Llamé por teléfono para visitar 2 pisos a estrenar de un mismo edificio y quien me atendió (de acento extranjero, no dijo su nombre) insistió en saber cuál de los 2 me interesaba para "no perder el tiempo", textuales palabras, una verdadera maleducada. Quiero suponer que era la dueña de la inmobiliaria, porque si ésa es su empleada....sin palabras

Pregunte por una vivienda pues quería visitarla y me preguntaron si tenía como comprarla!! Que forma de trabajo es esa ? No querían que ni yo ni ellos perdieran el tiempo. Van sobrados.

He preguntado por una vivienda que tienen publicitada en la página web, facilito mi teléfono y recibo WhatsApp de número que no es español haciéndome preguntas de porque quiero comprar y como quiero el inmueble , al realizar preguntas sobre el estado del inmueble y solicitar una visita me dicen que van a preguntar al dueño , a la hora me dicen que el inmueble ya está vendido. No sé si es una buena manera de trabajar .

Makelaar Christina Gerritsma, is een fijne professionele makelaar, die ons goed heeft begeleid, goede adviezen geeft. Ze is prettig in de omgang, je voelt je meteen thuis met haar. Geen moeite is teveel en ze heeft altijd een zonnig humeur.

Rented a house from Immo. Helpful and efficient

Wij zijn superblij dat Christina Gerritsma, na het aanhoren van onze wensen, het perfecte huis voor ons heeft gevonden, . Het aankoop traject is zeer soepel verlopen door de uitstekende begeleiding van Christina, een aanrader als je iets zoekt in de Ayora vallei !

No disponen de horario ni telefono de contacto en la puerta. El horario que aparece en web no lo cumplen. No volvi, pues el rintintin con que me explicaron el horario que tenian tras perder dos tardes..... Opte por encargar la venta de inmueble a otra inmobiliaria pues hay mas en el paseo de Oliva.

Met de fijne begeleiding van Christina Gerritsma die zowel vloeiend NL-ENG-SPAANS (maar ook Vlaams 😄) spreekt en haar wijze woorden: "kies het pand & omgeving dat helemaal onmiddelijk voor je als een thuis aanvoelt", heb ik mijn eigen plekje gevonden in de Ayora-vallei. Het vastgoed lijkt voor mij op maat gemaakt te zijn en voldoet aan al mijn droomwensen! Het is hier rustig wonen, maar niet eenzaam. Prachtige gevariëerde natuurlandschappen en cultuurerfgoed, de dorpjes zijn authentiek en het dorp Ayora staat als het meest levendige dorp van Valencia bekend. Ook na je aankoop kan je nog met je vragen bij Christina terecht en dat is uniek in de immowereld. Zo een prettig en ondersteunend gevoel dat je bij iemand terecht kan in je eigen moedertaal juist in de beginperiode waar het toch nog allemaal een beetje uitzoeken is hoe alles hier in het mooie Spanje verloopt.

Mijn ervaring met Immo Abroad is meer dan geweldig! Mede door Rianne Smalbrugge die mij met alles geweldig heeft geholpen en steeds klaar stond met alle vragen die ik had en nog kan en mag ik altijd een beroep op haar doen! Wat een geweldige ondersteuning hebben wij van Christina Gerritsma ontvangen. Vanaf de kennismaking tot na de verkoop heeft zij voor ons veel tijd vrijgemaakt om alles m.b.t. de aankoop uitmuntend te regelen. Zonder een makelaar als zij hadden wij niet zomaar durven kopen in Spanje, omdat wij de cultuur en gewoontes nog niet kennen en je dan niet weet wat je doet. We hebben ook veel gehad aan al het aanvullende advies zoals wegwijs worden voor een notaris, bank, gestor, gemeente, etc. Wij hebben nog steeds heel fijn contract. Impossible to find any long term rental as though I know you have it .....

Ruim twee jaar geleden hebben wij in ayora een huis gekocht met behulp van Christina Gerritsma. Wij waren al een tijdje opzoek naar een huis, en met behulp van Christina, en haar geduld hebben we een droomhuis gekocht. De afhandeling is zeer geweldig, en ook nadat je hier gaat wonen staat ze altijd voor je klaar. Gewoon een makelaar met hart voor de verkoper maar ook zeker voor de koper

Beware that the agency fee you pay is only what they call a "finder's fee". You will not get any support from them when in need, especially when your agent is friends with your landlord... All of our issues related to the rental were pretty much ignored and we had no option but to move out (we did make an agreement with the landlord who also said he would return our deposit after taking off money for bills - we have never seen our deposit). Super weird was that the day we had to make the payment Emma told us that she only accepts cash, as her boss was currently away and is not accepting transfer payments at this time.

No me gustó que me anularon la firma de alquiler con opción compra, a diez minutos de la hora pactada ,además sabiendo que viajamos de Mallorca nos digeron que nos pagarían los billetes y no eso ,por eso muy poca profesionalidad, después de avisarme días antes para ir ,y al firmar cuando quedan 10 minutos para firmar me dicen que no ,que poca vergüenza.

Alquilé una cas. La propiedad 93978 en Oliva y la casa estaba muy mal. - La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, cobran 100€ y estaba sucia - Uno de los ventiladores no funcionaba, con lo cual en la habitación hacía mucho calor - No había ninguna almohada; tuvimos que comprar 3 - Tampoco había sábanas encimeras - El ascensor no funcionaba; íbamos con una persona con dificultad y no era fácil el acceso - No había ni escoba ni fregona - Los propietarios tenían todo tipo de utensilios, armarios llenos de ropa, cajones de mesilla con gafas... champú, gel... - Pero desde luego lo peor fueron los bichos. Había CHINCHES, que nos confirmó el médico al que tuvimos que ir, y nos pusieron el cuerpo de picaduras (sobre todo las piernas) como si estuviéramos enfermos. Lo único bueno fue la atención recibida por Emma Shults e Yves Leon durante todo el proceso de reserva

I try to buy a property in Oliva but the broker Rhienna seems to be tried or unvivilling to answer my questions. Is there any other professionell real estate agent with whom l could start a business with? I asked the adress to to property and she just gave a name of a long road. I asked the house number but have not get any reply. I am a serious buyer. And if l want to see a property l excpect to see it.

We hadden een geweldige positieve ervaring met Serge Luypaerts van ImmoAbroad! Hij gaf ons heel correcte informatie over de huizen die we wilden zien en geen moeite was hem te veel om al onze (soms naïeve) vragen te beantwoorden. We can't sing the praises of Vincente and Emma from Immoabroad enough. They helped us find rental accommodation while we looked for someplace to buy and Vincente found us our forever home. All through the process we received loads of help and advice about what we needed to do and they even introduced us to reputable contractors. Vicente was an excellent communicator via both email and phone.
