I contacted Canary Life for an Investment in the south of Grancanaria and I have been really positive impressed by the agency. The employee are international which makes it really easy to comunicate (English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, Norwegian etc). This is also a huge help because each of them can explain you better the differences between Spain and your own country in terms of law, procedures, taxes and all the other asopects related to real estate Investments. I contacted Mark via Internet from Germany and he fixed me the visits before my arrival, based on my searching parameters, so that I saved a lot of time. I visited then the apartments with Francesca and she explained me really accurately everything I should have known about every single apartment. Furthermore she gave me a global overview concerning the aspects to consider when you invest and supported me a lot with numbers, banks, renovation companies to match my budget possibilities with the local market. I would definitely recommend Canary Life for his professionality, seriousness and friendly service.
