We bought our villa from Villas Blanca. Jo was fantastic and showed us round so many fabulous properties. She was so patient with us and made the whole process much easier than we thought it was going to be. I would definitely recommend anyone who is buying or selling to go and speak to Jo. A great experience, from start to finish, for us.

We bought our property through villas blanca and highly recommend them extremely helpful and very professional. jo and lourdes were both very helpful and patient with our needs. We had several viewings and nothing was too much trouble.

Afgelopen lente 2021 meldde ik me aan bij Villas Blanca in Ciudad Quesada met het verzoek of deze makelaar mijn villa zou kunnen en willen verkopen. Vlak daarna werd er door de fotograaf een prachtige fotoweergave gemaakt van de villa, binnen en buiten met zijn tuin en zwembad. Een reportage waarin het huis goed gepresenteerd werd. De video die tevens gemaakt werd was prachtig. Meerdere potentiële kopers meldden zich bij de dames van de makelaardij, t.w. bij Sra Joan Christian en Sra Lourdes. Sra Joan verstaat zeer wel de kunst de juiste en geschikte potentiële kopers te selecteren en hen vaardig en vriendelijk door het te kopen huis te begeleiden. Nam daartoe de tijd die de kopers wenselijk achten. De kopers alsook ik, de verkoper, stelden haar persoonlijke benadering zeer op prijs. Sra. Lourdes doet voornamelijk de administratieve en juridische kant van een koop resp verkoop. Zij geeft jou antwoorden op vragen waarop jij de antwoorden niet hebt maar die wel noodzakelijk zijn voor het verdere proces. In duidelijk te begrijpen tekst geeft zij jou de antwoorden en legt de officiële papierwinkel uit. Het verduidelijkte veel. Ik was blij met haar informatie. Samengevat: ik kan u makelaardij Villas Blanca, met dank aan het goed geschoolde personeel, van harte aanbevelen.

My brother and I would like to express our sincerest gratitude to Lourdes who over the past 6-7 months has literally been our guardian angel. Our father purchased an apartment through your agency in the Oasis Beach complex late in 2020. On January 20th 2021, he passed away unexpectedly leaving my brother and I grief stricken, orphaned and helpless. Given the period, we were unable to travel due to the covid pandemic (my brother lives in the US, and I currently live in the UK). Our dad was cremated in Torrevieja within 24 hours due to the number of excess deaths at the time related to covid, and of course, we could not be in attendance. It was a brutally difficult period for us, and we continue to try to come to terms with his passing. It took some time to gather ourselves, but eventually we had to start the process of understanding his estate, as he had not left much in the way of instructions. The apartment at Oasis beach had become his only and primary residence, and we literally did not know where to start. If it had not been for Lourdes, I'm really not sure what we would have done, and I suspect we would almost certainly have lost the apartment to the state. The process of transferring ownership to my brother and I seemed pretty complex, and something that could not have been done from afar. As soon as Lourdes got involved, she explained in great detail what needed to be done, and effectively handled the entire process on our behalf. At a time when our grief was so raw, I cannot express how much this helped us get through this incredibly difficult period. It is a blessing we will never forget. Last week my brother and I finally had the opportunity and the privilege to meet Lourdes and Jo. We feel a bond and a debt of gratitude that we can't really ever repay and so we feel compelled to share this story with you. I know my dad would be eternally grateful that his children were taken such good care of, and we both feel incredibly blessed. Kindness is the greatest gift you can give to someone. Thank you, Lourdes, you're the best.

We recently bought our house through Villa Blanca and the service and friendliness from the three ladies in the office is superb. Before we bought, Jo took the time to drive us around to see lots of places. Even after buying she has given us lots of information that’s not part of her job. Lourdes who runs the office has been very meticulous in helping us secure everything from getting our electricity, water, gas to residency. Never once has there been the slightest hesitation to help us and we would strongly recommend them to anyone as nothing is too much for them.

Jo & Lourdis made our experience in buying our first home in Spain, the most exciting, and stress free experience we could ever have imagined! They were always available to answer any questions, and nothing was too much trouble! We set off from completion of our house sale in France, 2 days travel, straight to our new villa, where Jo was waiting with our keys! Lourdis, made sure our contracts were sorted, NIE’s Padron, and residence was applied for! All without stress on our part!
