Jane and Tracy were amazing! My husband and I were having trouble finding a rental in Oliva when we stumbled across their business. I'm SO happy we did. They were efficient, kind, flexible and empathetic to the hoops you have to jump through for Spanish visas. They quickly got us in a reasonably priced place that was perfect for us. An additional bonus was seeing their friendly faces around town. They would always say hello. Their kindness brought comfort while navigating a new country, new language and Spanish bureaucracy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, would absolutely use Oliva Casas again.

Jane and the team deliver a first rate service. When we first met Jane we just walked in off the street and she just gave us time (and an ice cream!!!) to find out what we wanted. Unfortunately we were leaving that day but after that we looked frequently at the website...a month later we saw something we loved and Jane kindly did a video walk around for us after which we decided to make an offer which was accepted. The whole process was made completely painless by Jane and her trusty team and even the fact that we were buying from Ireland presented no problems. Since moving into the property the team has been helping out with whatever our needs are from electrical work to renting out our property. Oliva casas is second to none and I would thoroughly recommend for their dedication, kindness, promptness in replying to queries and ability to make what can seem difficult quite possible. We contacted Jane after finding Oliva Casas through Google. From Day 1, she has offered nothing but excellent service. Firstly, she connected with us on a video call to just give us the lowdown on buying in Spain. No selling whatsoever - just honest advice. We then had a look at their listings and shortlisted a few to visit 'just to get an idea' of Oliva while visiting. By the end of that short (1 week) visit, we had found our home. This was because Jane very quickly focused on what she knew we wanted from the 1st couple of viewings. Through the whole process, she connected us with every service we needed from solicitors to tradespeople. She is very responsive to messages and we trust her 100%. She is one of the kindest, most sincere people we've met and she *really* knows the housing market inside out. Her tri (!) lingualism means she is a brilliant interpreter when needed. She honestly goes so far above and beyond that it's hard to put into words. All you need to know is this - if you're looking for a property in Oliva, Jane and co are your people. They will totally have your back, and you can rely on them to guide you through the process so it is painless and stress-free.

I had seen A Place in The Sun and liked the look of Oliva Old Town. After spending a year looking, I finally found a house I loved on Oliva Casas last year. I contacted them and had consultations and walk-thrus with Jane. She made absolutely everything so easy and clear that I bought the house and she then arranged everything I needed to set up the property, from utilities to links to furniture and appliance providers. I could not say enough good things about the amount of time and care she and the team provided, definitely the most efficient and helpful service I’ve ever experienced. No question was unanswered and it was all stress free. To buy property in Spain can be difficult for a non Spanish speaker but she made everything happen so quickly and so easily. The sale went through in about a month and I love my new house! I would definitely recommend Jane and Oliva Casas and am extremely grateful that I found her and she devoted so much time to helping me. The service provided is far beyond a normal estate agent and I’m so happy with my house! If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! We recently relocated from the US to Oliva, Spain and purchased a home using the services of Oliva Casas. We could not have asked for a better experience. Not only did Jane take care of every detail of the purchase process, she was able to refer us to an amazing attorney who handled all of the legalities (including our TIE paperwork and setting up bank accounts). Jane, and her team, are very responsive, no matter the time of day, or day of the week. Every time we sent a message or an email it was answered quickly. The AFTER CARE is probably the most notable part of our experience. They don't just move on once the papers are signed, they have been here with us ready to answer any questions we have, recommend contractors, organize cleanings, and in general looking after our home. We have gained not only a team of experts, but we have also gained new friends in Jane, Lynn, and Tracy. Our transition here could have been very difficult, but it truly has been smooth and we are so relieved that we are able to relax and enjoy our lovely place in the sun. Highly recommend this great company and team.

We bought our house in Oliva through Oliva Casas and I really can’t say enough good things about these women. They have been so patient with us (it took us five years to actually purchase), and continue to be so helpful with managing issues that need addressing when we are not able to be there all the time. They have organized replacements of beams with woodworm, have helped us with leaks, have connected us to Pedro who does their construction stuff, have translated bills for us, and on and on. We are now considering purchasing another property thru them. They are exceptionally honest, timely, helpful and just all around good people. They provide a service that is unlike anything we have ever gotten from a realtor in the US. Use them!!!

We very recently bought a house through Jane and the team and I have to say that that it was a pleasure dealing with Olivia Casas. We contacted a few estate agents in the hope of buying our dream home but Olivia Casas was the only one who made us feel like we were their only client. A personal touch that we will never forget. We saw loads of houses through them, nothing was too much trouble, all our questions were answered (there were many) and the emails and messages that went back and forward were always answered quickly. They made our purchase a very pleasurable experience. The after care is also amazing, we have a few jobs that need doing and they have a full list of workmen that you can turn to. Highly recommended estate agents. Can't thank them enough for all they have done.

We travelled out to Oliva having seen it on A Place in the Sun and thinking it was what we were looking for, still mainly Spanish and also you get a lot of property for your money. We had pre-arranged viewings with three different agents, Oliva Casas being the last on our final Friday. Jane was great from start to finish, being very well prepared and obviously knowing the sellers well. We saw a good range of properties and this confirmed that we were after a lovely townhouse. Jane guided us through the process with great humour, very well assisted by Joaquin our lawyer. The service after completion in October has been great and very helpful, taking deliveries, helping with services etc, Tracey and Lynn in the office are also lovely ladies. Thanks for all the assistance and we look forward to spending a lot more time in lovely Oliva.

I don't normally write reviews unless my experiences have been horrendous but I felt compelled to write a review giving praise to Jane at Oliva Casas. Jane showed us properties that matched our brief in the most pleasant way I have experienced. Her approach was perfect as we were given all the information we needed, and more, in an extremely relaxed way. The properties were varied enough to offer something unique but unfortunately for our first round of viewing we decided to change our brief by upping our budget. Whilst reconsidering our budget we saw our dream property with another agent and have since exchanged contracts. We are obviously happy but sincerely wish we had been able to buy it through Jane as we are positive it would have made for a much easier purchase!! If you are thinking of purchasing in the area I would make Oliva Cash your first port of call!

Amazing service from Oliva Casas from start to finish, they went above and beyond the level of service I had expected and helped us with the purchase of our premises and then the opening our business from local planning to obtaining suppliers and utilities. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a house or commercial premises.
