EDIT: Not surprised by yet more lies and deception. There is absolutely nothing untrue about this review, in fact, there is so, so, so much more not even mentioned here like how you repeatedly tried to con me out paying for a wifi service months before I even viewed the property. Or how about totally outdated inventory you provided? You have been mean-girl nasty, disrepectful, unprofessional and deeply unpleasant in every aspect, hence why you were pulled off from managing this tenancy. As mentioned, this is now a legal matter. This agency is the worst. No matter how desperate you are, tenants, I firmly recommend that you avoid this agency - take seriously the reviews (the ones not from staff or family members that is). If you see a dream-like property on the market in Ondara just remember that all that glitters is not gold!! I cannot stress that enough.. And if you're not familiar with Ondara itself I would personally reconsider! I arrived to an entire underground sewage system blocked and leaking resulting in a major cockroach infestation (I have lived in the campo for many years and no, it is not normal!) Major construction then ensued for 12hrs per day for 2 weeks and still the problem is not fixed. Massively affected my health and work/income. Was told by this agent before signing "the landlord is excellent with maintenance" when the truth is entirely the opposite. Arrived to all leaky taps and shower, drain blockages, power cuts, major damp and mould in one room, crumbling walls, a dirty house and filthy toilet with many old urine stains. There was no orientation and despite asking the landlord for months at the start they couldn't even have the decency to show how the absolute basics worked. There is absolutely no respect. Expect to be treated like an ATM! Charged agency fees. Landlord took 2 months deposit and every opportunity by agency and landlord to exploit. Constant and I mean constant serious issues with this long term tenancy. Basically a tenancy straight from hell. I will be enforcing my legal rights but all I wanted (needed) was a peaceful tenancy and to deal with half-decent people.

They conned me out of EUR800, after I paid the rent, deposit and their fee, the contract stated deposit was only one month instead of the two I had paid, instead of returning me my EUR800, they changed the contract. Then I had a visit from the previous tenant, who stated that they had tried to keep his deposit. Also, I asked them to return the modem to movister store after I left, they didn't, I was still being charged monthly and had accrued an overdraft fee, I emailed then to resolve, and they then lied to me stating that employee has left the company (she hadn't) and was not their concern. VERY DISHONEST - AVOID ! UPDATE: I sent them the relevant emails confirming the deposit I was conned into overpaying and their deceit re the issue with Movistar. Money still has not been returned. Long overdue !

Wir waren Anfang März für 2 Monate in Els Poblets, um ein freistehendes Haus in der Region Denia zu kaufen. Die Maklerin von Renvida hat uns ein Haus in El Verger gezeigt, was uns auf den Bildern sehr gut gefallen hat. Wir haben das Haus besichtigt, aber nachdem sie uns die wichtigsten Fragen wie Baujahr erst nach Rücksprache mit dem Eigentümer beantworten konnte und wir kein gutes Gefühl hatten, über diese Immobilienagentur zu kaufen, haben wir uns für ein anderes Haus entschieden. Wir erwarten von einer Immobilienagentur ein Expose vom Kaufobjekt. Leider hier Fehlanzeige.

Would definitely not recommend. In March, they unsuccessfully (says it all) tried to evict us and last month they put our rent up in line with CPI - my gestor tells me this is the only landlord she knows of that has actually enforced this increase. We have been accused of not keeping up with maintaining the humidity in the house - yet our last 3 time and date suggestions have been completely ignored… so much so that we have given up and paid for repairs ourselves. We pay rent on time every month, take care of the house like it is our own and this business apparently thinks it’s fine to treat their tenants like dirt.

We have photographic evidence of the damage to the property which needs a plumber to repair the leak which I believe is under the bath so that further damage is not done to the walls and woodwork. You neglected to inform us of this damage and then continued to obstruct our plumbers to enter the property aside from ridiculous times of the day when they are not working. We will contact you again this week to arrange a time and if we are unsuccessful again you will be hearing directly from our lawyer.

RENVIDA hat mir durch ihre Mitarbeiterin ausrichten lassen, dass sie rechtliche Schritte gegen mich einleiten wird, wenn ich eine "schlechte Bewertung bei Google" hinterlasse. Ich werde hier nicht auf Einzelheiten eingehen, dies würde den Rahmen sprengen. Eine profesionelle Betreuung durch eine Agentur ist anders. Aber das weiß man vorher leider nicht. Es gibt Gott sei Dank genügend Immobilienagenturen, die ihre Arbeit perfekt erledigen.

Not very professional did not have great communication with property owner, left without use of toliet or shower for days, as reoccurring problems unresolved as property owner not wishing to spend money to get roots removed from the pipes leading to septic tank, general lack of up keep of property, fridge and freezer 25 years old in property, drafts from all windows, some window frames crumbling, would not recommend this property or estate agent, you will never receive your deposit back from property owner

Dear Julie, Why you feel any of the issues with the property you rented have anything to do with us, we do not know. Renvida does not manage the villa in Orba rented to you, as you well know, all issues were and are responsability and treated directly with the owner. The property is magnificent and we have eager new tenants waiting to move in. If you don't receive your deposit back, which Renvida does not hold, probably one of the reasons is because you have breached the contract. The septic tank was cleaned at your entrance, only a few months ago. The fridge freezer is the one you saw when you viewed and accepted the property, the window frames were fixed and if needed changing that would be done further on as the owners confirmed to you. I all fairness, after the problems caused by you during the short tenancy, we would not recommend you as a tenant. Wishing you all the best.

Dear janet, you sent us 3 emails on the 31st of December, date in which the office was closed, however, your emails got responded at 18h that same day, 31st of December, New Years Eve. Which by the way, you never responded back. You asked for a temporary rental instead of long-term (we only do longterm rentals), for us to allow your pet, if we could partly furnish the townhouse and a reduction of 150€. Our response was that we could look into furnishing partly, we would charge an extra deposit for having a pet allowed and that we would work out the part time rental as we knew your situation. the only negative you got was regarding the price, that we would not reduce since these townhouses are extremely popular and we have a waiting list of tenants for them at the standing price. We were not slow at all and you were attended to in very good manner, despite the office being closed and our secretary being sick, which she also informed you when she responded to your emails. We wish you all the best in your new venture.
