Mi experiencia con esta inmobiliaria no ha sido mala… simplemente ha sido inexistente. A pesar de que en su página web aparecen propiedades en venta, cuando llamas para obtener información, la persona que atiende te dice que los agentes comerciales no se encuentran disponibles y que ella no tiene detalles sobre los inmuebles, ni siquiera para confirmar si siguen en venta. Prometen que los comerciales devolverán la llamada, pero eso nunca sucede. En más de una ocasión me han dicho que quizás fue “otra compañera” quien atendió previamente, pero estoy casi segura de que siempre responde la misma persona. Además de las llamadas telefónicas, he enviado correos electrónicos que tampoco han sido respondidos. En resumen: si usted ha puesto su propiedad en venta con esta inmobiliaria, lamento decirle que es probable que permanezca mucho tiempo sin movimiento. Entiendo que algunas propiedades podrían ya estar vendidas, pero lo mínimo esperable es que devuelvan las llamadas o, al menos, informen al interesado y ofrezcan alternativas. Esa falta de seguimiento y comunicación deja mucho que desear en cuanto a su profesionalismo.

Experiencia mala. Ya que hacen una publicidad engañosa de lo que anuncian en los carteles de su escaparate. Solo tienen cosas que ya han vendido hace tiempo con precios antiguos y cuando entras no hay nada disponible. Todo publicidad engañosa.

Warning!! No regard for health and safety!! Myself and my partner ended up locked on the balcony for hours the first night of our holiday with no phones and barely clothed! The balcony automatically locks when closed because of a broken latch and there's no door handle! We had to scream and shout for help for hours and we were only saved because a stranger had to climb through the bathroom window which also had a broken latch! We could have been robbed! They took no responsibility and when I complained about the lack of response they accused me of threatening them They made me waste time sending an email on my holidays and not even reply to it. Absolutely disgusting. I'll be going to no end to report them to any relevant health and safety organisations Shame on you! Update edit : they claim to be only a real estate agent in their reply but they do rent via booking.com

He looked after everything for us in the years we owned the property, he kept and eye to it and helped us with any queries we had and was always only a phone call away. Over the year's we have maintained our friendship with them and whilst no longer owning a property there we still call to say hello any time we visit Gran Canaria. the Name My Home is a very apt name for their company as it is really a very homely place to do business with, honest and reliable, you cannot ask for more.

Professional and friendly staff at the office. I rented a bungalow, Las Tartans Ii at their office 2,5 years ago, and I am very happy. Nice and modern bungalows with all facilities and two swimming pools. Quiet area, though getting a bungalow next to the road causes some traffic noise. Otherwise superb location. Recommended. Both bungalow and staff employed at My Home real estate are fantastic.

The folks at My Home helped us 12 years ago to buy our apartment here in Playa. They gave us excellent advice as to which complexes were well managed and which to avoid, which was much appreciated and saved us many headaches. They have managed the total renovation of the apartment and have always been available since to answer any questions dealing to taxes, laws and where to find certain stores. Highly recommended!
