She sorted out the paperwork for our finca we bought that ofcourse didn't have all the papers in order. She has also just helped us with a very complicated house transaction which we are now happily owners of. As a small time aspiring property investor I have made a number of transactions in the Las Palmas property sector and it is fair to say that I have seen some things ….. there can be many challenges and hidden surprises when acquiring, selling or even just renting out a property and if your level of Spanish is decent, you can either try take these on yourself (good luck … many challenges await you) or work with a reliable, professional and fully committed estate agent who knows what they are doing and knows the system and the market. For me, Laura is that person. We have a great working relationship, she always sees things through to the end, is unafraid to deal with all the issues, and she helps us enjoy the process.

Laura has been an incredible help in selling a property i had. Originally it looked like it would be a traditional sale but it became more complicated than that. We had a small flooding from the above apartment and Laura took care of notifying and taking care of the situation. The sale became a challenge, as well, as the market did not like the flat's layout and some other issues with the building's commercial space. All in all she got through them and finalized the sale. She's very professional, courteous, hard working and follows up on questions and calls even as we both work on different time zones. I would highly recommend her and looking forward to work with her further in the coming years.

Without Laura’s experience and guidance throughout the entire process of selling our apartment in Las Palmas I’m pretty certain that we would never have managed to do it. She offered reassurance at every turn and calm advice when we needed it - which was often! I’m sure we were very demanding customers (and not always reasonable in our expectations) but she was thoroughly professional at all times. I know that I personally wanted more certainty during the sale and became frustrated when Laura couldn’t always instantly provide it, but on reflection she never over-promised and handled the sale with much care and dedication. She dealt sympathetically with our anxieties whilst bringing the selling process to a very successful conclusion. Perhaps this will seem unnecessary but she also has patience and a great sense of humour - which she definitely needed when dealing with us. Finally, she was ALWAYS available and invariably responded very quickly. That might not seem like much, but we were hugely grateful that she was so quick to respond to our questions and/or concerns, however trivial they may have been at times. And I’m quite certain that they were. Thanks again Laura; we couldn’t possibly have done it without you.

Laura was fantastic! Everything we needed to help handhold us through the process. She understood what we wanted, gave great advice and was able to help us through all aspects of the buying process. Laura’s Spanish is fluent and she knows all of the ins and outs of the buying process. She helped us find a great place, set us up with an English speaking contractor to do some work on the place before we moved in, gave advice on schools and all kinds of aspects of the local neighbourhood.
