I honestly cannot recommend this company enough. I rented a property through Rick and from the first viewing up until the day I handed the keys back, he has been absolutely fantastic. The property was described perfectly in the advert (unlike many others that I viewed) I was happy with the property and the price and agreed to take this on long term rent. We agreed a date for contracts, deposits etc and the whole process was so simple and stress free. Within a few months, one of the aircon units stopped working so I spoke with Rick and within 48 hours there was a new one installed. This happened twice and also the water heater. No hassles, no problems, just replaced and installed as quick as possible (It was an older property with original units etc when I moved in, so nothing wrong with the general upkeep). On moving out, I gave Rick the 1 months notice and he was very flexible with dates and times and again, such a simple process. The property was checked over and deposit paid back the same day! If anyone is thinking of renting through this company then do it! You will not go wrong when it comes to price or service. Thank you so much Rick and the landlord for everything and will continue to recommend you to anyone 😀 All the best for the future, Andy
