Spanish House Oliva

Wendy made our stay in Oliva a joy. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the visit is one to remember. Wendy showed us some houses with a promising outlook for a nice summer home. Oliva is a beautiful town with all the traditional culture. Calm and laid back. The people are absolutely lovely. Most locals will easily take the time to get to know you, help you with directions or just have a laugh. The food, beach, museums and mountains are all good reasons to come and see this gem of a town. Surrounding Oliva there are plenty of towns and cities if you want some buzz. Music in Gandia, surfing in Xabia and cave adventures in Denia. This part of Spain is full of adventure and fun. The best part was the horse riding. An unforgettable adventure riding through the Pego marshes and trotting along the beach with the beautiful Montgo mountain in the distance. Such an unforgettable experience. When we move to Spain, this will be the place. All this was organized by the lovely Wendy. Speaking three languages she sorted everything out with the Spanish locals. Understanding my English ánd my husband’s Dutch, we quickly felt very well taken care of. We definitely will be back to view more houses. Thank you Wendy!

We recently found a beautiful villa with pool through Spanish House Oliva. The property itself is faultless, beautiful views, exactly as described and an absolute joy to know we'll be in it for at least 6 months, views to die for, spacious and comfortable with an extremely pleasant landlady. As for Spanish House Oliva, well, they saved us the cost of flights and accommodation by giving us a video tour of the property, that's a months rent saved instantly! Our agent Wendy is super friendly, communication with her is instant and again faultless, all financial aspects of the arrangement were completely transparent and she has gone that step further by arranging an internet connection ready for our arrival as this is critical for my work, is happy to connect us with others in the area that will help with gardening, pool maintenance and so on, and finally will help us getting signed on with local government backed spanish lessons! Can't fault them!
