Can’t compliment Ben at The Property Shop enough for help in buying our place in Quesada. Went beyond expectations from every aspect of the negotiation, answering all our questions (sometimes stupid ones), showing us round apartment numerous times and assisting and reassuring us at every step, as this way our first foreign property purchase. Great company and top, top fella. Recommend them highly.

The Best Agent here! The Prop Shop have always taken care of us since our arrival in Spain a few years ago during COVID to our sale now. They have followed our journey with interest and we are so grateful we started with them. Our story is that when we went to sell we learnt a lesson!!! - "Don't be tempted by the agents offering 1k charge". It isn't 1k and you will end up reducing the value of the property because of no viewings or decent market outreach. Luckily we changed to The Prop Shop! We had an offer in a week! They have a reputable outreach to get your property seen!!!. Ben and Mick know the market and they have many collaborators. You need that here!! With the Prop Shop you will get the right viewings and a great offer! Everything is transparent too! You also get the comfort of a kind, caring and conscientious service. At the end of the day people like viewing houses with great agents! They are that! We are eternally grateful for everything Prop Shop!
