We recently moved to Spain and bought our new home through Lisa Frain Estate Agents. Now, it’s seldom that I write reviews for businesses but in this instance I felt that I have to give credit where credit is due and give some well deserved feedback. Even before we got to Spain, Lisa contacted us (we registered on her website) to properly understand our requirements and to go to work on our behalf. Once here she had a number of recommendations ready and waiting to be viewed. She understood exactly what we wanted and what our budget was and tailored the property list to fit in with what we wanted. Lisa and her entire team made us feel as if we were at the centre of their universe and made us feel special at all times. The phone was always answered and texts always responded to promptly. Nothing was too much trouble. I’ve dealt with quite a few Estate Agents over the last couple of years on my journey to a new life in Spain and I can, without any hesitation, declare that Lisa and her team stand head and shoulders above the rest of them. Frankey and Callum did a great job showing us properties that matched our criteria. They collated properties from multiple agents to save us doing it and then assisted us with negotiations and secured the villa we really wanted. Frankey attended bank meetings and solicitor meetings with us in case we needed help with translation. Following all of this, Frankey has continued to assist us find local trades people for jobs we wanted completing post purchase. I would recommend anyone looking for a property in the region to talk the team as they made it so much easier than it could have been.

We contacted them for visiting several new houses. Callum send me all the details that I asked and even went to a house to make me a video before visiting. We bought the first house that we visited and before signing Callum and Frankey were there to welcome us with gifts and also gave us 2% cash back of the price because it was new construction. We came across Lisa’s agency by chance in Ciudad Quesada. Lisa and her team showed us around multiple properties in and around the area even though we were still considering several locations at the time. She was helpful and very patient with us. We were keen to buy a family home in the Costa Blanca, but were not so keen to deal with multiple estate agents - this is where Lisa and her team came in. She managed all of it for us. Lisa sold our house on Lo Crispin it had previously been advertised with other agents but within 3 days of coming out to take pics etc Lisa had viewers through the door, an offer (of full asking price), and completion within 8 weeks! What more can you ask for such a professional and helpful until the very last second in the notary!

I would highly recommend Lisa Frain. We recently purchased a property in Daya Nueva.
