgruppe/Sonnenliegen und Grill. Beide haben Meerblick und eine herrliche Aussicht über den Golf Platz. Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber, alle Geräte (Küche/Klimaanlage) funktionierten perfekt. Auch der Kontakt zum Anbieter war hervorragend, toll war auch der Brötchenservice. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen können und würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wenn wir Urlaub auf Gran Canaria machen, dann mieten wir uns immer hier unsere Casa. Die Lage ist einzigartig mitten in den ersten kleineren Bergen und dennoch kann man von seiner Terrasse aus das Meer sehen. Die Ausstattungen reichen von sehr gut bis sehr Nobel. Für jeden Geschmack ist was dabei, das dass ganze aber seinen Preis hat, sollte jedem Bewusst sein. Die Golfanlage die von den Villen umgeben wird, zieht immer wieder Golfer aus aller Herren Länder an.

Vamos cada verano desde hace ya unos cuantos, y aunque han cambiado algunas cosas, nos seguimos sintiendo como en casa, mejor en muchas ocasiones. Un placer siempre volver, y desde luego que volveremos.
