When questions very quick reply with extended answers. Really professional and personal: a very important combination when making important decisions. Within few months found great apartment, they guided me through every step. A big compliment for both Jim and Giada!

Pride Properties helped us to buy a new property just a short distance from the Yumbo along Av 8 de Marzo. The whole process was very smooth and the team have connections with all the other estate agents around. Behind the scenes the team worked with the notary and bank easing the administration and making appointments on our behalf. They have great connections with all the agents required for the buying process. We signed without any complications at the end of December. Even after we signed Pride Properties continues to help with a switch over service to connect the utilities like electric, water, wi-fi and comunidad. It’s so helpful if your Spanish is not yet up to par! Special mention to Giada who has been so helpful with the whole process. I highly recommend Pride Properties and their services.

After first contact until we got the keys of our bungalow it took exactly 3,5 weeks. We saw some of their properties but also 1 property from another agent online. 1 Day before we flew to the island we arranged some visits and on arrival day, Jim picked us up at our hotel to show us the property from the other agent. We immediately fell in love. So the day after Jim arranged both NIE's, he proposed a lawyer and a bank and as well a Notary. 48 hours after we signed a POA and the commitment. All went so smooth. It took exactly 3,5 weeks from seeing the property online and getting the keys. All the recommendations from Jim were so nice and helpful. Highly recommended and we wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

Five stars is simply not enough! Pride did a truly excellent job in selling our house. Jim gave excellent advice about preparing the property for sale then found a buyer, prepared to pay full asking price, within two weeks of the photos being taken. Top man! No review would be complete without mentioning Giada, who worked tirelessly to make sure the documentation was complete and correct for the notary. Giada did this despite the town hall's best efforts to frustrate the process. All in all, I thoroughly recommend Pride's professional, proficient and perspicuous service.

Er hat die notwendige Steuernummer beantragt und den Notartermin mit deutscher Übersetzung organisiert. Nach Abschluss des Vertrages, hat er alles weitere für eine kleine Gebühr erledigt: die Grunderwerbsteuer bezahlt, die Umschreibung des Grundbuchs veranlasst, Telefon, Wasser, Strom, Abfall angemeldet. I first contacted Pride Properties Gran Canaria weeks before I came to the Maspalomas. Jim from Real Estate Pride Properties Gran Canaria was really helpful, polite and patient in helping me with my property search. He would keep me up to date with the available flats and was really informative about them. Jim sent me videos some 3D photos and took me on a viewing too. When I finally got the flat, Friend of Jim helped me with all my documents. My property manager, Joe, replied to my enquiries quickly and assisted me with all my issues. Everything was a breeze. The team is really amazing.
